She is incredibly client‑oriented, super responsive, and provided detailed recommendations (like what to wear). When I had questions and adjustment requests about the contract, she was flexible and honored my feedback without hesitation. At the shoot itself, Maria gave us great direction while also respecting our preferences when we didn't want to pose a certain way. She did great working with our toddler, keeping her engaged and capturing candid moments. The process was super easy: booked online, filled out a quick form when I arrived, and the photos were printed on site in less than 10 minutes. I also received the digital copy at the same time, which was very convenient. He is also incredibly precise. His eyes are basically lasers and can measure things down to the millimeter. He'll tell you exactly how to tilt your head so everything is centered. My mouth usually tilts to the right if I'm not paying attention, and he helped me adjust. I was honestly so glad to see my mouth centered in the final photo! It's a family business, and funny enough, about 10 years ago it was his dad who took my passport photo. They had beautiful backgrounds and so many fun props for my baby to play with. We also added on the sibling option, and both of my kids had such a great time during the session. Ted was incredibly patient with my kids and managed to capture so many sweet and adorable moments naturally. The final photos turned out absolutely beautiful and dreamy, I couldn't be happier with them!
