I've used them as recently as last month but also have used them on two other cars, all late model cars. Each time I've been amazed at the body shop quality work and attention to detail without the body shop prices or dealing with insurance. He responded within minutes and gave me an estimate depending on what needed to be done after looking at pictures I sent him. Since he was local and his shop was 10 minutes away, I drove there rather than having his associate do a mobile repair. Chris was able to remove the scrape marks using various buffing compounds and several different buffing pads, not needing to do any paint touch ups. I could tell from his detailed work that he did it to his best and to his self-satisfaction. Chris is very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him for the hour he was working on the car and I would definitely use his expertise if the occasion arises and I highly recommend him! Paint has been flaking off on all three components since November of 2023 so contacted A-1 back in March and now it has been two months since they said they would repaint because the technician that did the original job is no longer with the company. Your three-year warranty is no good if the paint constantly flakes off and you don't honor it. You need to contact me immediately with a firm date of when you will repaint and I'm tired of your excuses that your technicians live far away.
