Overpriced for a dealer of this size. They will not give on anything. Making lots of money is the only thing they seem to care about.

I originally had issues with their repair shop not repairing the car we bought well, but Auto Savvy decided to pay half of the balance to fix the car. While I wish they would have paid the full balance, I was past the miles warranty so I appreciate them meeting me halfway. The car is set up to be fixed in the next couple of weeks, I will update about how the process goes.

I originally left AutoSavvy Woods Cross a 5-star review, but after my experience with their sales…read moreand service departments, I feel obligated to change it to 1 star. My salesman, Wes, told me that the vehicle's fluids had been changed. After the purchase, I discovered that this was not the case. Sam, the service manager, admitted that I had been misled. I was also told that Wes was no longer with the company. Sam told me AutoSavvy would cover the cost of the oil and transmission fluid changes because I had been given incorrect information. Since then, Sam will not return my calls, and the General Manager will not speak with me. Then Daisy called me. I explained that if AutoSavvy refused to take care of the problem, I would have no choice but to change my original 5-star review to 1 star. Her response was: "Do whatever you have to do." That tells you a lot about how this company handles customer concerns. I drove the vehicle all the way to California, and on the way, a major part fell off the vehicle. After everything that had already happened, this was extremely concerning. Do yourself a favor before buying from AutoSavvy: click on the low reviews and read them. Pay attention to how many customers appear to have changed their reviews after initially giving the dealership a higher rating. My experience has been one of multiple broken promises, being given information that turned out to be untrue, and horrendous customer service when I tried to get the situation resolved. I would strongly recommend avoiding AutoSavvy Woods Cross.

I made it clear I needed a reliable vehicle due to how much I drive, and at no point was I informed the vehicle's history was unknown or that it had prior damage. Shortly after purchase, the A/C stopped working during a road trip. When I took it to a Toyota dealership, I was informed the vehicle had previously been in a front-end accident--something that was never disclosed. I was also told the A/C system requires significant repairs, including replacement of major components. When I contacted the sales agent, Alan, I was told I "didn't ask for the Carfax" and was offered to split the repair cost. That response was unacceptable, especially given how the vehicle was represented. While one member of the service team was professional and helpful, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on what I've learned, I would not have purchased this vehicle had I been given accurate information. I strongly recommend doing your own inspection and research before buying from this dealership.

Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Think Twice Before Trusting This Service Center…read more Our brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 2500 HD, a $95,000 truck that we absolutely LOVED, is still sitting at the service center because apparently getting a simple repair done correctly is too much to ask. We brought our truck to Murdock Chevrolet Service Center (Woods Cross) for a factory issue that was not caused by us. While the dealership was working on that issue, their service department caused scratches and paint chips to the truck. What should have been a simple touch-up turned into an absolute nightmare. The body shop they use, Higgins, has now worked on the same quarter panel FIVE TIMES, and somehow the situation continues to get worse. Their apparent solution seems to be to keep buffing and polishing the panel and hoping the damage disappears. It doesn't. At some point, repeatedly reworking the same area is not a repair -- it is making the problem worse. This is a brand-new truck that has never been in an accident or had collision damage, yet it has now undergone repeated body work because of damage caused while it was in the dealership's possession. We have serious concerns about the impact all of this work is having on the truck's condition, appearance, and potential resale value. We did not pay nearly $95,000 for a truck that would immediately become a repair project because of the dealership's mistakes. The inconvenience has been ridiculous. We've had to repeatedly rearrange our schedules, leave work early, make trips back and forth, and continue dealing with a problem that should have never existed in the first place. And the customer service has been just as disappointing. I have personally contacted upper management regarding this situation and couldn't even get the courtesy of a response to my email. Apparently, once they have your money, getting someone to take responsibility becomes someone else's problem. At this point, our frustration has gone far beyond the paint damage. We have completely lost confidence in this dealership and the people they have entrusted with our vehicle. What makes this even more upsetting is that we genuinely loved this truck when we purchased it. Now, after everything that has happened since the day we brought it in for a factory repair, we don't even feel the same way about owning it anymore. This has been, without question, the worst dealership service experience we have ever had. A $95,000 brand-new truck should not leave a service department looking worse than when it arrived -- especially when the damage was caused by the dealership in the first place. Murdock Service Center and Higgins have had multiple opportunities to make this right. Instead, they have repeatedly made it worse. At this point, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think very carefully about how they handle your vehicle once they have it in their possession. We didn't bring them a damaged truck. They created the damage, failed to properly repair it, and have now left us questioning whether our brand-new truck will ever be returned to us in the condition it was in when we entrusted it to them. That is completely unacceptable.

DO NOT GO HERE -- Read Before You Bring Your Car In!…read more I've tried to give this dealership's service department the benefit of the doubt multiple times -- both for my personal car and through my company's fleet -- and every time, it's been a disaster. I brought in a recently purchased car for a recall and diagnostic. Appointment was for 7AM -- no follow-up until the next day. They sent a generic inspection video, but the advisor had no idea what parts were needed and told me my whole front end was loose. He told me to take it to a body shop. So I took it to Gerber Collision -- they said the only issue was a single loose bolt on the radiator support. That's it. Even they were shocked that Ford didn't just tighten it on the spot. To make matters worse, my entire driver's side was covered in grease -- handprints, footprints -- a total mess. They said they'd "detail it." Yeah, right. I spoke to Dustin (service manager) who apologized, acknowledged other customers had the same issues, and promised they were "restructuring." He asked for another chance. I agreed. Brought my car back. New advisor, better start... then it went downhill again. Two more weeks passed with barely any updates. The tech (who was actually great) told me the axle boot was torn and they'd give me a deal to fix it. I got a competing quote from Egan Auto (they're fantastic, btw) and sent it to the advisor. They finally responded a day later, agreed to match it -- but ignored my follow-up questions entirely. Left voicemails, texts, no response. Finally called Dustin again. This time? He blew me off and said he'd "use it as a training tool." That's it. They had my car two weeks and wasted my time, again. Bottom line: * Terrible communication * Unorganized * Sloppy, careless techs (grease everywhere) * Zero follow-through * Management doesn't care Take your car to Egan Auto instead. I believed they power washed it off so it looked clean before purchase. They wouldn't help with cost of the repair. I do understand that I bought the vehicle "AS Is", but this seems like deception to me. When I got there, I looked underneath and saw the front axle leak. I never took it to a mechanic, as you are aware of. You brought it to your mechanic to get it repaired as part of our deal. Update: Two months Later: I contacted them to let them know I called the DMV inquiring about why my license plate had not been delivered yet, and told them that the DMV has not received their report of the vehicle being sold yet. Their reply: "I'm waiting for the title from America first. Should be here any day. Delays like this are abnormal. We've struggled with the previous owner of the jeep for her cooperation. I'll have a better update tomorrow." My Reply: "Thanks, I feel like you should have been on top of this, but now you are because I bring it to your attention. I'm just a little frustrated that I am driving a Jeep that I could get a ticket because the registration isn't correct." Their Reply: "how about you bring that Jeep back and I'll give you your money back" My Reply: "that's not possible, I put too much money into it to fix it so it can work correctly" Their Reply: "it's either patience on your part or unwind the deal" My Reply: "well, do you think two months after the deal has been signed is being patient enough?" Their Reply: "Bring it back" My Reply: "no, I'm not doing that. Like I said, I poverty spent and invested money into this vehicle, like the oil leak." So they're answer for not doing their job correctly is bring it back after I've already spent $2,500 plus on this vehicle.
