We had a couple questions & found Angel. He was AMAZING! So helpful. He really listened to our questions and he guided us on things we didn't ask. Upon checking out I felt prepared to care for our tree & confident we made the best choice. Angels customer service really was above & beyond & a huge reason we will be back to the location often. He even informed us about their rewards program & how their system tracks our purchases so if we had any issues in the future they could help us. Plants are so expensive so to know our tree has a warranty & we can get rewards for our purchases it's a huge plus to shop there.

It took 2 calls and 2 emails before I was finally contacted for the injections (March 25). Now, I've called the store, my salesperson and emailed the booking dept checking status on tree trimming. Finally got an email April 13th that says "I do see you purchased it, but it did not populate on my end. I will reach out about the date as soon as I receive that paperwork." It's April 16th and no response or update. I have used another tree trimmer in the past who comes out same day! It's ridiculous at this point. If you're busy at least tell me. Will not use them for maintenance in the future.

When we finally got inside, she asked how we were doing. My 80-year-old mother mentioned it was hot, and the employee replied, "Is it that hot since you're out?" -- dismissive, especially right after handing out water to other customers and not us. They have an amazing selection of plants and all of their plants are very healthy and ready for their new homes! Even their half-price greenhouse plants looked great! Their prices were comparable to other local nurseries but selection and service is what Covington's rocks on. I was asked everytime I went to a new section if I needed any assistance. The owner, Michael, was friendly and clearly trying to be helpful, but he seemed stretched very thin and was attempting to assist multiple customers at the same time. Having additional staff on the showroom floor would likely improve the customer experience and allow for more focused attention. The showroom itself felt somewhat disorganized and cluttered. For furniture that was being described as retailing for several thousand dollars, the presentation did not reflect the level of quality or luxury being advertised. Most of the furniture appeared to be average quality, and it was difficult to see the value being represented in the pricing discussions. Michael spent a significant amount of time explaining that he manufactures the furniture and cushions himself. From what I observed, only a handful of sets appeared to be custom-made, while much of the inventory seemed to be wholesale furniture with upgraded cushions. Beyond the showroom experience, I had concerns about lead times for special orders and whether communication throughout the process would be consistent. I was also unsure whether the final product would ultimately meet the quality expectations that were being promised. At the end of the day, patio furniture is a significant investment, and we decided to purchase from another retailer that had inventory available immediately and offered more certainty regarding product quality and availability. One additional concern was a strong odor of marijuana in the showroom and around the staff member assisting us. Whether it originated from the employee, another customer, or elsewhere, it created a less professional atmosphere than we expected when making a significant purchase. For a business selling higher-end products, presentation matters, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance can have a meaningful impact on customer confidence. While others may have a different experience, we ultimately did not feel confident enough in the process to move forward with a purchase. I give this a three-star rating because my intention is not to discourage others from shopping here, but rather to share my experience in hopes that the owner(s) take this review, along with the feedback provided by other customers, into account and make a few adjustments to improve the overall customer experience. There appears to be potential here, and with improvements to showroom presentation, staffing, communication, and professionalism, I believe the customer experience could be significantly better.
