Don't go. The manicure looked fine but the cleaning protocols are terrifying. They do not pull a sanitized file and buffer out of a bag to use on the next client, instead I watched the man doing my toes use a foot buffer on me, shake it around in the water my feet were soaking in, and placed it back in the cup with the other files for the next client. I wish I could get my money back. Edit: I asked the salon when checking out and they told me they do use the same buffers and files on everyone and that they "do not need to be sanitized". read more

had an appointment for 3 people to get full acrylic nail sets. we arrived 10 minutes late and the other two people were seated almost immediately. i was told to sit and wait for a couple of minutes. it has now been an hour and walk ins and other appointments have been seated while i continue to wait. when i asked a worker how much longer the wait would be he gave me an attitude and said it would just be a little bit longer. i am now waiting with three other people (2 of whom also have appointments) and still i am not being prioritized. this business does not care about your time. never did they approach me to apologize for the wait or even let me know the wait would be (much) longer than a couple minutes. i ended up staying to get my nails done bc they offered a small discount for the wait and they did an amazing job. i just wish there had been better communication about the wait. read more

Night mare for a nail salon terrible service, I came in for a soak off because the person there that did my acrylics didn't pay attention to detail and my nail cracked 3 days later... the nail tech proceeds to put there hands in my face to get my attention when I clearly felt uncomfortable to talk to anyone there. Very unprofessional very bad service and wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. I had not had my nails done since Covid began. I had had acrylics and my nails fell off and being very nervous about the pandemic, I stopped going to my weekly appointments at another salon in Coral Springs. My hands were so ugly and my nails did not seem to grow. But my fear outweighed my vanity. I had a big family event coming up so I called over a dozen nails salons and they were not vaccinated. I finally found LA Nails where the staff is ALL fully vaccinated and where the staff AND patrons are required to wear masks. I was very excited and felt safe. Now I have become a regular client. They did a fabulous job. The owner did them and introduced me to something new called Ombre. I have had so many compliments on my nails. If you want a safe environment, call them and make an appointment. I certainly am glad that I did. read more

Nasty service. Bad nail. Not even a week later and my nails look like they haven't been done. Big toe was snapped crooked and nail polish was sloppy and on the skin. I come here to get my mani pedi when I'm in Coral Springs because they do a great job and it's less expensive than where I live. They are very detailed and take their time. The salon is always very clean and well taken care of. The staff is professional and very attentive. A gel manicure is only $25 here and pedicures start at only $22. The salon is located at Royal Palm shopping plaza so there is always plenty of parking. read more

i took my mom here and they did a good job on her mani/ pedi for $35. their customer service is hit or miss. they seem to know all their regulars but if it's your first time there, they're awkwardly quiet. the shop is also very small and cramped. that would be the only major complaint i have. read more

There's only two times in my life when a manicure was so bad that I immediately bought nail polish remover and wiped it off before I even got home. This was one of those times. Uneven filing, glopped on polish that bubbled and smudged...I was shocked not only by how unprofessional my nails looked, but also by the $15.00 plus (generous) tip price tag. Well! Run away! First time ever walking out of salon. Woman on apple watch phone yelling and I mean yelling was also on speaker so the entire salon heard both sides of conversation. I proceeded to turn my airpods on loud volume and still was unable to hear my music.What was supposed to be a relaxing morning on day off was ruined. All the owner had to do was ask her to please speak lower and shut off speakerphone. After repeatedly asking him he flatly refused. He told me ppl need to conduct their business. Seriously! There were about 25 flyers all over salon asking to please not use cell phone out if respect to others including in front of the inconsiderate women. This went on 15 minutes and the poor nail tech was great. I had to leave and she wouldn't even take money from me. Any owner that blatantly doesn't care about rest of customers will not ever get my business. I feel sorry for the nail techs as their hands are tied. read more

I have gone to LA Nails on Royal Palm Blvd. for years and I highly recommend it. Jessica usually does my pink and white acrylic fills with gel and Trang is the best for pedicures. The prices do not change as one reviewer reported. Any time I go elsewhere I am disappointed in the speed of the service, the quality of the work, and the durability of my nails, compared to Jessica's work. But if she is not available I have been perfectly happy with Michael, Nancy, or Don...everyone there is well trained and maintains a high standard of workmanship. They have even stayed open late for me once when I dashed in before closing. They take walk-ins, but I prefer to ensure service by making an appointment, even if it is only a half hour in advance. I need very strong nails as I am a muralist who works with metal ladders and levels and gets paint on my hands. I need acrylics with gel because the paint won't stick to them as they do on my natural nails. I also need excellent foot and ankle massage because of an injury. The highly professional techs at LA Nails never complain about the condition of my nails. They always act glad to see me and if I come in and someone else tries to grab my business, Jessica is quick to tell them I'm HER client. It's nice to be fought over! Perhaps the fact that I try to tip fairly generously helps to secure consistent good service; for whatever reason they always act glad to see me. At another salon in Coral Springs, the owner told me she hated her job and her clients and was only working hard now so she'd have enough money to retire. Imagine telling a client that! She also laughed sadistically when she hurt my toe, and called me a baby when I exclaimed, "Ouch!" I know nail work and pedicures are backbreaking work and to do it cheerfully and consistently well has to be hard. I congratulate LA Nails' staff for accomplishing this. The only problems I ever had were: 1. When the manager was out, one tech stayed on the cell phone talking Vietnamese in my face for the entire hour of my service, and I called and complained about it when I made my next appointment. It never happened again. 2. Trang did my fills one time and she does GORGEOUS work but it was too delicate to hold up to the beating I give my hands. My nails broke. When I mentioned this to Don, he encouraged her to make my nails very strong and I never had a problem again. But of course, she is not my usual tech anyway. 3. Once they had a trainee do my pedicure. She did a fine job but it took her nearly 2 hours! I went into LA Nails after a long day of work and very busy schedule.. Sign said OPEN until 730pm at the time of walk in it was 6:40pm. I asked if they had time to do a mani/pedi - they conversed with each other and turned to me said no. I asked if they could do one or the other (mind you this is after a long working day for all of us) - they said no. Most nail salons would have taken customers up to 730pm. If they were having a bad day, they could have said "we cannot take any more customers tonight however, let's set up an appointment for tomorrow."...something like that. They need to change the sign OR provide service up to 730pm. They will continue to get bad reviews if they don't change one. read more

This was my first time at this establishment and I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. I came with a group of seven people. I called ahead and made an appointment. After taking the first two people of our group they started taking people back in front of the rest of our group. I understand taking a couple people with appointments but after about taking the 9th person ahead of my group I spoke up. One of the ladies then began arguing with me saying that I didnt make an appointment for six but only two. I went to the salon on 3-3-18. I requested a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was rushed and the lady providing the service was unfriendly and slightly rude because, she had an appointment. I chose the nexgen dip service. With in hours the top coat was peeling off. When I went back to the salon the next day so they could fix the top coat I asked them not to use the same top coat but the clear top coat for regular gel nail polish. The manager, Don, stated they would but then he refused and put the same top coat on my nails. When I explained to him that I did not want to come back for the same issue he claimed it wouldn't happen again but then under his breath stated, "She don't listen". He was rude and disrespectful.
