Worst customer service on a daily basis.!!! I'm a loyal customer of 7-yrs since living in the area. Always drop around 100 week, and 2 weeks ago got beat for my coffee waited 20+ mins on my to go order and nope, when asked about it got ignored and didn't try to make things right. This am ordered my coffee like I do daily 530am, got there 4mins later and waited till 555 when asked i got completely ignored. I'm so disappointed with this Dunkin', every single time. If not for being located closest to my house, I'd never go to this location again. They never get the orders right, and always have a terrible attitude/poor manners in the drive thru. Frankly, they're often rude, for no reason. I always greet with a smile and treat the people kindly, but it's rarely if ever reciprocated. I always order an avocado toast with bacon, and it almost never comes with the bacon. horrible. I've been going to this dunks for 3 years because it's on my way to work and often they would get my drink wrong or give me the wrong food(which is so dangerous for allergies). and often the bacon is not cooked and soggy?! I usually just let it go because it can get busy in there but recently I pulled into the drive through to pick up a mobile order and the line had not moved at all for 10 minutes with maybe 5-6 cars in front of me. 7 cars pulled out of line from behind me by the time I got up to the speaker after 30 minutes. no one was speaking and there was no sign saying it was out of order. after that I pulled out of line to see if I could just go inside to pick up my mobile order because I was going to end up being late. the doors were locked and the manger looked at me through the window and just mouthed "No" then "go wait in line" and wouldn't open the door. (and previously a child and mom wanted to go inside to use the bathroom which i'm assuming she also didn't open the door for even though shes just standing around with her stuff on the tables). and waiting 40 minutes with 5 cars in front of me in a dunks line is crazy. then when I called to ask for a refund the answering machine was an immediate voice mail even when they are open. easily like earlier in the year they could've put a mobile order table right out blocking the door. for people or like at chickfla have someone stand outside to take orders to speed things along. Not only this incident but on the town facebook the manger had asked what they could do to improve then responded to comments negatively and poorly. to which she did later send an apology but still. I've been frequently at times like 9am, 3pm, and 7pm and is bad no matter if it's busy or not. Good afternoon I went into Dunkin's in Windham on Indian rock Road when I walked in there were several employees in and around the front corner with a corporate manager and the store manager I was going to order myself a sandwich and a drink until I got flashed with an employees But something I did not wanna see. I am 67 years old and worked in many food operated restaurants. We were always made to make sure we were dressed in uniform, which none were and made sure that our pants were not sagging where people could see our behind at that point I chose not to order anything. This was very upsetting to me to think that a franchise could run a fast food restaurant like that hair should be up. Hats should be on aprons should be on and pants should be made to stay at the waist not halfway down there butt cheeks. I got to meet the manager Michelle and she is a very sweet lady, but some very strict work ethics need to be put into place immediately as people should not have to be faced with that when ordering at a counter, this is one Dunkin' Donuts. I am very, very disappointed in. Just had the worst customer service experience here. The guy in front of me was rudely told "No lemon" for his iced tea and that they were out of whatever donut he wanted in an annoyed voice. When I pulled up to the speaker for my turn, I got "Yes?" I indicated I had placed an online order and was rudely told they didn't have it and that I must've chosen the wrong DD. Checked my order...nope. "Well, what was it you ordered?" Me: "It was a flavored cold brew." Only to be told "Yeah....I don't have cold brew, so what else do you want? Me: "I need a moment, please." Impatiently "How about an iced coffee?" Me: "Sure...." I was told to pull up. "Ummm...since you don't have my order, do you want to know what I wanted in it?" "I HAVE your order." Uhhhhhh...okay. I pull up as ordered. The woman opens the window and tells me my order (which appears to be a bag and two drinks is $9 and change. I explain that's not my order. She asks what my order is. I tell her an iced coffee, to which she responded "Yeah....I don't have iced coffee right now. That's gonna be another 10 minutes." At this point I ask for a refund, and am told they don't do that there, I have to order something else. What?! I hear someone in the back ask my name and tell the