Dr.kolli and Dr. Ching are excellent Dr.s!! My mother and I both go to this office. My mother is 80 yrs. young. One winter my mother was extremely ill due to the flu. My mother is diabetic, and her blood sugar was out of control!! Dr.s called every day to help me with the blood sugar. Gave her medicine for the flu. You can always get an appointment with Dr. Ching by phone or in person. Kind, gentle, very patient, and makes my mom feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office! Excellent doctor. Never wait more than 20 minutes. Staff is great. Dr. Kolli is attentive, genuinely cares, almost instinctive in his diagnosis. He stays on top of his patients medical conditions. We've been going to Dr. Kolli for 18 years. He is exceptional in all aspects of medicine. Diagnosis and treatment and follow-up is always the best. He is the doctor who diagnosed my leukemia five years ago. Since that time, not only did he recommend me to the finest oncologists but he is constantly monitoring me now in my fifth year. His office staff is always caring and as soon as I have a problem, they are right on it, whether it be an appointment ,follow-up or prescription refill. There have been many times that Dr. Kolli or his staff will call to see how I am doing or how my husband is doing on a new medication. You will not find a more caring Doctor or staff anywhere! understand the issue is with an older woman on the office staff ( I THINK she may be the office mgr) not the doctors associated with the practice or the majority of the staff they are wonderful, absolutely top notch. No, this is about my freedom of choice that she thinks I do not have. I have contacted my Insurance about this as well btw. I have developed a serious Knee issue and Oh, reminded of something another issue that demonstrates this is a docs club kind of practice. Other issue being a doc who is in another office belonging to this practice wanted me to go to pain management and because their buddy in the same complex didn't take my med group i never got another referral to any pain mangmt practice. I guess only one exists in riverside county which happens to be one of their buddies. So I have gotten to stay in pain since 2016 as well because of this docs club bulls**t. The Knee thing, ok they gave me a referral to a practice that I have had nothing but problems with since 2012. I told them this and did my looking up on my Ins site and found a practice where 3 of their doc's take my Med Group and i requested the referral and was told I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GO TO WHO THAT WOMAN PICKS FOR ME. I have contacted my Ins about because according to them (health net) I absolutely DO have a choice as long as the doc takes my med group i HAVE A CHOICE and can request a referral to any doctor that takes health net and the med group I'm with. It's too bad because I really like Dr Corsino and the new Resident working there. Like I said everyone on staff has been wonderful to me the only one giving issues and stress is that older woman who i think might be the office mgr. Little stocky, Black Hair, Hindi Lady( Is that the politically correct term I'm never sure anymore). She has also refused to take dr kollies name off a couple of my scrips and because Kollie's not with my med network like doc Corsino is the price of those 2 scrips have gone up and the woman says it's ok ? really? maybe she should pay for my scrips then read more

This is one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. I sat there for 3 hours to see a doctor that was there for the first time that day. Not Dr. Kolli, but a doctor that I don't know how got through med school. I have hep B and C along with mental disabilities. I went there for help, The best they could do was tell me I had referrals for an infectious disease doctor and a shrink. well because I got mad when they ignored everything I told them they cancelled all referrals and told me to go to the ER. It's not an ER case, it's an idiot doctor that has no idea how to deal with a patient with mental and physical problems that needs help...not being blown off because he doesnt have a clue. I had Psoriasis on my Elbows and they told me to take a shower. I had a headache for several days, they order a CAT scan, called me and said dial 911, you have an aneurysm, it was a sinus infection. I've been going to this office for 6 years and have only seen doctor Kolli once. His PA, Dr Lucy was great. She is now gone. The new doctor, Dr Mathias is arrogant, unsympathetic and rude. He has zero bedside manner or people skills. The office staff is totally incompetent. Referrals take weeks and multiple follow ups. Faxes from other doctors offices get lost and have to be sent multiple times. The office staff is rude and immature. My family has been going here for years, but e have all found something better now. If you like being disrespected, belittled and insulted, this is the place for you. read more

Dr kolli is the best internal medicine doctor in Hemet valley! He is extremely caring super nice and very passionate about his work!! I love it here they really make you feel comfortable even if you were dying per say!! And dr kolli does his rounds at the hospital so when you are there if you would be dr kolli will be there to see you!!! The front desk girls can be a little rude but the doctors in his practice are simply amazing read more

