It was obvious there was no way to make these right because was not enough material left. I mean, I'm Not a seamstress, but even I could figure that out.. as we were standing there she turned the whole issue to be my fault The excuse was I was wearing the pants different that's why they were short not that the actual ham crotch ankle was incorrect, but the way I was wearing the pants was incorrect it truly the most ridiculous thing I ever heard if that was the case apparently I should've tried on every pair to see how I would've been wearing them lol.. The pants still had a tag on them of 50+ dollars. I'm sure she didn't want to replace them but I had spent over 200 and just a little compassion and admitting she was wrong on her part would've been better than turning the whole issue to be my fault so definitely would not recommend if you have more than one pair of sure you try them on both in case you decide to wear them the same way Never an apology never a follow up. Wow, what a great experience from a local family owned custom tailer shop. True to the business…read morename, they do it all. Custom suits, repairs, alterations. I came to have a pair of new suit pants altered after loosing some LBS. It was super easy to make my appointment and request what I needed done. This is where I gained trust in this business. After taking the measurements and looking over my pants. I was told even if it the pants were taken in as far as possible, it still wouldn't look right. He suggested at that point it would be best to buy a new suit vs the cost of the alteration and me not being totally satisfied. There was no mention of trying to sell me a nice high end suit there.
