He simply stated that if the gift certificate is a year old, there is nothing he is willing to do. When asked to speak to the manager, the gentleman behind the counter stated he is the owner. He showed complete indifference to the situation and considers the $100 gift certificate a windfall for not having to render any services. Perhaps my wife or I are not the owner's target market, but I left shocked by the lack of concern displayed by the owner. Will be happy to share our story with our Woodlands neighbors looking for gift ideas.
