She was so thorough with explaining their store and how they approach the process. We started with me selecting a couple gowns and then based off of feedback, she would pull some she recommended. The entire time Suzanne was patient, helpful and kind. Also, enthusiastic! You can tell she loves helping out brides in finding their dream dress. What I really appreciated is that during the changing of each dress, she would ask me questions that really made me think and compare each dress I've tried on. It helped me look deeper into what I wanted on my wedding day. I tried on a dress that I fell in LOVE with. I had another appointment after, so I couldn't commit right away. I went to another store and after that appointment..I was still stuck on the dress from Bliss Bridal. I call Bliss Bridal asking if I could come back because I wanted to officially say yes to the dress and they squeezed me in! I was so grateful as I live in San Francisco and it cut us a trip. They allowed my daughter to try on many dresses and were very helpful with tying the corset type dresses and pinning up front of dress to show how the dress would look worn. Upfront we let them know that we were just looking and what we were looking for in a dress. The greatest part is that they even record the dress and school you are from for proms and hocos to help prevent from someone purchasing the same exact dress. Jenny is the daughter of Gloria and she was running the store with a new born and mom away on vacation. They did not miss a beat. Jenny helped while in store with choosing a dress and asking about style preferences to pull dresses to try on, she made the entire process and my daughter comfortable. The even fitted the dress with alterations, which was a relief not having to take the dress elsewhere. Additional fees do apply. Gloria messaged me the next day about the dress we ordered while still away and made sure all loose ends were tied up. The dress was comparable to all other shops and reasonably priced. A small local shop filled with many affordable options…read more Several things to note: The store is tiny, and can get crowded on the weekends especially during peak wedding / prom season. No appointments required, and they will do their best to accommodate all walk-ins, but usually better to visit on a weekday when they're less swamped. 5-star service when you're the only one there. Very responsive via text. In-store purchases are exchange only, and if you don't like an item, they will do their absolute best to help you find something that you'll love. No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. It's worth just shooting them a quick text or call to confirm your orders are ready before going in.

After visiting a couple other places, we decided to use him. The fitting experience is solid. We received the first suit today and it's perfect. All we have to do is hem the pants. Amon is really helpful and accommodating. Renting is really affordable and it's a brand new unused suit. If you decide to keep the suit, the additional cost is unexpectedly reasonable.
