So I started coming here a few years back as a regular primary pregnant and started my OBG care here. It was going good in the first 16 weeks then it just went downhill. I took off of work because I was having swelling and other things going on with my pregnancy. I will let the doctors know they wrote it down but nothing was happening no referrals no test I spoke to the office manager Holly horrible I recorded our phone call and telling her what was going on with me and she said everything that I was saying basically calling them complaints. I have now moved doctors and they have diagnosed me with my preeclampsia from the test results that I had to beg Henderson wellness to do before I left I do NOT recommend this place if I would've stayed something probably would've happened to me and my baby because they weren't taking me seriously read more

I had an annual appointment at Henderson Wellness that included thyroid blood work, an OB visit, a mammogram, and a Pap smear. I paid my copay at the time of the appointment. I was later told that the office would not release my test results unless I paid an additional $60 copay, which was never clearly explained beforehand. Being forced to pay again just to access routine medical results is unacceptable and feels unethical. Even more concerning was my experience with the male OB. I was previously instructed by this office to use 10 mcg vaginal estrogen twice a week. During my visit, the doctor incorrectly told me this medication should be used six weeks on and eight weeks off or I could get cancer. I later confirmed with another physician that this guidance is not standard and they had never heard of such a regimen. To make matters worse, the doctor asked if I was "still sexually active," asked in a way that felt dismissive and inappropriate, especially given my age and the context of the visit. The interaction lacked professionalism, sensitivity, and basic respect. Between the questionable medical advice, poor bedside manner, and what feels like a cash-grab approach to billing, I left this practice feeling frustrated and disrespected. I will not be returning and would STRONGLY advise others -- especially WOMEN -- to look elsewhere for care. PS. Never got my test results!!! Avoid this place at all costs!! I went here with my first pregnancy and they were okay, I used a different ob for my second child. I am now pregnant for the third time and figured I'd go here since it's close to my house. I had an over the phone appointment today with Dr. Toledo, NEVER GOT A CALL. This has happened before and the front office tried lying to me and said they called and left a message. False! Everytime I come here I wait almost 2 hours before being seen and then told labcorp lady is on lunch when I'm finished so I have to wait even longer for her. Dr. Toledo is supposed to be the one delivering my baby and I haven't even met him yet!! The front office ladies are fucking stupid, slow and unorganized! Can't figure out which is worst, the doctors or the receptionists. The ultrasound tech is the only good thing about this place, love her! Everyone else sucks and this place needs to get shut down. We went to the Henderson Wellness located at 2598 Windmill Parkway, Henderson, NV. Not sure if they had moved locations but the one we went to was on Windmill. We scheduled to do a 3D ultrasound with Evelyn and she was the best! We came in super early in the morning on a Tuesday and unfortunately our baby was not wanting to show his face. Evelyn suggested for us to do things like eat lunch and find something cold to drink and to just come back before noon. We did that, but again, our baby was stubborn and was still not showing his face. Evelyn tried nudging him so he could move, she even gave us time to stretch just so he can switch positions, but still nothing. I was bummed about it but Evelyn was so sweet and she really wanted us to see our baby and to have a good printed photos of him. She suggested to come back a few days later (free of charge) she we could try again. When we came back on a Friday, we were Evelyn's first clients so she really took the time to make sure that our baby can be seen and that we get a good look of him. I am very grateful that our ultrasound tech did not give up on me and my stubborn baby! She kept trying and even allowed us to come back a few days later, free of charge, just to try again. Evelyn was so patient with us and i am so glad that we were able to print good quality photos of our baby. Evelyn also printed a bunch of photos, I think she felt bad we had to keep coming back lol. You also get a CD of the ultrasound and if you want the usb kind, you can purchase one for $10 or bring your own usb. I was a little skeptical about this place due to the Yelp reviews but I'm glad we still went through with it and was able to work with Evelyn. So grateful! read more

Update: So my perspective on Henderson Wellness Center has evolved significantly over the last several months. I have observed a marked improvement in professionalism and efficiency in the office staff which is very much appreciated and appointments are always scheduled within a couple of days at most. Also the video appointment options are a bonus if you can't make it into the office. But the biggest plus has been the consistency of seeing the same doctor at each visit. Dr. Nguyen is wonderful. Both knowledgeable and caring, she prioritizes getting to know her patients which is very important to me. I'm very happy I stayed with Henderson Wellness and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. read more

