Tried Hector's Bistro for the first time and it did not disappoint! The al pastor tacos were tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice. The chipotle quesadilla was cheesy with a nice smoky flavor, and the sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy--super addictive. You want to enjoy food that someone put there heart and soul into. This is the spot for you. Hector and Nick have a passion for food that gets passed on to you with love. Everything on the menu from wings to sandwiches to quesadillas are great options. This was my second time here, and tried even more stuff off the menu. Its a big menu with plenty of options.
