I have never before left a negative review on Yelp, but I think this is warranted. My regular floor cleaning guy moved, so I was looking for a new service to clean my vinyl floor at my small store. I called up Heavenly Touch and talked to Rod. He was courteous on the phone, and he stopped by my business the next day to measure and give me a quote. He said it would be $360, but it would be cheaper if I paid cash. $300 if I paid cash. His workers would come and do it the next evening. I told him it was a deal. Me and my staff moved everything off the floor and into the back room in preparation. The workers showed up. They looked at the floor and told me that they could not do it for the quoted price as they needed to strip the floor. They would have to stay longer, and it would be $250 extra. At that point I asked them to leave. So now I still have dingy floors, and I have to move everything back. Hours of labor and no gain, thanks to a dishonest company. Heavily Touch, you need to honor the prices you quote, even if you are outsourcing the work. You made the deal, and you should have stood behind it. I've used Heavenly Touch for my rentals for over 10 years. One time they had a problem with one of their trucks and they were unable to clean my rental in time so I went with Stanley Steamer. After Stanley Steamer finished cleaning my carpets I appreciated Heavenly Touch that much more. Not only were they more cost effective, but I could tell the carpet did NOT look as clean as when Heavenly Touch did the job. Shocking! Absolutely shocking! I have used heavenly touch for my house (multiple times) and many business complexes as well.... Honestly, their work is flawless... Anyone I have referred them too has been so surprised that a company could be so fast, efficient, affordable and leaving each client impressed with the impeccable results. Most companies that offer personal services in terms of house maintenance are extremely time consuming, reckless and damage something within your home. But you tell yourself, it's ok, I'll deal with it... That is not the case here!! Furthermore, you end up feeling like the job was not good or that you could have done it better yourself. Not with heavenly touch. I have rarely stated this in my life time but I am sure that no one else could have done a better job. The quality, speed and care used in cleaning my carpets are just shocking. The prices are so reasonable. I use their services once every 3-4 months (considering I have a dog) and it looks like I have a brand new house after only 1-2 hours of work... I feel so happy when they leave, the carpet dries that same day and doesn't leave any chemical smells. It's so nice, my home feels brand new, like I could lay down on the carpet again. They are so efficient but detail oriented. They told me that they noticed which areas needed more work and spent extra time within those areas.... Not even one scratch anywhere on any wall, or any shoe prints ( I have hardwood floors as well)... I live on the second floor and they managed to bring everything in without even getting anywhere near the walls or floor molding. Impressive with all those equipments that need to be used. They are just so careful, also great with pets, so I didn't need to leave the house or take my pet with me. I highly doubt they will get a bad review ever. It would be surprising. I have been using Heavenly Touch (408) 252-5402) to clean the carpets in my multi-story condominium for many years. Because of COVID I hadn't had the carpets cleaned in a long time. After getting the COVID inoculations I finally felt comfortable in having work done on several jobs inside my house, including getting the long overdue cleaning of the carpets. I'll start off by saying that if I could put 6 stars, I would. Rod did amazing work when nobody else would take on the job I needed done. Surf wax melted into the back seat of my car, and as such, I needed someone with an industrial steam cleaner. All of the car detailers didn't have the appropriate tools (just vacuums and cleaning sprays) and therefore couldn't do the job, so I was forced to look into upholstery/carpet cleaners for the home. I have used Heavenly Touch for about 17 years now. James started cleaning for us when he took over the business that we had used. He and Rod and the others have been spectacular. They clean some houses that I manage as well as my own home. The carpet in my house is 14 years old and when they are done with their yearly visit I feel like I have new carpet again. When James started tile, grout and stone cleaning there wasn't anyone else around that did it. I remember him traveling for the classes and training so he could get it done right for his customers. He was, for a long time, one of the only Diamond Certified carpet/upholstery cleaners in the area. We have used them mostly for carpet but also tile and marble floors, and upholstery a few times.In all the houses we have had children and lots of dogs, rarely has there been a stain they couldn't get. If it didn't come out is was because we didn't get on it fast enough. They are a friendly crew and in all the years I have used them they are always in the 30 minute window that they give me.
