He was extremely patient with me and took the time to help me find an affordable tire option, which I truly appreciated because getting a flat tire was definitely not in my current budget after already spending over $1,000 on repairs for my car recently. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention from your team. My car was completed in a beautiful timeframe, so my wait was not long at all. As I was leaving, Clerk #557 actually stopped me before I drove off because he forgot to tell me they had found a lot of nails in my back tire -- he even had the nails in his hand to show me -- and let me know they fixed it. I don't think you understand how appreciative I was of that. They tested in the left rear tire was soft. Build it told me to monitor it and come back. I had a problem. It took minutes. Last night I went to return the car and the light was back. I took it in this morning without an appointment and they were able to take it test it and figure out a small screw head pierced it. They sealed from the inner side of the tire and it should last the lifetime of the tire. Great customer service and the cost was very reasonable .

Or I ordered 4 tires online to get a great deal, and shipped them to Road Runner. Alex brought them and installed them in the parking garage of my apartment, while I worked upstairs. So I didn't have to miss half a day of work. I just paid for his time plus a tip (and worth every penny). Ridiculous. Thank goodness I walked out. I went to Mini in Darien and they fixed the wire and the washer leak with a new hose for $150 including labor. Stating what happened was minor. One wire and one hose. And this was dealer, so shout out to them for being knowledgeable and honest. My second chance was today. My daughter needed help to fix a nail in the tire that was at 5/32. Enough tread life to justify a patch. They said I had to replace the tire, took them all day to tell me that. She went down the road and got it fixed it in 20 minutes! Enough said. Stay away.

I moved to CT from…read moreCalifornia not long ago and I stumbled on these guys because they are close to my house and my work. Although I chose them out of convenience, I was really blown away by their honesty, responsiveness, and quality service. At my first visit, I was convinced that I needed a transmission overhaul (due to a grinding sound that I heard) as well as new brake pads. I dropped the car off and the technician (Rich?) was really helpful and patient. Within the same day, he called me and shared that he had driven the car for miles and did not detect any issues with the transmission or the brakes. In fact, he told me that the brakes were in fantastic shape and it would have been unethical of him to change them! I was a little embarrassed, but the car stayed in CA for many months before we shipped it and I wrongly assumed that the brakes were squeaking due to an issue with the pads. It turned out that it was just dust or debris, and Rich was correct that it was just dust! They charged me NOTHING despite working on my car for hours. I brought my car back a few months later because there was an intense grinding sound in the engine. Since my car is fairly old, I assumed the worst. When I described the sound to Rich, he asked a couple of clarifying questions, and told me exactly what the problem was, which was WAY less of an issue than I was expecting. It was a simple fix and very inexpensive. They also changed my oil and replaced my dome light. Weston is a small town and it doesn't seem like a lot of folks use Yelp to identify mechanics, as evidenced by this unused Yelp page! But I highly recommend Weston Automotive to take care of your car.