Location is good but no changing table for your little ones in the restrooms. 45 minute wait every time even if there is a set appointment. Doctors do not give you results on your testings must ask because you see different doctors every time and none bother to read your file properly. Theres a reason this place has the lowest rating of any doctors office in town. I had been going here for years and am never happy. It was close and i didnt know where else to go so i would come back for non serious issues. The ob/gyn is awful. I had a doctor try to convince me to get pregnant when i wanted birth control because he "needed new patients" they always had my procedures wrong too. The general practitioners are awful. Every one. They dont know ANYTHING. I was told i needed to see a therapist for a refill even tho i had been on the same meds for years. Then all of a sudden i didnt. Every time i needed a refill it was back and forth. Not to mention you make an appointment for 8am and they dont even get there and open the doors till 815. Then you sit there and watch them eat their breakfast and dont get seen for an hour. Now i was told i would get a prescription. I asked and consulted with my doctor. We did bloodwork and made a plan. I had to call 4 times to ask them to finally put my prescription in that day. When they did the pharmacist called me and told me the doctor deactivated it and told HER to tell me to call the doctor back!!! When i called i got so much runaround on why the prescription was cancelled. The pharmacist said she called to get a dosage instruction and the doctor canceled it. The office manager told me my doctor cancelled my prescription because the pharmacist asked for my bloodwork and didnt feel comfortable filling it. That is a blatant lie!!!! I asked to send to another pharmacy and she was sooo rude and nasty with me. Not to mention this was the WRONG medication i was told i was being prescribed too!! She wouldnt listen to me and said im not a doctor so i dont know. She was so loud and had the nastiest attitude. Wouldnt let me talk to the doctor and said i wasnt going to get it with no further explanation. This office manager also told me i couldn't have a letter for my work that my doctor told me i could have. She wrote it for me and spelled my name wrong. When i told them thats not what i asked for she said they wouldnt give it. No explanation. When i asked if they could refer me someplace i COULD get it i was told no. They didnt know. This entire place is an absolute joke! Theyre legitimately ignorant and dont know what theyre doing. If you want real healthcare, go somewhere else. Please. Dont waste your time. read more

