I was looking for a very specific automobile and had only ever driven by Kentson in Bountiful, but…read morenever stopped or called until a couple months ago. These guys are great. Super low pressure, lots of great inventory and I LOVED that they let me test drive by myself. I was able to try out lots of cars and felt comfortable giving them a real test drive as opposed to feeling held back by having the salesman with me. I got fantastic service from James and Mark, true apostles of great service. I will be back to Kentson in the future I'm sure.

We were super happy with the experience and thought their sales team and cars were great. Fast forward to this year. We messaged them about a car since we were helping a friend who needed to purchase a car. I received a phone call from Trevor asking about our interest in the car and I told him we were coming in the next day to look at it, but mentioned to him we were looking at a competitors car as well. He told us that the competitors weren't good and sold lemon cars, which I thought was pretty negative of them. Especially since we've bought several cars from this competitor many times throughout the years and been super happy with them. And whenever we've told the competitor that we were looking at cars from Kentson, they didn't say one bad thing about them. When we went to test drive the cars today Trevor wasn't there but another sales guy helped us. He was helpful but all of the cars we drove were all filthy and smelled bad, or the tires were completely worn down and would have needed to be replaced. We walked back in to the sales floor after driving a car and our salesman wasn't there so we handed the keys to the salesperson there. He looked at us confused and like we were bothering him (even though there was no one else in there) and we wondered what was going on. We told him we were dropping the key off and were going to look at another one but didn't know where the other guy had gone. He didn't say much and it was really uncomfortable. Come to find out, that was Trevor that I had talked to the other day. It wasn't professional at all. Instead of greeting us and asking us what he could do to help us he just stared at us and acted confused. We went back outside and the other salesman was there with another car for us to drive. That one was much better, and my friend was seriously considering it, but after driving it we told them we wanted to check out the other one at Rand's just to see what it was like. They mentioned again how they sell lemon cars (they do sell buy backs with minor issues that have been fixed from Tesla) and that they would never buy cars from them. My husband told them that we'd be talking to the guy we usually buy from over there and we'd be in touch. All of us were really uncomfortable with how they were trying to trash the other car dealership and it left a really bad impression. We drove down to the other dealership and all of the cars there were so much better taken care of. They had replaced tires and detailed all of the cars and it was just a much better experience. We told them that we saw one at Kentson that we liked and he said that they are a great dealership and have good inventory. We all looked at each other and were blown away. It just made Kentson look even worse. My friend ended up buying the car from the competitors and not Kentson. And afterward both of us got calls and texts from Trevor asking us how the test drive was at the competitors. I texted him back that she ended up getting a different car (so that he didn't keep contacting us - talk about high pressure) and he wanted to know which one she bought! It's none of his business which car she purchased, and I knew he was going to look it up and tell me what was wrong with it and why we shouldn't have considered it. It was just super unprofessional and we all said we would never go back there. It's a shame because they used to be really good but they've gone way down hill!!

Update 5-16-25 Light has been on since the last update, cpo warranty has now expired, Still no help…read morefrom GM Brian Johnson (As long as this truck is a problem for me I will be a problem for you Brian. Do what's right) Update 3-25-25 maybe 300m on the truck and the collision system light is back again, mgr Brian won't take my calls. Update 1-23-25. The problem LH Miller sold me has now been at their Provo store for two weeks, my personal business is mobile and I've been without work due to this for over two weeks. GM Brian and his service department at the Bountiful location were aware of this problem over a month before I purchased the vehicle yet they have done nothing to help me with the situation they put me in. They have since fired the service Mgr Matt that was part of this whole mess. I REGRET purchasing my truck from LH Miller Bountiful for my personal business, I'm now looking for an at home job as the truck has been in the dealership being diagnosed for a repair that should have been completed before the sale of the truck, now I cant schedule my customers. I found out after, the truck was traded in because of this issue (collision detection system) and that customer was quite upset with LH Millers diagnostics. My sales person was great and sent me video of any damage, one scratch on the tailgate and a big scratch on the camper shell, it was very dirty underneath but I was promised it would be detailed, inspected, the crash detection system repaired a fresh oil change and the air filter re-attached that wasn't attached to the intake tube and even deliver the truck. Awesome I was excited. Until I took delivery of the truck. Crash detection system light on, no cruise control it was still filthy, caked in mud underneath in the wheel wells it was never cleaned. I called spoke with mgr Brian who sent the delivery driver back to get the truck. They had a "professional detailer" clean the truck and had the other problem diagnosed as programming. They bring the truck back to me, collision system is good no lights, detail is sub par and was done by their detailer not a professional detailer like I was told but ok and whats this a nice new dent in the tailgate that wasn't there when the salesperson sent me video of the damage, frustrating but whatever I need the truck for my business.. First job out after getting the truck back *Collision detection system* warnings again. I get the truck home and just happened to be looking at all the mud under it and noticed the oil filter, the old oil filter that was never changed. I talk to the Mgr Brian and he has me bring it back the following Monday (I live in Orem, more mileage added on the truck back and forth to Bountiful) Reschedule my customers and take the truck back to LH Miller Bountiful where Mgr Brian and service Mgr Matt tried their best to resolve the situation but again failed. I waited at the dealership while they diagnosed the issue again and get the oil changed. Now diagnosed as an "internal short" and will need a new part so I ask if the Provo LH Miller can install the part and they agree, great no more drives to Bountiful. I meet service Mgr Matt at the gas station they offered to fill up the gas which I appreciated, while waiting at the pump I can see a drip of something under the truck, its oil. There is oil all over the axle, drag link just everything under the oil filter and was never bothered to be cleaned off, I pop the hood to check the oil level and guess what, the air filter is still not attached and just sucking in unfiltered air. I was furious, they have dropped the ball over and over and over again. Service Mgr Matt cleans up the oil and does something to the air filter I don't know what because I still had to attach it when I got home and hasn't came off since. At this point I'm not getting any apologies from management just blank stares, they get finished and the last thing the general Mgr Brian said to me, not an apology not a we screwed up again, but "try again" They have made zero effort to offer compensation or go beyond the original terms agreed upon before the sale, despite the ongoing issues and inconvenience caused by their lack of a proper inspection, diagnosis and repair. 1-23-25 Truck is at LH Miller Provo for the 2nd time being diagnosed