Not interested in addressing acute (or chronic) pain problems here. Other than that, they seem quite competent, and very pleasant overall, but if pain is bothering you, look elsewhere for relief beyond aspirin / Tylenol otc's. My therapist, referred me to this doctor i never once seen dr kolli i met with a Caucasian lady with dirty blonde hair. My first visit/visits being a cash patient only! it was 125$ & 75$ after that...i paid out of pocket for my prescription that day also. A few months later 01/11/2013 this date shown was the day of my second fallow up visit i was given another prescription to take and i wanted to pay with my credit card i was told they don't run credit cards on Friday after they had already swiped my credit card in there machine a few times an older Caucasian lady named Mary said they will charge me 50$ cash even though i was suppose to pay 75$...one of the other Hispanic girls at the front desk handed me a receipt from there credit card machine. i looked twice at them thinking and saying! to them was i charged twice!! i just paid cash why am i given this!, i was told all was okay and to check my bank account to see if i was charged. so after i left there office in Hemet i went to the pharmacy and had my prescription filled, in which i had to pay cash!...the fallowing days to come i since checked my bank account to see if i was charged for that second doctors visit and i was not ( thank god! because! they just had me pay cash! ). but to my surprise i got a bill in the mail from there office stating that i never paid for my second visit WTF!! i checked the receipt again! and it didn't have anything on there of cost! it just had a date and time and that was all. i was upset that i was even given that small piece of paper in the first place...because it didn't say anything on it! i had to pay for a prescription thats same day from them but i didn't pay for my office visit!??? it dose not make sense to me. even going down to there office and talking on the phone with there billing department for hours. they said i still have to pay. I refused and i told them to send it to collections! so still to this day i get a bill in the mail from there office charging me 152$ and it still has not went to collections...i think there run this type of thing on people...i just feel sorry for the elderly people that go in there and they get this type of treatment where the staff and doctors charge sneakily when there patients don't speak up about charges. BEWARE of this place, the staff will take your money and write up/ print a receipt that's false. For the past three years they have been sending me bill to pay...stating that I didn't pay for my last fallow up...I didn't have health insurance at the time of my visit to there officer so i had to pay CASH twice for both visits I did! this! and after i paid i was able to leave and pick up my prescription...after a few days later I got a bill in the mail. I called there office to ask why I got this paper, they then said I never paid...i they found the receipt they gave me and it was a short stub of paper all it had on there was the date and time nothing more...no price of how much my visit was...it has been a headache ever since...but yet they still have not turned it over to collections. I strongly believe I'm not the only one they do this too. I feel sorry for all the elderly people that go to this office seeking help and end up paying for unessarry charges...Whoever don't speak up about this, your the ones its happening to. This place is about the biggest joke ever...Go ahead be brave if you want Pat to lie to you... three months of eye pain and his staff or maybe just Pat screwedup my referral over and over again so back to the couch with ice pack. Had got sent to loma Linda opthalmologist appointment was on the 13th but the referral was dated the 11th two days ago so therefore I couldnt be seen again. ....thanks Pat. Your so good at your job....NOT.. Being a new patient he says I'm waiting on a couple other referrals been waiting three week's ooops staff screwed up again ....He wouldn't even make a follow up....I need blood work every three month but he must feel no need for blood work at all.The girls up front are nice but they have no clue what's going on..Anyway if you are in to waistin your time, being lied to or hung up on and you want no assistance in getting better then this is the Dr to see. Very unsatisfied. Not only was this over an hour wait, but Dr. Kolli was unavailable and so Tessa Antalan took over the appointment. Within minutes, "Dr." Antalan will be able to determine that you don't need your medicine anymore. The same medicine you've taken your entire adult life. In addition, Antalan will come to assume that you need to be on more psychiatric medicine, although she is no psychiatrist. If you aren't taking your current medicine, or the medicine she prescribes, she will label you as a drug dealer for selling those prescriptions. You will walk out of that doctors office very frustrated, without the medication you came in for. Yes they will still take your money and waste your time. Save your money, time, frustrations and see a different doctor. A message to Dr. Kolli, fire this woman, hire a better staff for when you are busy, or make sure that you aren't busy during your scheduled appointments. This place is pathetic read more

I was having problems with my primary doctor and my neighbor referred me to Dr Kolli. Went to his office yesterday and was greeted by his professional and friendly staff. I was first examined by his physician's assistant Lucy which was very friendly and detailed. Was assigned to Dr Kolli's partner, Dr Arvind Mathur. Wow, I finally found a real doctor! I had a CT scan performed months ago due to bladder cancer and 2 past doctors weren't interested in looking at the CD that was made and ignored all the other items the radologist MD found. Dr Mathur requested this original CD which I had and read the report the other doctors ignored. He's now ordering a MRI and other tests to pick up where the other doctors left off. In the new patient forms I filled out, I listed all my medical concerns. He went over each one in detail. There are many bad doctors in Hemet-San Jacinto and I'm so relieved to find this one. This doctor deserves 10 star rating! They take all insurances, Medi-Care & Medi-Cal. read more
