My mother and I stopped into Helen Nails to get pedicures with gel polish.They have massage chairs to help you relax during your pedicure.The staff was friendly and completed our pedicures in a timely manner.I had Julia and she was gentle,thorough and did a great job!My mother had Lam and she was pleased with her pedicure also.We were happy with our experience and we will visit again.

Second visit here and I couldn't be happier! Great service and highly skilled nail technicians work quickly, but still deliver high quality results. They are very accommodating and also took my Mom when they were close to closing. My big toe was bruised 5 months ago and the nail is broken, but they were able to salvage it lol. This is my new nail spot!!

I really wanted to like this place specially because the reviews are great. This was my first time here and I just have to say I was less than impressed. As a mom of 3 it's rare when I get to go out and treat myself to something like a manicure. It has been over a year since my last one and I was so excited. I was so bummed when the man rushed through the manicure and did a messy job with the gel polish. I'm so sad because idk when the next time I'll get a manicure will be and I truly wanted this to be a great experience for me. I'm giving 3 stars because Helen was super kind and welcoming.

Love that that are open! I've been waiting forever with this covid19! they made adjustments to be safe during these crazy times! Helen even stayed open till 8 for us to get our spa pedicures (which were desperately needed!) Wonderful people and they are amazing!

First Timer! Im from San Diego but spent the weekend to catch up with some friends with overdue nails and so i went searching around San Jacinto and found this gem in the desert! Sooo satisfied and happy definitely coming back here in case I come over again with overdue nails lol! Helen and her crew were all friendly and will definitely make you comfortable while you wait.. it was over the weekend so it was kinda packed. But hey, it's worth the wait! :) Call the store if she got spot for you if you dont want to wait.. Also, pay with cash and she'll give you discount but paying with card will charge you additional $2 fee. Hope this helps :)

We are new to the area and was recommended here, brought in my 2 daughters and myself for 2 full sets and 2 pedicures. 1 daughter had a short full set and gel polish 43.00 and the 2nd had a short full set with only the tip polished with regular polish not gel 50.00. i couldn't understand the price increase? So when i asked i was told they charged extra to do a painted tip on the nails. So you mean to tell me you charge 7.00 to paint the tip?. Well i didnt make a big fuss but i don't like with ppl nickel and dime you and then give you a lame excuse. They did a good job I'm not bashing that but I'm not ok with the over charging. P/s it's not listed here that they charge extra for painting the tip.

Took my mama out for a mani pedi and best $100 (2 European Pedi's, gel mani and gel fill) I could spend! They were very kind, detail oriented, no pressure and high quality! We walked in early and luck for us it was perfect timing. What I appreciated most is when it started to get busy they were honest with customers to wait or schedule for tomorrow. The manicurist and pedicurist didn't rush. Next time I'm in the area I'm def coming here

Called ahead and was told it would be 30-45 min before they could take two of us. Sounded like she was going to hang up so I asked if they would take a reservation and she took my name. We arrived and they did seat us fairly quickly for one pedicure and one manicure. However, they were short handed and so my husband waited in the chair for about 15+ min for his pedi. The nice thing is that they do have the chairs with the back massager. He was just sitting there for about 10 min until I went over to show him how to work the chair massager. My daughter was coming for a regular manicure but the lady talked us into the gel manicure which is priced at $25. A little above my budget but my daughter wanted it so figure we'd spot for it. There are 5 pedicure spa chairs and 6 manicure stations. I only saw 5 workers for all 11 spots but was busy so they could've used more gel on a Friday afternoon. The place was pretty clean. The salon is bit older and the chair massage buttons were worn off but overall a decent place. Not a huge selection of regular nail polishes but a nice selection of gel polish. Felt $25 for gels May be a little pricey considering a full set of acrylics start at $22.

This little nail salon was a okay experience! I was greeted when I first walked in and had no wait time, however when he was filing my nails he filed too much and hurt my finger multiple times. He insisted it didn't hurt and didn't acknowledge the fact that he filed too much. I asked for ombré glitter and it looked really ugly I asked if he could just put it all one color & he agreed. The price was reasonable. I paid 35 for a full set of acrylics.

I just wanted to write this review to let everyone know to come with cash and you get a certain percentage off if you don't come with cash then you will get charged two dollars, plus your original price! I like it there, it was cute & there is allot of selections. read more

Are used to go to banning to get my nails done because I tried so many places here in Hemet and couldn't find anybody to do my nails the way I like them. BTW I am very anal about my nails. Unfortunately, my appointment wasn't honored. Helen was 30 minutes late and Tuan did my fill. He was irritated with what I requested (white tip, no color) and kept saying "finally " when he was done. On my next visit, Helen instructed Nina to rub hard doing my pedicure...I have severe nerve damage on my insteps and I HURT! ) They both know this and usually just blot my feet dry. That was retaliatory for my white tip request on a busy Thursday! Helen suggests designs rather than painting white tips white EVEN IF I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! Why? I thought we had a good relationship, but if I'm not wanted there, I'll go to another salon. read more

