What made this particularly disappointing was that I had previously had good experiences at Wild Ginger. I remember the vegetables being fresh and nicely steamed, and the food generally being enjoyable. The portions were generous, but portion size doesn't make up for food that is dry, tough, and difficult to eat. I'm leaving this review because I hope the restaurant takes the feedback seriously.
