BUYERS BEWARE UNHEALTHY DOGS AND INHUMANE TREATMENT. The manager told me they get dogs from breeders in Missouri and other states and then changed her story to they only receive "rescue dogs" when I asked if they have behavioral notes on the "rescue dogs". The only reason I asked is because I don't want to "adopt" a dog that can possibly harm my children due to behavioral issues. She then went on to say that all the dogs have some sort of medical condition they just don't advertise it because it will more likely subside and offer a 12 year of life guarantee. The manager is no veterinarian and no one can guarantee a life, seemed to me that she barely passed high school by the way she spoke and used vulgar language. Probably the worst experience my family had to go through.... They sold us a Saint Bernard Puppy named Jax for $3000. He became sick only a few days after we brought him back home. We spent over $1500 in Vet and had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down because he was gravely sick with serious neurological problems. My 9 years old son was devastated. On the financial side, they claimed that there is a health warranty contract but the company they are using is absolutely bogus. It is located out of state and I have been trying to talk to someone for now 6 months... My experience with hello puppies in temecula has been amazing. We came in and got our cavalier King Charles spaniel my kids fell in love so we just had to get him and he has been such a blessing to our family. We did have an issue with him having his shots done way too early, the vet we took him to (hello puppies recommended vet) stated we would need to have them redone all over again. We called Joel and let him know what the vet told us and he went above and beyond to figure out how that could happen. We ended up getting it all worked out and hello puppies paid to have him get the shots he needed to be up to date. Not sure why so many bad reviews but my husband and I had a great experience! My husband and I went in there to look around and ended up falling in love with a Cavachon puppy. We cuddled her and then left to think on it. We went home and talked about it and decided we really wanted to adopt her so we called and the staff was super sweet and helpful. Lori especially was very helpful. I called and told her we wanted to adopt her and that we would be by later that day so she put a hold on her for us. When I went down to sign paperwork the lending process was super easy. Also these are designer dogs so of course they are going to be expensive. I feel the amount we paid was pretty decent. And if you're expecting some $200-$500 you're in the wrong place. Also whoever made the comment of 79.99 rate is a moron. It goes based off of your credit score so his must of been really bad to get that "rate". We got a great rate. We pay $80 a month and the process went super fast and smooth. Our little girl did have a little cough and thats to be expected when you transport these babies back and forth from facilities and put them in with other dogs coming and going. However they didn't let me take her home until she was well. So they don't "sell sick dogs" . They gave her antibiotics and did a nebulizer treatment everyday and let us pick her up when she had a clean bill of health. We took her to our vet a week later only because theirs was too far for us and our vet said how super healthy she was. We are so happy we made the decision of adopting our little girl. The employees that I interacted with were nice enough, I have no direct issue with who they are. However, this business and the companies they choose to align themselves with, are engaging in predatory lending and therefore, I believe the employees know better enough and understand what they are taking part in. My daughter went into Hello Puppies and fell in love with one of their dogs, she was excited to hear that financing was available. Without being explained the implications of the 73.99 APR, she walked out not realizing that her $3000 dog was going to cost her nearly $7000 in 3 years. I understand that a dog in not a necessity, and my daughter should have know better than to not "read the fine print", but shame on this company for aligning themselves with such shady business tactics. DO NOT SHOP HERE, and if you do decide to purchase from a pet store, pay cash! The dogs are on the more expensive side but I was happy that they came with documentation and shots plus with discounts/coupons we were able to get $600 off . The staff were attentive and he even came with a kennel, play pin , bed , food, leash, collar and more stuff to get us started. I was told theses things happen but there was another company they use. Again my credit app wouldn't go through? I had about 40 min.to run to my bank. No problem on my end. BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR BEST FRIEND I've been a dog owner my whole life and my family has raised nothing but English Springer Spaniels. This dog breed is kinda hard to find anywhere. I only get the liver and white color and with their tail docked. I've always been against going to puppy stores because I've heard they all come from puppy mills. Well I did a little bit of research and found out that their dogs come from private breeders. Keep in mind I have read all the reviews on yelp about this place. But I'm my opinion they're not true. I got my loving sweet boy, Scout from here. He's hands down the best dog I've ever had and I love him to death. The girl who helped me was Rachel, super sweet and kind. He was a little pricey but worth every penny. I don't have the best credit but She helped me with the price quite a bit and made the paperwork process easy and didn't take long. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY PETS FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! My Wife and I purchased a pure bred black boxer at 3 months old and we stupidly paid over $3,000 for him. We purchased him March 2018. After a couple months of having him we noticed he was developing rashes so we took him in to find out he had mange. Not a big deal, we were given medication and it got better. Well, about 3 months ago he started having seizures out of no where. A dog at 2 yrs old getting seizures! We took him to the vet and were given anti seizure meds which stopped the seizures. We were scheduled to take him in to get tested on exactly what was going on with him this week. This passed Friday he died. He died while having a seizure. Our Bruce Died at 2 1/2 yrs old. My family is in pain. Please avoid buying from here please! read more

