They replaced half sole on my shoes, and did not put the proper adhesive on my shoes! Also, they left a gap in the side of the new sole, where it meets up the the original sole. I didn't notice the mistake until 2 months later, when I went to wear them for the first time. I went back to the shop to see what can be done to address the issue. They told me "someone else must have did the damage to my shoes"! Now, I understand I should have checked the quality of the repair when I picked them up, but I didn't. Instead of asking how this issue can be resolved, they said I or someone else must have damaged the shoes. I'm sure they normally do good work, because I saw examples with the shop. I guess the issues arise when you have a dispute about their work. Needless to say, I won't be going back, despite it being 2 miles from my house. Best wishes!!! read more

Took a pair of shoes to be repaired. They were friendly, polite, fast and did quality work (leather was pulled away from sole). Dropped shoe at around noon and it was ready by 5pm same day. Shoe is like new and price was very reasonable. They also do clothing alterations, prices posted were very reasonable but I have not used their alteration services yet. read more

My wife and I have used Annie for alterations and reweaving for 15 plus years, and she is excellent. I defy you to find the holes in the garment after she has rewoven it.
