After a month an a half and after I discontinued their service, I questioned the billing and had to insist on a full accounting. It took a while to get this, but it turns out, she was over charged over $800. My mother was finally refunded this amount but I was never given an explanation nor an apology, so I have to conclude it was due to incompetency, lack of oversight, and/or possibly fraud.

Another company had wanted to mail me my CPAP equipment (am really glad glad I said no) I changed MDs when this suggestion was made.) The therapist went over everything and made sure I understood. They don't care. They aren't timely. You can't really get a hold of anyone. When you do, it is likely after an hour waiting on hold. When you do get to a representative it is mostly 'hurry up and wait' and they move at a snail's pace. They are mostly inept at what they do. You need 1000 different phone numbers to reach the department you need because when you get to where you think you need to be...you get hit with the "I'm going to have to transfer you to another department." All these guys do is pass the buck. I think there needs to be a collective outreach to give parents and caregivers of family needing all of these supplies another option.

They earned the trust of both my mother (currently 92) and myself. I live in California and knowing that I could trust Monica and Lisa to look out for my mother and I could contact them at any time was my highest priority. The team of caregivers lead by Monica and Lisa were caring and giving. They did the daily tasks well of making sure my mother was comfortable, safe, consistent with her prescriptions and provided companionship. They did the special emergency situations exceptionally well, changing their schedule to deal with falls and accompanying my mother to the hospital. Recently I moved my mother to California to be closer to me. My only regret is that I could not convince Monica and Lisa to move with her.
