AND, to top it off, I wasn't called to the back for my procedure until 8:35 a.m. (20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time). AGAIN, why? Why should I get there 30 minutes before my appointment time, when your staff is NEVER on time. Get it together and stop disrespecting your clients. If I was 20 minutes late for my appointment, I'm sure it would be an inconvenience for your employees. Metro Imaging opens at 8 am. They could not have been backed up already for an 8:15 am appointment.

I was greeted after a few steps by the person who was obviously the doctor and leader of the "party" outside my door. He asked if I was leaving. I said I've waiting an hour with no action, so I was going to leave. He told me 'there are other patients, too'. He wasn't taking care of them either.
