Passing by in between Llano and Austin, here's Hellbent. I guess everyone needs a storefront but this does seem like an odd place on the side of the highway that's a good half-hour from Austin. Still, it's a showroom and they have several models of their holsters on display. Some of them have plastic replica firearms so that you can get a feel for what it's going to look like and feel like with your own pistol in there. Hard kydex, it seems like very good quality. I am very disappointed. I have one on their wallets and purchased one for my father as a gift. I decided to upgrade and purchase a new wallet May 24th. I received an invoice and my credit card was charged and as of June 22nd, I have not received any indication that the wallet has shipped. I sent multiple emails, called, and even left DMs on instagram with ZERO response. in fact their phone number is no good. I hope nothing bad has happened. I feel it is completely wrong to accept orders and bill for a product that is not available. I will say in the past the customer service was very good. I hoping this reaches someone at Hellbent hostlers. If you're going to bill me at least update me on my order. I understand things happen, but at least stop taking orders if you can't fulfill them. read more

Absolute scam of a company. Waited 6 months for an order while they either refused to respond or came back with a "we're a small family business" like it means anything. Email order says 3 weeks, I wait 6 months and they want me to wait longer while holding onto $200+. Finally called my bank and my bank made it right. I ordered a titanium 3.0 wallet in June. Their promo said if you order before July 1st you will receive your order by the end of July. It is now the middle of September and I still don't have my order. I emailed customer service yesterday and I haven't heard back yet. Hell Bent Holsters use to be a good buy, something changed after they moved to KY. I have a Glock 43 Holster from Hell Bent, awesome product. I ordered a holster for a Sig 365, it arrived a very poor quality non-usable piece of junk. I used exactly the same details and a photo of the first holster. The photo I sent was like the photo on their website. Again what was sent to me was not like the website photo or my current holster. Save the frustration, try a different holster manufacturer. read more

Don't expect to pay for Kryptek and get what you want I have a holster which is half Kryptek and half tan and grey smudge. I was told it is luck of the draw and sent a copy of their template. It pisses me off even more that it was a gift from my girlfriend. Just go buy elsewhere and rattlecan it the customer service is a joke read more

Part 1I have had several holsters made by Hellbent. I have always gotten a good product. However, getting call backs is simply not going to happen. My most recent order for a lefty cross draw was a disaster. I placed the order with the guy who was going to make it. I offered to leave the previous lefty cross draw he had made as a pattern but he declined and confidently said he knew exactly what I wanted. I got a call after a few days it was ready. But what he made was a lefty FBI cant. I explained the mistake to the sales person on Friday who said I should have the corrected lefty cross draw Monday or Tuesday. Having heard nothing, I called Wed morning to inform them I would be in the area mid day to pick up the corrected holster. I spoke to sales who said she would check on it and call me back. I received no call back. I went by at noon and was told by sales it was not ready because a bunch of new orders had come in. Given that they had messed up my order, I expressed my displeasure at being put at the back of the queue. I was then told it would be ready Thurs or Friday. Having heard nothing by Friday afternoon, I called and had to leave a message. I received no call back. Saturday, I called again. Sales person said it was ready. I drove over to pick it up only to find he had made another lefty FBI cant! He had told her he simply could not make the cant any greater! The sales person said she could not explain the error as he makes lots of cross draw holsters. I explained to her over and over he was making an FBI cant; not a cross draw. Part 2: I asked if I could speak with someone else (perhaps the owner) to explain again what a lefty cross draw holster looks like. She said they were not going to try it again as the worker had already wasted enough of his time on my order. Further, they were not going to make this holster anymore (I dont know whether she meant lefty, or lefty cross draw, or lefty FBI cant.). I asked her to please have Glade, the owner, call me as I really wanted the holster and it appeared to me there was a breakdown in communications somewhere. She said she would speak with him and either he or she would call me back, which of course did not happen. I always do my best to shop locally, and even though it is a 50 mile round trip, I tied to give them my business. Apparently they do not appreciate me as a customer and don't need my local business. Ordered products online. Every single item I received was damaged/something wrong. I immediately contacted them through email. The pictures I sent of the items even had the packaging in the background. They responded quickly and seemed concerned. They even went as far as asking for my order number to "do a return or send new product". Then after sending my order number, a week goes by hearing nothing back. So I email again trying to figure out what was going on. That last email I sent was weeks ago with no response. I really do like the items that I purchased.. however, Wayyyy to overpriced to recieve damaged items. And the customer service (was none) just is downright aggetating.
