We never thought he'd be able to get out those stains--but he did and assured us it was very good quality carpet that we had put in six years ago--and it should last for many more years. We really thought we'd have to replace it. We're thrilled. So pleasant to have the owner of his own franchise do the work. Much better than having some employee who doesn't take pride in his work. Adam takes great pride and did an exceptional job. His price was cheaper than the carpet cleaners we have used for the last several years and his work was superior. I have area rugs in my house as it is almost all hard wood floors and my dog recently had several accidents on one of the carpets. I happened to type in carpet cleaning as a search in Google and Yelp popped up with Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. Seeing the reviews on Yelp I gave them a shot and will say that I am more than pleased! Adam was nothing more than professional and very easy to work with. I explained to him my situation and told him they were area rugs and he said it would not be a problem. History: Prior to calling Heaven's Best, I called a different carpet cleaning company in the past with a similar situation on a different area rug and they said they could clean it no problem. Then they sent someone out and the guy gave me all this grief about needing to take the carpet and how it was going to cost me extra if they had to clean it the way I was asking them to do. After arguing with them, they agreed to do the cleaning at the price they quoted me and did a very fast, and poor job, and then they left. So you could imagine that with that experience, I was skeptical that I would find someone to help me with my area rugs. But this was not the case. Heaven's Best understood what I needed done, brought out their own cleaning solution, did not charge me an arm and a leg, and ultimately cleaned the carpet as I asked them to. Heaven's Best did a fantastic job cleaning my bedroom carpets, both of which had old pet stains on creme colored carpet. There are no cons, so here's a list of pro's: They were half what a competitor quoted me. Very knowledgeable about the chemistry of carpet cleaning. Does not require a hose, or access to the truck from your house. Very dog-friendly, not afraid of pit bull.
