After talking too the salesperson I became completely turned off by their professionalism. There was no follow up no help in buying the car. Bought a car from these guys and they told us that they had a mechanic check everything out and the car was perfect. Two weeks later the air conditioner stopped working and our mechanic said that the air compressor was over filled which caused it to break. York overfilled the compressor, and when we called them they said "these things happen" and refused to help. But it was their fault they over filled the compressor. bought a 13,000 dollar car and two weeks later had to pay 2,000 dollars for it to be fixed. so not cool. read more

He was so friendly and down to earth and made the whole process from beginning to end, as pleasant as it could possibly be. I just bought a 2015 Honda Civic from Dallin two weekends ago. The price was $3,000 under book value! Beautiful car! Super clean and everything I wanted! Just one step under the touring addition! The price and condition of the car was definitely something that made me not want to walk away without buying it. But Dallin was amazing with my fiancé and I. He answered all the questions we had. Threw in a one month warranty, and a full tank of gas. He also stayed after hours on a Friday night, to help us get everything we needed to square away the sell with the bank in the morning. Dallin was for sure one of the nicest salesman we've ever dealt with. Not pushy, not rude, and very personable! He made the entire buying Experience awesome for us. We picked the car up Saturday morning everything came as promised. (It definitely could have used an outside wash and clean, dash and inside window. But it has been I absolutely love it!! But Dallin was off so we weren't able to thank him. We've got teenagers getting ready to drive soon. So as long as we can work with Dallin again for our next purchases we will be happy to come back. I purchased a 2005 Scion XA from them a back in 2015. The car had about 96,000 miles on it when I purchased it for $6,000. Test drove it, no lights were on, and everything was perfect. Shortly after taking it home and driving it regularly, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I got the codes read and found it was an apparent camshaft issue. There's no way they could have received the car and NOT known it was throwing an error if so soon after driving it, the light came on. I took it back and they agreed to pay PART of the cost for the replacement of the solenoid. Guess what? Not too long after that the check engine light was BACK on. I called, left messages, but was avoided by these people. I tried to ride it out and change the oil regularly with high grade, high mileage oil. Nope. The light never goes off. After speaking with the rep who sold it to me about a year later, he discouraged me from contacting the owners and was on the phone with me for over 30 minutes trying to get me to NOT call them. These people knowingly sell lemons, but change the oil and clear the codes so that when you test drive it, everything seems fine. There are multiple scenarios in these reviews that have similar stories. I STRONGLY ADVISE TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I'm locked into a 5 year loan with this crappy car that I can barely get to pass inspection every year. Please heed my advice and don't fall victim to them. Stop them from preying on people's trust. read more

Very bad car dealer. Sold a car out from under me after I paid to have it inspected. Could not accept bank wire transfer the most secure way of payment. Wanted me to put a nonrefundable 1000 dollars down to have it inspected. Would not allow me to complain or talk to the owner, the salesman said the owner would have him handle anyway. read more

Bought a delightfully low millage family sedan from York. they were not pushy, the price was $500 over Kelly Blue Book, but the car only had 38k miles on it... You get what you pay for and what I got was a wonderful deal on a wonderful car, and was able to make the decision without any pressure. Be a smart buyer and make sure to research the car you are getting. These guys are not mechanics, they are specialist in finding exceptionally clean, low miles cars, then selling them at a slight premium to KBB (in my case, 500 over clean retail). Go on KSL and deal with some shady person if you want the absolute lowest price, but if you value your time into the equation these guys are where its at! I did not get paid for this, I just saw two other reviews which were negative and I felt obliged to chime in with my good experience! read more

Bought an older Toyota Camry with low miles. They allowed me to have it checked out at a mechanics shop in Bountiful, UT with a mechanic I trusted and the mechanic stated the car had been very well maintained. The salesman was very up front about some minor cosmetic damage that they repaired, they also shared AutoCheck and CarFax on the car. Unlike some of the reviews I read today, I had an excellent experience and the car I purchased has not had any major problems over the last 3 years. As for or those who bought cars and had problems, I wonder if they did their due diligence by having a prepurchase check performed by a skilled mechanic. read more

I work in sales, it's not like I blame people for working hard to sell me stuff to both our benefit. I liked the car so I bought it anyway but my buying experience was tainted by his half truths and sales BS. I regret buying from their guy instead of someone more upright. read more
