We asked to build a menu of dishes that reminded us of loved ones, and she helped us craft a perfect spread of Tri-Tip and Cornish Hens, with incredible sides of Brussels Sprouts, Orzo, side salad, and rolls. Our dessert table featured various cobblers, and she made sure our small personal wedding cake--a strawberry swirl cheesecake--was perfect.
