We have purchased the additional protection plans, and today those plans paid off! I was looking at my engagement ring and noticed that two of the side diamonds had recently gotten loose and were no longer on my band. I panicked, and my fiancé and I went straight to Jared's. The staff could not have been more helpful. They were able to take my ring in that day and replace the two smaller missing diamonds within two hours. They had even taken enlarged photos of my ring and my center stone to guarantee that I would be getting my exact ring and center stone back once everything was repaired. The staff has helped us on several other occasions, too, like when we were choosing our wedding bands. They were very patient and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with this Jared's location and will continue to come back here!
