I first found them years ago, as some of the most reasonably priced care--even though they had the most recent tech and beautiful facilities--as well as the most competent and compassionate care. I can't believe I hadn't written a review yet! Sorry!! He cured my TMJ when nobody else could. We had an exchange student chip her tooth on a Saturday and they not only answered my VM on a weekend, he drove all the way up from OC for an emergency visit on a SUNDAY. I just had to deal with a second crown put in (one of which was bc of a crappy crown from another dentist that probably contributed to the TMJ leading to a deep cavity underneath the crown) and both experiences were practically PAINLESS. How is that even possible??!? The staff, from the front desk to the hygenists to the billing are ALL friendly, kind, and so gentle. The whole team is incredible and they deserve 10 stars!

They are unprofessional. The doctor argue with me back-and-forth back-and-forth telling me that it's not his fault that my tooth was loose yeah we know that, but there was a solution to the problem before the problem became worse by it fallen out and they chose to do nothing and then they tried to charge me $335 to fix the tooth after they fell out this nonsense. This place does not stand behind their work. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist left me absolutely sick over the carelessness and disrespect of my time, money, and resources: I was very transparent when I first contacted Ever After Dental regarding the poor experiences that I received at a previous dentists office and I provided all of my insurance information well in advance before physically visiting the office. The receptionist verified that their services were covered under my insurance, and we even had an email correspondence where I verified that I did not need to complete the out of network authorization paperwork because it did not apply to me. I scheduled the suggested follow up services, then received a predetermination that stated the doctor was out of network. I contacted the insurance and subsequently Ever After Dental: ultimately the receptionist was able to contact the insurance and verify what the insurance said is true in less than 20 minutes with no additional information from me, but could not do that prior to my visit. When questioned as to why this wasn't done prior to my visit despite my providing all of the information required and having the email correspondence regarding this explicitly, she could not take responsibility for her actions. She kept asking what I wanted out of this conversation and I had to explain to her that I needed to know her negligence was the reason I wasted an entire days worth of sick time for this visit that wasn't going to go anywhere. She could not. Don't waste your time. Find another dentist who's receptionist is responsible enough to do their job 100%