I've never experienced that before EVER at another dealership. It's always at least a day long ordeal and so many hoops to jump through to get approved. We always get a great deal and something that works with our budget. Jared even helped us get approved for a car right after a bankruptcy. He was upfront and honest, which I appreciated, and he followed through on commitments to fix small things in my new car. He also wasn't forceful or coercive as some salesmen are. Another employee, Jameson, was helpful and knowledgeable. He happily answered our many questions and went above and beyond to serve us. I expect this from any business, but it was especially nice in a car dealership since I have had negative experiences in other places. The inside of the dealership is cute! There are a few vintage car items and orange highlights. It makes the place look put together and nice. There weren't many cars in the lot, but apparently COVID has made it difficult for them to acquire new cars. 24 Motors is a great place to buy a used car. At least it felt like it when a big coolant leak sprayed dexcool all over. 24 Motors to the rescue! This is a fair priced dealership with a straight shooting owner. They also maintain a service department, which just earned me as a loyal customer. I brought in my smoking truck, they looked at it, and it was covered in coolant. They cleaned up everything really nice to find the source, and in doing so, found a few other leaks in other systems. Not only did they replace my water pump, but also a few gaskets and hoses. They charged me almost $100 less than the two other shops I asked about water pump replacement, and all the cleanup and extra repairs were included. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they stayed late to finish it up on a Friday, so I could have it for the snowy weekend. Now I don't know if they would clean up rotten fish in an engine, but for professional, fair prices, and great service, don't drive up State St any farther than 900 N. Thanks 24 Motors, you've earned a customer.

They agreed to refund the full amount of the GAP insurance and Warranty we didn't want. As on now after 3 weeks, we have not received the refund which is alarming. I'm almost at the point of reaching out to an attorney. I'll keep you updated if they follow through. Regarding the misaligned trunk, broken seals on the taillights, and other bad body work; Colton did arrange a loaner car and the vehicle was fixed at the Paint Spot and is no longer flooding the trunk. I'm not sure how the car made it to the lot in the first place; if there was a 150-point inspection completed. Here are a couple of things to be aware of: 1) They will try to sell you a vehicle monitoring system that is $50 GPS tracking unit that is connected to your OBDII system. They wanted $1799 for it, and they say it can't be removed. It has two tabs to remove the unit in about 10 seconds; Later the salesman said we could pay for a year then they will remove it.... this was a complete lie. Don't Pay it! 2) They tried to add on a carbon credit fee of $200 which no one could explain what it was. 3) Their dealer fee is $699 which is on the high side and the highest I've come across in Utah. 3) Branded cars have no manufactures warranty left, you have zero warranty on their cars. They will offer you a warranty and in my son's case they said it was $2,200 off but the contract was $4500 for a warranty, he thought it was $2200 total????? They also said it was through America Frist CU and it could be cancelled if no claims were made. Of course, when I looked at the paperwork it wasn't with America First.... 4) The next morning after driving the car home he noticed the trunk was leaking, the taillights were full of moisture, and the trunk is out of alignment. We had an autobody tech look at it and he said there were numerous panels out of alignment and the car should not have left the shop. We went into the dealership Monday morning and asked to return the car and get our down payment back. They said it's his fault and he should have checked the vehicle (it was dark at night when he saw the car). I would get the car checked out at a local body shop before signing anything FYI.