Terrible Service! Terrible work! :( I've been getting a Mani and Pedi since I was 16 years old every two weeks. I'm 30 years old and I could have probably done a better job .... I explained to owner that the lady wasn't doing my Pedi correct in a nice manner. she instantly threatened to call the police on me although, I told her I'd still pay for the work the lady did, even though it was terrible ... I explained I didn't want trouble she told me ( you got Lucky )... as if they wanted something bad to happen ... they caused a scene I was embarrassed and humiliated because I quietly mentioned what I was unhappy about to the lady only because the person doing my pedi didn't speak great English So it could in fact be corrected Very unprofessional :( read more

Pretty good service in the beginning then went downhill. Pedicure was mediocre. I had acrylics and the guy started it as short and i asked for longer i guess thats how they charge more. $22up I was charged for $25. First of all it was rushed. Second of all, the guy that did my acrylics, he accidentally got on cuticle and skin. But i was like ok it was an accident. Then he did it again I reacted I said "ouch" you did it on this one too he laughed and said "i know" then HE DID IT AGAIN! He said "dont moved. Dont be scared when you get scared then you move then i hurt you. Thats why i hurt you" DUDE. When you're in pain you react and move your hand so i said i move because you hurt me. Then he kept fighting me about it and said "no you get scared" blah blah. Mind you i get my nails done EVERY MONTH. I know how it goes. I love to support local businesses and this one just sucks on customer service. read more

I have gone into Helen nails a few times and felt like they did pretty good. Today was my third time coming in for a pedicure and I will never return. First of all, they will not soak off gel. They use one of those drills for acrylic nails to shave off your polish BUT they also charge you 3 dollars to remove gel as if it's time consuming to shave off the polish with a drill. Today while the lady was drilling my nail she hit one spot too long so I jumped. She continued hitting the same spot and I jumped up again out of pain. There was a spot where she almost went completely through my nail. I felt my face turning hot and I was getting ready to grab my things and march the hell out of there, but it had been my husband's idea for me to get a pedicure so I stayed to do something nice for myself. I thought maybe since she dug my nail down to the bed she would probably not charge me for removing the gel, or at the very least maybe she will give me a killer pedicure to make up for it. Wrong and wrong. There is gel all over my cuticles and the polish is so splotchy. I asked for ombre glitter and it just looks so poorly executed that I am angry with myself for allowing her to even continue after she botched my nail and didn't even acknowledge what she did. I paid 26 for my pedicure, plus 3 to remove the gel, plus a dollar to use my debt card and to be honest, I'm not even sure what they charged me to add 'glitter' because she never told me. I can't remember how much extra they charged for gel but I was charged extra for that as well. Looks like I need to continue looking for a half decent nail salon in the area. It's my own fault for allowing her to continue and I even tipped her because before inspecting my pedicure close up I thought she had done well. People like this will take advantage of your kindness and continue to give other people shit service. She knew what she did. She knew this was a sub par pedicure and because I didn't speak up she got away with it. read more

For the first time I think they did a pretty good job. Got there at 5:00pm and was the only one there. Color selection may be just a bit of a downfall seeing as the first color I chose they didnt have, but other than that my nail tech did a good job. I felt good walking out of the place and my pregnant feet feel great! Just moved to Hemet from LA and ill definitely give this place another shot and update review then. read more

Tom is the best. He pays attention, doesn't get distracted. He pays attention to detail and takes his time. My nails are thin, and not bulky, which is a plus. Everyone else is very nice. Recommend. One of the better if not only good shops in Hemet. read more

Made an appointment at a different place in town...Showed up early and they had already given our chairs away. So called over here and they had a seat for us right away. Helen and Rachel were awesome. Michael did my mom and I gel manicure he was very respectful and nice and did a great job. Rachel was amazing with my mom who has MS and has a hard time with one of her legs. She easily assisted her the entire time and made sure she was comfortable. We will most definitely be back. Thank you guys so much! I had the regular pedicure and my mom got the #3 sea salt foot scrub I totally would've got that one if my feet weren't sunburn from the beach all weekend. Thanks guys! they are really horrible at acrylics. i showed the man a picture of what i wanted and it came out NOTHING LIKE IT. the nails weren't shaped at all and look like trapezoids on my fingers. on top of that he didn't even paint to the cuticle. very disappointed. if i could give 0 stars i would :( read more

Stopped by here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! My mom just moved to the area and I live 20 mins from here, I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon at the perfect time. I was able to get into a chair quickly, the service was attentive and fast. The prices are reasonable and about $10 less than pay at my usual place. I paid $46 for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. I definitely will be back! read more

I wanted to like this salon. I truly did. I had read the reviews and knew someone that is a regular customer. The 12 dollar fill seemed to good to be true as far as if they would do a good job. You definitely get what you paid for. I had made an appt because I didn't want to feel rushed. I know it's HS prom season but heck!!!! I went here for the first time on March 12th for a pedicure. I got the European pedicure which included a salt scrub which was orange scent. I also had the mask. It was amazing. Kate did a great job. I'll definitely be back. They were running a little late and were very apologetic. I had time so not a problem. Highly recommend. read more

