I also didn't use the restrooms so I don't know how clean or modernized they were. This theater is definitely more intimate but I liked it, and would return.

The Zephyrhills Festival of Lights has theme this year. It about the classic holiday movie. All the…read moreparade floats are in this theme. The people line up along the parade route long before 2 hours of the parade. This is significant parade for this town. I saw some of the out of town people here. The movie theme. Many got the grinch at their parade theme. Other included frosty, beauty and beast, Rudolph the red nose reindeer, Mickey and Mini mouse, Christmas Town, Nativity Scene, Nutcracker, and more. Along the parade, there are several schools marching band, businesses, city department of service, police, and surprisingly many dance studio in a small town. The festival included parade, vendors booth, celebration program from 4pm to 9 pm. Kid love it. There is kid bicycle drawing at the pavilion, pony ride, peddling zoo. It is well plan event by the city.