They charged me $160 to see a doctor and get an ultrasound claiming I hadn't reached my deductible (which was a lie) when I came in 2 weeks later they tried to charge me $60 even know my prenatal visits are always covered. I decided to switch to a different provider and they charged me $5 to get my records. After my claims came back from my insurance; I should of only been charged $10. I do NOT recommend this place. They are so incompetent with how insurance works. I've been coming to this place for about 3-4 years and it just keeps getting worse. I thought since they do primary care also I'll kill 2 birds with 1 stone, but tell me how a primary visit cost 40 dollars and gyn cost 60 dollars when my insurance says 25 for pcp 40 for specialty? I was told by the front I never met my deductible every time I mentioned that the co pay was outrageous. I was told billing would call me and I never received a call. Some odd reason billing was never in. What topped every off for me was it was about that time for my yearly exam, I go in and they tell me "okay todays visit is going to be 60 dollars" I say "no, my insurance covers annual wellness exams at 100%" the front desk says "yeah, but you haven't met your deductible so we have to collect your copay until you meet it" GTFO!!! I don't know where they get their information, but I am definitely reporting them to the board. I don't know what type of fraud they are doing, but I shoulda read the reviews and fought harder. I've found a new gyn office which is in the same parking lot, AND THEY ARE COMPETENT AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I came here for a 4D ultrasound and wasn't waiting for very long. Once I was called back, the ultrasound tech was very thorough with the ultrasound. She took her time and was very patient despite the fact that baby was not very cooperative when taking pictures. DO NOT COME HERE!! Secretary staff is very uninformed and has over charged my co-pays multiple times. They do not know how the company the represent functions. When I scheduled a televisit they cannot even tell me how to contact the doctor. They said I can do a zoom call but don't give my any access to the link I would need to access that zoom call. They have no idea what they are doing. They can't give you an esimate on wait times. Why schedule me a 2pm televisit if no one can see me until 3? The doctors do not remember who you are or anything about you even if you see them one week later. They can't give you any assistance that is not basic. They barely even know what services they provide. They do not understand any insurance questions and if the reception makes a mistake you, as the patient, have to ask the doctor to tell the receptionist to fix it. If they write you a prescription they don't give you any form of confirmation or anything to give to the pharmacist when you try to pick it up, so if you forget what they priscribed you, you're out of luck. After I finally got ahold if the doctor, 2 hours after my appointment time. They asked if I left a bad review on square. I said yes. They hung up on me. Then I called the office. I talked to a few receptionists who all hung up on me and then they blocked my number. Not once was someone mature enough to tell me they would not work work with me. I chose this practice from my insurance in network list. I was to see Dr. Toledo , or so I was told I would. I ended up seeing a NP. I have no problem with NP's. Most are more knowledgeable than many physicians. Unfortunately, the one I saw was not. I was a little hesitant to go because it seems like family practice is just a side hustle for them. I should have listened to my gut. I take 4 meds. One is for claustrophobia ( Xanax). I've been taking this for 15 years. A 30 pill prescription last 3-4 months because I use it when I fly or when I know I will be in a crowded situation. I don't abuse this drug. Two physicians in Vegas prescribed the medication. When I moved to Texas, my new physician honored the previous physician's diagnosis. I am now living in Vegas. My precious physicians have retired. So, I'm in need of establishing a relationship with a physician . I brought in my four prescription bottles and recent labs from my Texas physician. 3 of my prescriptions had at least 2 refills left. The Xanax had none. The NP called in RX's for the meds that didn't need a refill. WHY??!! She said she had to get permission from Dr. Toledo to fill my Xanax. She said she would call by the end of the day. NO CALL! I went in to the office this morning to find out what was going on. I had told the NP that I had a flight to take in the morning and needed my meds. The MA went to the back and returned with a referral list of psychiatrists! She said the won't fill my RX. I've NEVER had this issue! I should have listened to my gut! I thought physicians took an oath to do no harm! Well, this one is putting me in a difficult position which is triggering my anxiety. How do I get on the plane in the morning without my low dose Xanax. The NP acted like she didn't care. The MA took my issue to the office manager instead of a clinician. I was told Dr. Toledo does get involved with family practice issues , just OB. So, why did NP Rochelle state she wold talk to Dr. Toledo about my RX. My conclusion. These are very uncaring people who are only doing family medicine as a side hustle. I don't know about the OB side. However, DO NOT COME HERE FOR FAMILY PRACTICE ISSUES! I wish I would have read the reviews. Now, do I fly without my meds and risk an episode or do I go to the streets to find my meds??!!! read more

Awe man, Should have checked the reviews before coming here for the last part of my pregnancy. Horrible communication and update on insurance changes by staff. Dr. Plotnitsky is amazing, 5 stars, but his staff is not professional at all. I was pregnant with my 3rd child and was put on disability from my job due to it being a high risk pregnancy. When sending all of my paperwork to be filled out, they were not getting the paperwork completely. After calling multiple time to check on the paperwork, the staff told me that I call to much and ask too many questions! Then sent me a letter saying I could not be seen there any longer. Remind you, this paperwork was my income due to me being told not to work by my doctor, income to provide for my family, it needed to be filled out by a specific date. So yes I was calling once every other day to check on it, to see if they had completed it and sent it to my insurance. But nope, I soon went into Labor and Dr. Plotnitsky was called to deliver my child. When I shared with him what had happened, he had no idea! Found out later, that the office no longer accepted my insurance provider and never told me. Now owe $54,000 for having my child at a Henderson hospital and it not being covered. Never was aware of the change. Let me me through in, the lady who does the ultrasounds, is AMAZING! So sweet, patient, and attentive to questions! read more

