The delivery person parked directly in front of my property's entrance and garage, blocking access. I politely asked him to move to available parking (in feo and behind), but he ignored me and continued walking away. The car was left blocking the entrance for about half an hour during the entire delivery. This was not only disrespectful but an inconvenience to the community. Frankly, they were lucky the police didn't arrive in time to issue a ticket. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I hope the company holds them accountable.

Unreliable Deliveries and Broken Promises…read more Primo Water continues to provide terrible customer service. This is now the fourth time I've been promised a delivery date--only to get to the end of the day and see that my account has been updated with a new delivery scheduled for a different day. These empty promises are incredibly frustrating, especially when we haven't received a delivery in several months. Each time I call, customer service assures me it will be resolved, but nothing ever changes. There's no accountability, no follow-through, and no regard for the inconvenience this causes. Stop making promises you can't keep. Customers deserve better. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Goddard did not close, we found this concerning but did not say anything. We simply called and told them we will be keeping all four children at home as advised by local and federal government. Goddard acknowledged and told us to let them know when we feel comfortable bringing them back and they are staying open. Well, they billed us for the two weeks they were not attending. Apparently you must unenroll. There is no safety feature for an epidemic or any reason they will not continue to bill you. The policy of this company is ridiculous. Can you image any other company stating you will need to pay unless you cancel whether you use the service or not. And at minimum you will pay for 2 weeks after canceling? Try pulling that off anywhere else. It is wrong and apparently has effected many families in a crisis situation. So we will see what governing boards think of these shady practices of charging families when Dr.s and governments are asking us to stay home. It's no different than Starbucks charging $20 for bottled water during 911. And I haven't been back to Starbucks since. Needless to say our kids won't be attending this shady business again. But we loved the teachers!

Extremely poor customer service by one specific employee. Called Christina on 4 different…read moreoccasions, left messages 3 times with employees, once left a message on a recording. I physically went to the store after the 3rd call and spoke to an employee who said he would have her call me and finally told me that they don't install above ground pool liners, only inground. I decided to call a pool liner installer and suggested I call her to get a liner and he would install it. Again made a call and never heard back. I finally ordered my own liner, cove foam and bottom pad. It's now days later and still no contact from Christina or anyone from EZ test pools trying to help. A return call from the first time asking about this would have eliminated this review and the legwork just to get a pool liner and have it installed or guide me to someone who could help. ​

I ordered some pallets for…read moremy Pellet Stove and they were supposed to call me to get the opener for my garage so they could stack them and they ended up stacking them in front of my garage in the driveway which would've costed me a lot of work when I called and complained they sent somebody back to stack them for me. I thought that was very professional and I really appreciated the quick service and turnaround on an error that they made will gladly go back here I buy all my summer pool supplies here
