What a great place!!! Always an entertainment, food is outstanding made from scratch, worth to wait a little. We got to try quesadillas which were outstanding, also chicken wings and few other delicacies off the menu. I can't wait to go back to try some burgers this time! Definitely must go and visit Hector and his tiny joint. Well worth it. And it's BYOB

You had me at quesadilla! Hector's Bistro has quickly become my family's go-to takeout joint! The variety of food, reasonable pricing and exceptional customer service is unmatched! Hector's ability to chef up mouthwatering food makes this Bistro a complete gem! So far we've ordered the chicken, birria, shrimp, jerk chicken & Polish quesadillas, as well as the jalapeño poppers... all of which were nothing short of amazing! Can't wait to continue to explore the rest of the menu!

This is a very interesting place. The food we had was excellent, the buildout of this restaurant is welcoming. Small place with BYOB for dine in service is appreciated. Many people were ordering and picking up food for take out. So the volume of meals being served is impressive. The menu has a great variety of dishes with a strong and varied quesadilla selection. I recommend giving it a try.

First time here but we will definitely be back. They are doing big things in a little space. Great food, super friendly staff and huge portions. The menu offers something for everyone with some surprisingly unique options.

As soon as we sat down, our server was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I asked him for a drink recommendation and told him what flavors I usually enjoy, and he immediately suggested something that ended up being absolutely perfect for me. The drink didn't take long at all to come out as well! Everyone at my table ordered burgers, and we were all impressed. The portions were generous, and the burgers were cooked just right. They were juicy, flavorful, and satisfying without feeling overly heavy. We paired them with fries and onion rings for the table, and both were sooo crispy and delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful both outside and inside. It has a really inviting vibe, and you can tell they put effort into creating a space that feels stylish but still comfortable. When we arrived, it wasn't too busy, which made for a relaxed lunch experience. While we were there, near the bar area there was a group of people celebrating something with a DJ, and the energy over there looked like so much fun!! Overall, great service, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere. I'll absolutely be coming back!

I ordered eggs, bacon and a banana waffle. When you order a side of bacon they serve you six slices of bacon. (I actually asked the server if it was a side?). The banana waffles come with an entire banana sliced on it. The portions for breakfast are extremely generous! Located in Ford's, NJ on what looks like Main Street you will find Colonial Restaurant. It's mixed in among houses and shops. It's a typical NY Diner menu which I love. When you walk in there is counter seating the length of the restaurant on the right and a line of booths that seat 4 on the left. If you go with a large party you will have to sit separately. If you're in the area I definitely recommend Colonial Restaurant for breakfast!

The prices are exorbitantly high, and the quality of the food is very quite poor. To be frank, it was unpleasant. The fries were undercooked and soggy. I opted for a turkey bacon and egg sandwich, as it was the least expensive option available. I had suggested to my family that we leave, but they were reluctant to appear impolite. I was eager to depart. The sandwich featured a well-cooked egg, undercooked bacon, and was served on an overly sweet roll, which resembled a hamburger bun (small). It was priced at $8.00, yet it came with no additional sides. My spouse ordered a Reuben sandwich, which also came with fries that were soggy and undercooked, priced at $18.99. My son chose a medium-well burger, but it arrived more on the rare side, and the fries were equally soggy, uncooked and unappetizing. The total for our meals, NOT excluding the tip, amounted to $56.23. My son barely touched his burger or the fries, while my husband consumed half of his Reuben but left the fries untouched. I took only two bites of my sandwich before deciding not to eat any more. My son had a coffee, and my husband ordered a Sprite. I had water. In summary, I will NOT be returning to this establishment. See pictures I zoom the eggs and nasty undercooked bacon. Also look at the menu for yourself!!!! CRAZY PRICES! I of course used Yelp to find a good diner on my drive from New Brunswick to Atlantic City. I found Broad Street located in Keyport not far from the Garden State Parkway. It's your "classic" diner which has that 1950's vibe with the exterior and interior decor. Elvis paraphernalia is featured here. They had a busy lunch crowd. I sat at the counter and ordered a McCaffrey Wrap which comes with grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard. It was really good. The side of sweet potato fries were crispy and seasoned just right. The staff were courteous and the service quick. There is a small parking lot that can accommodate about five cars. There was plenty of on street parking. The downtown area was nice and you can take a nice walk after dining here to the waterfront.