woman my order is ready. She hands me the coffee (which I later found out was wrong!) and slams the window. I sit there for a moment. She sees me and reopens. "What?!" Me: "May I have a straw please?" She rolls her eyes and handed me one and shut the window again, clearly annoyed. Luckily I didn't want my free National Donut Day donut because I was never even asked. I don't understand why management would be okay with someone behaving in such a rude manner! Also, why are they always seemingly out of everything? This is not the first time I have had that issue. alright. i came to the drive thru and specifically ordered an everything bagel toasted with extra extra cream cheese. i do this excessive order because they NEVER put enough. i left after getting my food, and 15 minutes down the highway later, i open my bagel and it was DRY. one side of the bagel had barely any cream cheese and the other had NONE. mind you, i paid for two extra cream cheeses. for years ive asked for an extra cream cheese packet on the side because there's not enough, and everytime they always make me feel like i'm doing something wrong for asking. i'm over it. i have visited this dunkin for years but after today, it was my last straw. i paid for extra, did not receive it, and if i had gone back for an extra, they would have charged me and acted like it was the HARDEST TASK EVER TO JUST GRAB ME AN EXTRA! read more

A typical day at the Windham Dunkin Donuts: Everything bagel with cream cheese on the side? All out of everything bagels. Garlic bagel? All out. Okay, just give me a plain bagel, toasted, cream cheese on the side. Sigh. Watermelon Coolata? Sorry, no. Strawberry? No, the machine is actually broken today. I do go here. For some reason, (I had a gift card to use), I visited this same location three times within two weeks, and service was prompt and efficient, and the orders were correct and served nice and hot. Window servers were very friendly. The line gets long in the morning, but they handled it very well and kept it moving. read more

I recently moved here and this is the closest dunkin to my house, so I go to it 4-5 times a week before work. This might be the worst food service establishment I've ever come across. I would say north of 85% of the time my order is wrong. You would think statistically they would accidentally get it right sometimes. It got to the point where I asked the manager "look man am I placing my order wrong? What do I have to do to get what I ask for". It's utterly fascinating how a place can mess up so consistently. I have always had a problem when going to this Dunkin Donuts. They have messed up a simple iced French vanilla coffee with skim milk every time. Whether it is the flavor or milk... they can't seem to get it right. But in one particular day, I was extremely upset with the service. You would think a place called dunkin DONUTS would actually have donuts. I understand if I was to come in 5 minutes before they closed but even then, it's still unacceptable. Don't visit this location very often and this morning's trip via the drive thru was one of the reasons why. Attitude from the help! Use the app on my phone, but have never had to hand over the phone to make the payment. Always scan in front of customer. Today, will need to have your phone to pay. They are slow, they are out of everything (even first thing in the morning), the baked goods what they do have are always stale. I also witnessed poor hygiene. They have the gloves on, but handle money, cash register and then handle the food without changing their gloves. There is a flu epidemic and they are practicing poor hygiene. I have stopped going there and visit Village Bean up the road or drive to Salem to Coffee Coffee. Coffee Coffee roast their beans on premises and the coffee is always fresh. If I could give zero stars for a rating I would. This is the closest Dunks to my house, and also the most lacking in customer service, accuracy and quality. For over the last three years, there have been spurts of receiving correct orders, filled in with mostly horrible attention to detail. Im not asking for anything like a double soy mocha crappolatte, just a simple large, 2 cream 3 sugar coffee. I end up always getting a cup of cream that looks like Buddy the Elf dosed it with enough cream and sugar to fend off a squad of diabetics for a month. Hence why I changed from saying regular to asking for my coffee with a numerical value. It isn't hard to just actually listen for the ten seconds and then duplicate said order into the form of a coffee. It is worse during the weekend, when the group of workers cackle and joke loudly with no manager in sight. The best thing to do is stay away and make coffee from home. I ordered two iced coffees and both only 3 ice cubes in them each and the coffees were warm so when the lady took drink to pit more ice them she must have held them to hard and spilt them both so I had to get more coffees.