Horrible customer service. Sent us home with a sick puppy after saying the puppy went through a "vet check" and had nothing wrong with him. The night we brought him home my husband and I noticed the puppy sneezing. Took him to the vet the following day and he had a respiratory infection. Ended up getting our other dogs sick as well. I have had my puppy for just over a week. I took him to one of their approved vets within 48 hours of purchasing him and was told he's at high risk of heart worms because of being from Joplin, Missouri. Then the next day I was told he was positive for giardia and needed to pick up medication. Since then it was been nothing but bloody diarrhea, worry, and heartache. My puppy has stopped eating because he is so sick. I took him to my vet and they are helping him feel comfortable. I've spent over $500 in vet bills in 8 days. I've ha I feel Hello Puppy has to have know he had a parasite. They told me they had been given a dewormer as a precaution but my hypothesis is they were treating him for the parasite, and instead of being honest and sending medication home with me, told me it had just been a precaution and he wouldn't need it anymore. I wonder what 72 hours of being off the medication did to him? Would his infection gotten so bad if he had have continuous treatment? I feel horrible for this poor puppy. It's not his fault Hello Puppy was shady and put him at risks. I pray for the dogs still there, because God know what they are infected with. And what will happen to them when they are sent to their forever home without their medication. So the puppy I got from Hello Puppy was diagnosed with distemper and hospitalized with pneumonia. This puppy has cost me over $8000 in veterinary bills. I am trying to get them to help reimburse me for the vet bills because he was clearly sick when he was sold but besides telling me to file a warranty claim (which only goes up to the cost of the dog) they are doing nothing but ignoring me now. All I want is them to admit the puppy has been sick when he was sold and help pay for the vet bills. I asked to talk to someone over the regional manager and got nothing! read more

Unfortunately my dog has been sick sense we got him he has been on 3 diffrent rounds of antibiotics he had a rare parasite infection called pentatrichomonas, usually cats carry it . Now has geriadia, been trying to get rid of it! Our Vet has been wonderful at trying to heal our puppy. I'm scared he it will not go away it seems to be aggressive. So disappointed. My niece fell in love with a puppy from this place and paid a pretty hefty price also. Well the poor little thing falls ill and dies 6 days later. She calls Hello Puppies to tell them what happened and all they will do is tell her that she needs to get an autopsy done before they will help her. Then they try to tell me that the dog was probably hypoglycemic because my niece didn't feed it enough... REALLY? How about you sold my niece a very expensive puppy that was sick and now you won't rectify the situation. I've fostered many puppies of small and tiny breads that were coming from horrible conditions and never did I lose a puppy to hypoglycemia (or anything else)... maybe it's because we always keep the puppy's with their mothers for 10 to 12 weeks so they can develope properly. Hello Puppies is probably taking in puppies that are to young and not ready to be weaned. Come to read that there are others that had sick puppies from this place (hypoglycemia) and the manager try's to tell me that these are FAKE reviews. I bought a Shih Tzu puppy from this place for $2700 2 weeks ago end of Feb 2018. My puppy has Giardia and Kennel cough that their own vet in Corona diagnosed. He is still hacking and coughing 2 weeks later. First round of meds from vet did not take Giardia away. I really have spent over $500 more dollars on vet bills and prescriptions and have just been nursing him back to health since I've had him. He plays and eats but has a dry, hacking cough. I'm a teacher and had to call in a sub last Monday to take him to the vet for some kind of cough syrup because he could not stop coughing. It doesn't work too well because he in the middle of the sickness, and I have been really stressed out. I got robbed by Hello Puppies because I fell in love with his little face. Beware if you see 4 to 6 puppies together in one cage as this is how they get both sicknesses. I ordered Throat Gold by Pet Wellbeing for the cough for $44 for his little throat. I will receive it tomorrow from Amazon, hope it works, has 5 stars. I also ordered Panacur (fenbendazole) for Giardia, which is supposed to be safer than what many vets prescribe. I hope he gets better soon so I can enjoy him. I paid way too much, I usually do my research and read reviews, but the one time I didn't....love makes us do crazy things. Next time I'm in the area, I'm going to stop in and let all the customers know what to expect. I may just hang around and warn possible victims before they go in so they are armed with a little background knowledge of this place. My puppy should not have cost more than $1500. He's not even AKC, what did they say, ACA, American Canine Association, have you ever heard of that? Me neither.