The office staff act very unprofessional, are extremely rude and condescending, and the office manager Holly is just as immature as the rest of the office staff. The only positive experience I had was with the doctors. They were the only professional ones in this entire office. Holly the office manager thinks she runs the place and proceeded to tell me that she is good at collecting money and she makes $65 an hour. They will not return messages, hang up the phone on you, and talk to you like you are a child. My new doctor put in a request for my medical records and Tracy said that it takes up to 6 months to send the records: if you decide to pick up the records, they charge you .60 cents a page. This is in direct violation of HIPPAA which states you have to release records within 30 days of the request. read more

Dr. Toledo lied to us he told my 20 year old daughter that he would deliver her baby because we had issues with the other dr, dr.polinsky, we went to the hospital and we found out that dr.toledo hasn't had privileges to deliver at that hospital for almost 2 years. Also dr. Toledo promised us he would deliver her baby and a week before her due date he conveniently went on vacation where he was gone over her due date with no conversation with us about the birthing plan for her since he was not going to be around. The only star would be for the lady at the front desk who helped me. She was at least understanding. But I've NEVER been so insulted by a obgyn before. All I needed was someone to inject my birth control shot. That's it. Just someone to poke a needle. Important note is that I have mental issues, Autism (High Functioning), Depression, and Anxiety. I should have spent more time in the waiting room, not the side room. I get lead back and sat down. Ten minutes or so, someone comes in to take my blood pressure and confirm I'm here for a birth control shot. I then have to wait even longer, by now I'm having severe anxiety. I had a lot happen that morning due to a switch in my insurance. I just needed to be poked by a needle and go home. I've been on the shot for years. But I was getting worried something had happened. Then a man who didn't even give me his name comes in, and starts asking about my mental health. Assuming this was normal as I was new to this office, I answered the basics. Then he kept pushing me to get meds for my depression. I told him no, it won't work. My depression isn't chemical, it's due to my Autism. This man asked me out right, "What symptoms of autism did I show? How did they know I had autism?" This man, while I'm sitting in front of him, staring at the floor shaking and crying, asked me how I got dignosed with Autism. Yes, I'm not that sterotype of an autistic person, but I shouldn't have to be completely mentally stunted to be taken seriously. This is also a obgyn in visit for a shot, not a therapist meeting. My mental health should have nothing to do with this. It wasn't until I had begged to "get my shot and go home" did he leave. It was another 10 minutes or so before a nurse came in with my shot. She had to ask me where I get it injected and if I needed a band-aid afterwards. You're a nurse at an obgyn office, and you don't know where birth control shots are given? You're a medical nurse and don't know if someone who got a needle poked into the body should get a band aid or not? I got out of there so fast. read more

I received a Groupon gift voucher to get my 4d ultrasound at this office. I am very happy with my experience at this office. The ultrasound tech was very friendly and helpful. Her main goal was to get a good picture of our baby and she did. She was able to suggest different techniques to get the baby to move to get a good face photo. I would recommend this place for anyone expecting mothers wanting 4d photos. The office wouldn't be good for a crowd, but it does have several chairs and an HD TV for the guests. I thought it was the perfect experience for the 2 of us. If you're looking for a 30 minutes + experience with alot of people, i wouldn't recommend this place. Great 4d ultrasound package. My appointment was supposed to be tomorrow with the 2nd doctor at this office but they fit me in today, with Dr. Plotnitskiy. I had an ultrasound. We went over the results. I probably ask about 40 questions, which took about 20 minutes. Never felt rushed. Loved the front desk team, I talked to 4 front office ladies, which were all helpful. The tech that did the ultrasound, was also very nice, not awkward at all. Talked the whole time. It's been one of the best visits, I have had at a doctors office. Im happy i did, our baby refused to show her face in the first ultrasound so after trying for about 10 minutes the ultrasound tech rescheduled us for the following day at no extra charge. Only giving this place two stars because of the urgency of my appointment and them being the only place that could get me in so fast to see a doctor as well, I was able to get in within an hour of calling them and I am normally weary of male OBGYN's but my mom has always talked them up saying that they're always gentle, well Dr. Toledo was not gentle whatsoever, and don't let me forget that he also had his phone on loud and his phone rang during my appointment and he had looked at it and said I have to take this call and proceeded to walk out of the room, not only did he do that but as he walked out when he answered the phone he causally said "no I'm fine" and then walked in after another 3 minutes after that.
