The attitude of certain employees is unbelievable--I'm genuinely surprised this is considered acceptable in a medical/aesthetic setting. Pricing was misquoted multiple times, and I was given different numbers and explanations depending on who I spoke with. On top of that, I received calls and texts from several different phone numbers, with no clarity on who anyone actually was or who I was supposed to contact for accurate answers. It created total confusion and zero accountability. The only positive experiences I had were with Sierra at the front desk and the medical provider who performed my service. They were kind, professional, and the only bright spots in this entire situation. I was promised a refund of $340.00 due to the many issues I encountered, yet that refund has still not been processed so I claimed fraud on my card due the fact that I cannot get a reply from anyone to update me on the refund status. Thankfully my bank is incredible and will do the fighting for me. At this point, I honestly wish they would just refund my entire service ($540.00) and be done with it. What started as a bad experience has only continued to get worse. I originally planned on being a loyal, long-term client, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish, and I would strongly caution anyone considering LaserAway to think twice, especially if clear communication, accurate pricing, and customer service matter to you.

The office staff I took a star away only because occasionally it takes a little prodding to get results. The quality of care with Dr Madrid and his care team has been very good! I called the office and ask how much a cash payment is $150 for a first visit $120 after that. I tried talking to billing and because I have insurance with a deductible that isn't covering the appointment it costing me over twice as much to be seen as if I didn't have the appointment. I went to this appointment only to get established with the Dr. and get paperwork to have general blood work. You walk in you get great aesthetics and the staff is always so friendly. I started visiting this Medi spa for B12 shots about five years ago. I ended up trying their weight loss program and worked it for a couple of months lost my 30 pounds and continue to go there for my B12 shots after reaching my goal. I don't go there consistently but when I feel I need to shed a few pounds I'll head over to. BAA . They recently started offering Semaglutide, so I decided to pop back in and see what the buzz is about.. for your initial visit it's about $120 and then every week you'll pay about 80 $80 depending on your dosage you're on. it has been very effective for me. I've been on it for two months and I've lost 13 pounds. I'm not trying to lose a bunch of weight right away so the process has been slow and you will have to be patient with it. I highly recommend going to this facility as they are quick, courteous, and painless . Oh, I almost forgot to mention you will need an appointment for your initial consultation, but every appointment after that is on a walk-in basis, and when I say you can get in and out in about 15 minutes, that's no lie! I have done my weekly visits on my 30 minute lunch break.
