The original owners are back, and with new ownership and management, the transformation has been nothing short of amazing. The humidor is fully stocked with an outstanding selection of premium cigars, the bar is once again a great place to unwind, and they feature live entertainment five days a week, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights is the spacious outdoor patio--it's the perfect place to enjoy a great cigar, your favorite drink, and relax with friends. If you visited La Casa in the past and left disappointed, I highly recommend giving it another shot. Sadly, I have been going here for a very long time, almost 8+ years even after I moved out of state. I recently came back- after they moved and it's not the same both the ambiance and service has gone down! I never thought I would say it about a local Vegas company, but I might recommend a spot on the Strip over Casa based on my last visit. You can't lounge when everything feels crammed, the original location was a bit more spacious compared to this location. I understand that some want a intimate close with their group/buddies but some just want a bit of space. It wasn't as much of an issue this time because it wasn't as busy. Drinks used to be good but it seems like their bartender (forgot the name) needs help or training... shouldn't be struggling making a Manhattan or old fashioned. I might consider going back when I go back, but I hope it changes for the best. read more

As an avid cigar smoker who has visited lounges all over the world, I can honestly say this has been one of the most disappointing cigar lounge experiences I've had -- and unfortunately, it wasn't just a one-time issue. I've visited this lounge several times, and each experience has progressively gotten worse. On my first visit, the customer service from the staff was cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. On my second visit, I was told by the bartender that they had no cigars available -- something I've genuinely never encountered at a cigar lounge before. Most recently, I stopped by midday for a quick smoke. The business hours online, on the door, and over the phone all state they open at 12 PM. When I arrived, there were several other customers outside waiting as well. At first, I assumed they were simply enjoying the weather, but it turned out the lounge still wasn't open because no employee, manager, or owner had shown up. An employee casually arrived at 12:37 PM with no urgency whatsoever. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but this level of inconsistency and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The only reason I continued giving this place chances is because there aren't many cigar lounges nearby. However, at this point, I'd rather drive to the Strip and pay premium prices for a quality experience and proper customer service. read more

I've been coming here since 2016. Was always a great place to smoke and catch up with friends over a drink. However, this recent move has me second guessing on whether I should come back. Pains me to write this review, but this new spot is crowded/small, lights are too bright and has very few cigars . I don't understand why they moved. There's barely any space to move around, I'm constantly bumping chairs with people. I miss what it used to be ,the previous space with live music and happy customers. After a decade or more La Casa Cigar Lounge decided to move next door. When it once a happening place almost every day of the week it is now a shadow of its past. The lounge is smaller, the live music space virtually nonexistent, the ventilation is so so at best ( and freezing cold) and the atmosphere feels sterile. And most of the chairs are crammed together. The service is pleasant, fortunately. This lounge no longer represents the beauty of Tivoli Village. What can you expect now? My wife and I had a great experience at La Casa. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by Christina who let us into the humidor to pick out a cigar. They have a wide ranging selection of cigars, including a large variety of Fuentes including some of the more rare and expensive ones. Their whiskey and bourbon selection is pretty good as well. I opted for the Weller Special Reserve, and my wife had their La Casa martini. Both drinks were excellent and the price was reasonable ($25 for mine, $18 for hers). Christina is friendly, attentive, and the atmosphere here is very welcoming. This was our first time here, and will certainly be a new spot we frequent since we live close by. Don't waste your time or money going to La Casa. My husband and I went for my birthday as the yelp reviews and photos looked nice. We walked in and it was a ghost town. The one employee/bar tender was wearing a black hoodie with no way of us knowing if he worked there or not. He was not well put together and lacked any form of professionalism. We went into the humidor to choose a cigar and it was 90% empty. How can you call yourself a cigar bar if you have NO inventory?! The tables and chairs were so crammed together in the bar area we decided to sit on the back patio. It was a chilly evening and there was a fire table so we thought the employee would light it for us. According to the employee it has never worked and when he went to light it the flame would go on and then immediately turn off. This place is a joke. Terrible ownership and management. We had such a bad experience that we didn't even attempt to get a drink from the bartender after watching him try to make another table an Old Fashion. We will not be back. read more

My husband is a cigar aficionado and doesn't drink and I don't smoke, but enjoy a nice cocktail or a glass of wine. This Cigar Lounge catered nicely to both of us. And the plus was the live music venue each night. Significantly lower than if you went to one of the big hotels on the strip itself. The live music was extremely enoyable and provided great entertainment for the evening. Oh, and there is NO cover charge to get in. So the entertainment comes with your cigar and/or drink. The staff was ok. Nothing over the top, but not bad either. The lounge, as noted above was comfortable and provided for a relaxing evening with my best friend; my husband. Do I recommend you go? ABSOLUTELY. Came to Tivoli village for dinner, after dinner we decided to walk around and to our surprise we ran into La casa Cigar lounge, we were greeted right away, the lounge is small and quaint, with a relaxed vibe. They have a great selection of cigars to choose from and a fully stocked bar. There was live music on the patio to enjoy which they have nightly. They would benefit from having another big screen TV for those that are seated on the Inside, currently they have one TV for all to enjoy. This lounge definitely requires a return visit. Ok. This place can be freaking amazing - but you gotta have cigars to make it work. We were there last night, a great location, great furniture, nice outdoor area with live music. Cocktail prices were good, great choice of high end spirits. The bar dude seemed a little overwhelmed and like he didn't want to make the cocktail the way I wanted it, and I'm cool with that, it's his place BUT it's my money so maybe be receptive to learning g what your customer wants. It wasn't a crazy order. The staff were really nice. BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE CIGARS. 80% of the boxes in the amazing humidor were EMPTY. The staff even apologized for the weak selection. They had a lot of off label cigars, and a few name brand ones. I want to come back. I want to see this place in its rightful glory. This could easily be a weekly spot for me, but they need some selection. read more

The place has a great selection of cigars that you can choose from, or you can bring your own, you do get charged a cutting fee when bringing your own just FYI. They have Comfortable seats. Great place to just chill and mingle and just have a good time either on your own or with a group of friends.
