He explained and showed me that it will be very difficult to remove this lever for someone that isn't familiar with it. Sure enough, the next night, I saw that the lever was tampered with because the former employee tried to remove or rekey it but was unsuccessful. He went out out his way to get parts to complete the job that morning. He even canceled his next appointment to accommodate my need. He goes above and beyond to get the job done right and delivers great quality. I hired him to replace the door knobs, door arms, locks, etc. at two of my other properties and he did an amazing job. To my surprise, I found out that he gave me a DO NOT DUPLICATE key which was perfect so the tenant can't make a duplicate for the former employee. I HIGHLY recommend him and he has my business for life!

Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. I've already shared videos and stills with the neighborhood (as we are having coyote issues), and it was so quick and easy to do. A+++ experience all around! Thank you so much, David!

Heloh Locksmith & Long Beach City Locksmith (623 Pacific Coast Hwy Long Beach, CA) is a "family owned busines." Most people would think that a locksmith busines objective would be to provided service in stressful moments when your either locked out of one's house, car, or something related witha lock. Their might be a longer list of the services a locksmith can provide, either way I think we all experience a time when one finds themselves calling the local locksmith for help. I would think that best-in-class customer service would be consider the most important function in establishing customer retantion and becoming a successful business. However, I have never experienced being talked to so unprofessional by business associate and personally disrespected. WOW! Obsviously, this male employee by the way he spoke and his word choice has the ability to execute handling the call. But instead decieded to go out of his way to be disrespectful and in his own way answering my question by stating, "No, sir. How about next time before giving us a call back when your finish eating...'CLICK!' " By his tone of voice he wanted to get off the phone the moment he answered, so why even go out of way to be rude in a call that did not even last ONE minute! Some of the reasons I was able to come up with as to why this individual would treat someone so poorly is....(I think at this moment I'm pretty much venting) you hate your job, your to old to have the job that you hate, sorry job with a sorry wage, you got in a fight with your boyfriend, you have no self-esteem so you are rude to others to make your self feel alittle better, your mom or dad nevered loved enough to discipline you, or your not responsible enough so thats why you ended with the job that you have. I hope the managing owners read this review so that they have an idea the way their business is being representative and how pontential new clients are being treated. Now, it would really unfortunate if the person who answers the phones was part of the management/oweners.I know what red-carpet customer services is and if you would ever visit my office I would go out of my way to make sure that you were satisfied with our services. Thank God for Yelp, although is pain in the butt to removed fake reviews. I'm actually amazed by this company! i was worried looking for a locksmith because I've forgot my keys inside of my car, so i went on google and typed in locksmiths in long beach ca, and i saw alot of locksmiths, but surprisingly many of the numbers there are false and are owned by one company? i believe they were middle eastern but I'm not sure. well anyways those guys tried to charge me an outstanding amount of 250 dollars!!! that's ridiculous! so i blew them off and i kept searching and for my luck i stumbled upon this business, And let me say this WOW there business is great and guess what there very affordable! I'm very very satisfied to have found this business and it gets better there local! so if u guys don't want to get ripped off by some random middle eastern locksmith company's call Heloh Locksmiths you wont be disappointed trust me lol read more

Contrary to one of the positive reviews about customers being irate because they are locked out of their cars or homes and breathing down the locksmiths back, that was not the case with my husband. He was beyond patient and understanding even when we found out about the holes in the gas tank and the masking tape, we understand that mistakes happen (this is why you carry liability insurance) it was not until Armando cussed at my husband and threatened him did my husband become upset. This guy is a horrible person, and has bad business practices. If someone does decide to use his services, pray that he does not make any mistakes or deface your property too bad because he is not going to own up to it, and he certainly does not have proper insurance to cover it. read more

Heloh Locksmith is a business run by a very unprofessional dude! Don't hire this service, you will be sorry! My C230 had a key problem, but the guy left my dashboard falling apart! I called him countless times and the message in his answering service recommends to txt him instead to set up an appointment, I set up two appointments at his shop, the dude is not even there, then he txts back saying that he's at another job. This dude lies, he does not keep his word, I had to drive for 1 hour to get to his shop and he's not even there! I am tired of dealing with this dude! Do yourself a favor and don't hire him, he will screw up your car and then you'll never be able to get him to fix it, it will cost you more than if you take it to the dealer directly! read more

Terrible Service - They Kept My Key Fob! I would give Heloh Locksmith Shop zero stars if I could. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest. After weeks of trying to get my vehicle's key fob returned, I've received nothing but excuses and delays. My communication has been with Armando, and while we've exchanged several messages, nothing has been accomplished. This company is nothing short of a scam. Armando took my key fob and has ignored multiple attempts to schedule its return. His lack of communication and accountability is appalling. Do yourself a favor and avoid Heloh Locksmith. while searching for quotes online, i realized that many locksmiths are charging me an arm and a leg for a car key! wtf! so i stumbled upon, heloh locksmiths, and i decided to check out their prices and for my surprise, they were way more cheaper than those other locksmith companies!, this company deserves more than 5 stars, because, how the economy is right now, we cant be spending money like crazy, these guys actually help you by giving you really cheap prices!, so if you need a locksmith service, don't bother calling any other locksmith, call heloh locksmiths, its better for you and your wallet! lol! read more

i called armando to see pricing on getting my house re-keyed. not only were there prices cheap, i was told they could promptly arrive to have the work done. i waited for someone to show up for over an hour and a half. i finally called back to cancel, and they said that an "emergency" took priority over my situation. i had my house re-keyed by someone else for the same price, it just goes to show, sometimes you sacrifice service for price. i wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone for anything. read more

Somehow I lost both sets of my car keys and needed a locksmith A.S.A.P. I called Heloh Locksmiths and in 30 minutes someone was at my door. It was super cheap with the 15 percent off Yelp discount..45 dollars isn't bad. The guy was really nice and had a lot of information to give on the subject. I had a terrible experience at this locksmith. I went in to have a copy of my keys made, and the copies didn't work at all. When I went back to let him know, he became very aggressive. He insisted he had never seen me before and started speaking to me in a really disrespectful way. The whole interaction felt hostile, and as a woman, I did not feel safe dealing with him. Very good locksmith. He responded within 25 minutes. We had lost our keys and needed a quick key made. He offered the most economical price and even cut the price for a second key. Armondo was amazing. I had lost my FIAT car key. Which is a computer chip car key. So it's not easy to just get another key. It has to be programed. Armondo charged me half the price that FIAT would have charged me. If anyone loses their car key go to Armondo. I'll be recomending him to all my friends. read more
