When my go to emissions station closed down for renovation, I asked around and was directed to this place by other locals. The place is very clean with a huge waiting area that has magazines and a TV for your entertainment. Checking in was pretty straight forward and my car was taken foe inspection right away. What I liked about the place is that they have a TV that shows what the inspector is doing with the car, and was surprised how busy that whole activity is. It took about 15-20 minutes and my car was brought to the entrance, all warmed up and delivered with a smile. For the professionalism, convenience, cleanliness and promptness of service, this place is highly recommended. It is a tire shop, and may give them a chance when my car is due for tires.

But this time I was told it would potentially cost $160 with parts and labor. Keep in mind this is typically a 5 minute job. When I told the service person that's ridiculous and it's just a bulb replacement, he basically gave my keys back and told me to "have a nice day". So I instead went to Autozone and had the bulbs replaced for $12. And it took less than 5 minutes. I will definitively not be visiting this place again and will not recommend.

Once Clerk #557 looked at my tire, he also let me know that my other tire was completely bald. He was extremely patient with me and took the time to help me find an affordable tire option, which I truly appreciated because getting a flat tire was definitely not in my current budget after already spending over $1,000 on repairs for my car recently. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention from your team. My car was completed in a beautiful timeframe, so my wait was not long at all. As I was leaving, Clerk #557 actually stopped me before I drove off because he forgot to tell me they had found a lot of nails in my back tire -- he even had the nails in his hand to show me -- and let me know they fixed it. I don't think you understand how appreciative I was of that. It showed me that your team took the time to properly inspect my car and did not rush through the job just because it was busy or last minute. Great work by great people. And even came back when I wanted to double check the balancing. All for a very reasonable price. I discovered that mobile tire install was even a thing via Tire Rack (which had good prices and made it easy to find a local installer). Then I checked Yelp and found Road Runner with their amazing reviews. Well deserved. Alex will order tires for you if you need. Or you can order them and have them shipped to your home. Or I ordered 4 tires online to get a great deal, and shipped them to Road Runner. Alex brought them and installed them in the parking garage of my apartment, while I worked upstairs. So I didn't have to miss half a day of work. I just paid for his time plus a tip (and worth every penny). I just wish I'd know about this all those times I had to limp on a flat tire to a tire shop, or get a tow. I found the nearest town fair and they replaced the tire asap. Sometimes you need to ask for a specific tire if you have a car that u use to go around town but I do travel on the highway and they recommed a good tire in my price range all the time. I've never had to get my own car serviced and repaired before so I wanted to know that I was in good hands. I went on facebook and asked the harbor point group what people recommended for auto repair and the great reviews of scottys caught my eye. I called up scottys and they let me know they were booked for the next 2 days (it was the first) but they said to drop it off and that they would do their best to look at it beforehand. sure enough I got a call the next day with a breakdown of what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate which was HALF WHAT THE JEEP DEALER QUOTED US, plus it didnt include some of the nonsensical stuff they suggested to fix that scottys said did not need to be done. ultimately they were able to get everything done before we headed out for vacation. when I went to go pick it up, they had admitted there was a communication error and that it wasnt ready just yet and that it would be another hour or so. I mentioned that I had just took an uber and had a lot of other things to try to work on and to see if they could try to give me an accurate time estimate. the guy there (isaac i think) just handed me a set of keys and said heres a loaner ill call you! that alone made this a 6 star experience! talk about admitting to a mistake and making up for it with phenomenal service. anywho, i know where ill be getting my oil changed moving forward! thank you guys!

Is 0 stars possible?…read more I went to this place by accident after confusing it with universal auto body (who does a solid job by the way), to get my brakes inspected. After telling me they were going to waive the diagnosis fee, they took three hours to diagnose the problem and falsely told me I needed to get multiple different things replaced, costing over $2800. After telling them I was going to try and get a 2nd opinion, they charged me $180+ just for the diagnosis. I am now getting it fixed at another place for less than $1000. These guys are thieves!
