It's rice noodles topped with ground pork, a shrimp-based sauce, fried garlic, chicharrones, a boiled egg, and a couple shrimp. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice on there and it's a wonderful blend of brightness, a bit of sourness, and a whole lot of savory. We had the following: Birria tacos: 9/10 - I've had plenty of Birria tacos and these were one of the best ones I've had! I don't like soggy Birria tacos, where they don't grill the tortilla for a crispier texture. They did it just right here and the tacos came out fresh, hot, crispy, with a lime and good amount of consume (dipping sauce) on the side. As soon as I bit into one, it was game over!