I needed a set for my birthday party and did not want to drive an hour to my usual nail tech. I waited 40 minutes after my set appointment to be seen. When I asked the nail tech to fix my nails because they were too thick she had an attitude for the rest of the time and remained quiet. My nails are way too thick and sadly they were done two days before my birthday party and now I have the most horrendous nails for my big day. will not be returning. read more

Be careful and ask before getting a full set or a fill . Came in today with a friend, and she was charged $30 for a fill. Their explanation was that it was due to the length of the nails. This is regular polish not gel !! Then began to talk in their language , I'm sure about us. I guess my advise would be ask before coming here!! As we walked out we didn't even get a "have a nice day" or "thank you". We will not be coming back . This is ridiculous!!!!! read more

I came in with my sister in law for mani/pedi. I got the #4 pedicure (deluxe I think) which includes the hot wax. My pedicure was rushed. There was little to no massaging. The wax was hot ASF which left red marks all over my feet. I'm giving it 3 stars because Hellen was really nice and did a good job on my Mani. read more

This place is a rip off! I asked for matte Burgundy and this is what I got! She did not tell me her price until after she started. I left feeling like I was ripped off. I called the next day and the price I was told for what I got was half! Couldn't get my money back and was treated with disrespect. Friendly Staff. They are all good . Helen herself is the Best! Also Tom, Amy , Nina and Michael . They really care on what you want for your nails as they make sure that you are happy and satisfied . It's a very clean Nail Salon , up to date with nail colors and style . Their price is cheap compare to others . They always try to accommodate everyone whether you're walking in and want to make an appointment. I highly recommend to try them especially if your are around HEMET area. I live 30-40 minutes away but I don't mind the distance because I know that its worth my time knowing that I will get the best service from them. I used to go here and take all my friends and family here, until after about the last 3-4 visits my gel polish would lift, and peel off. I pointed it out to Helen and she was telling me it was something I was doing not her fault, I feel their prices no longer match the quality of the work, And the customer service is absolutely unacceptable for a regular customer. read more

Amy is my girl!!! Been coming here for over a year and have NEVER been disappointed! I always get gel nail polish last forever seriously and a design. Their massage chairs are great, there not worn down at all and it always feel like a great vibe. I love feeling welcome and to see everyone smileing at customers always is a big plus for me. If your looking to get your nails done for a great price with a great environment I highly recommend coming. I love the way Helen Nails do nails and I love the man who does my nail but the Manager who is a woman, she is greedy. She tries to charge 5-10 dollars extra just because she is running low on customers or just because.....and the price list is cheaper or less than what she charges at the end. Of course I love to tip but I am like you don't keep upping the prices on you loyal customers. To Manager, stop being a greedy person. God sees you and you will begin to lose customers. read more

This is likely my permanent selection based on the quality of work, ease of appointment, closeness to my new apartment, and price. Today, like in February, the owner found a very nice deep purple gel polish with sparkles, which was a huge help. In February, I only had a fill, but today, I also had a pedicure with a sea salt scrub and callous remover. This was my first pedicure in about a year; it was way overdue. The pedicure and fill were excellent. I was surprised I could make a last-minute appointment for a Friday afternoon, so I was delighted it worked out. Today, I got out the door for $71 plus tip (which ended up being $35 for the fill/overlay and $35 for the pedicure, plus a $1 fee for using a card). Be sure to see the pics of my purple nails.

I actually wanted to see Ezzy years ago when she was working solo in Murrieta, but she was always booked. I followed her work online and loved the attention to detail in her posts. I'm pretty simple when it comes to nails. I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure or sometimes just regular polish. I've tried a few other techs in the area, but either wasn't completely satisfied or felt pushed toward services I didn't really want. Around here it seems like everyone recommends structured or hybrid gel manicures, which just aren't necessary for me. At my first appointment, Ezzy actually assessed my nails and talked through what made sense for my nail health and the short length I prefer. She confirmed that structured or hybrid gel wasn't the right fit for me. She easily could have pushed a more expensive service, but she didn't. That kind of honesty and integrity means everything. I've now figured out the perfect maintenance schedule. The drive is about 40 minutes each way, but it's completely worth it. The entire team here is friendly and professional. I haven't personally booked with the other technicians yet, but they clearly work hard and have a great team environment. Don't hesitate to try the other techs as well. Honestly, people are sleeping on this salon. Just communicate what you want (and don't want), and they will do their best to accommodate. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for a few months. After today I don't think I will go back. They are so busy that they rush and do a very bad job. Helen did my nails and cut them so short it doesn't even look like I have acrylics on. I told her they were way to short and she told me that she could not fix them. Before I started I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted, nothing difficult. She said no problem. Then half way through she was unable to do the design (Grey with one marble nail). They looked so bad I told her just paint them all grey, so then she said I'll fix it and just put glitter on one nail. I'm not confrontational so I just accepted it but very disappointed. Everyone said they look terrible and now I have to wait for them to grow out They are also soar because she was so rough with the drill.
