I was looking for an engagement ring for my now fiance and knew nothing about the process. Gary spent 2 hours with me explaining everything that I needed to know to make a safe decision. After I found a diamond that I liked, Gary encouraged me to explore other Jewelers in the area to see if I could find a diamond of the same quality and price before making my decision. I didn't need to. I knew right away that Gary was honest and up front the entire time I was there and decided to purchase on the spot. Since then, he resized the ring for my fiance, has given us tips on cleaning the ring and has told us multiple times that if something happens to come back to him so he can take care of us.
