Only giving this place two stars because of the urgency of my appointment and them being the only place that could get me in so fast to see a doctor as well, I was able to get in within an hour of calling them and I am normally weary of male OBGYN's but my mom has always talked them up saying that they're always gentle, well Dr. Toledo was not gentle whatsoever, and don't let me forget that he also had his phone on loud and his phone rang during my appointment and he had looked at it and said I have to take this call and proceeded to walk out of the room, not only did he do that but as he walked out when he answered the phone he causally said "no I'm fine" and then walked in after another 3 minutes after that. Would not recommend this office at all. Front desk ladies and the MA's we're all so nice. So that was a plus. read more

When it comes to committing yourself to a health care professional, I am a firm believer that the patients best interest is the most important thing. Especially if it involves family or an unborn child. This place does not put the patients first, the service actually makes you feel horrible. This is the WORST clinic I've been to. They overcharge and are padding their billing, so they make you come back to back instead of getting everything down in one visit! Front desk is rude and doesn't greet the patients when they come in. Providers are ok but front desk and billing makes this place unbearable!! I contacted my insurance company just for them to tell me they would've covered everything in my visit had the front desk just did their job and billed them!!!! read more

At the request of the business, I removed my previous review. I'm hereby reposting my experience as they have not only treated my wife badly, but have offered no helpful resolution. Hopefully I can influence at least one couple not to use this OBGYN, there are so many others to choose from. My wife had her two initial pregnancy appointments at Henderson Wellness. The doctor made her uncomfortable each time, but we showed my insurance for those visits then moved on. It was such an unpleasant experience that we switched to another doctor right away, where the magic of our first pregnancy would be more enjoyable. We were hoping this would be our last encounter with them. Five weeks later my insurance asked me to confirm that my wife was under my coverage and she had no other form of insurance coverage. Almost 3 years later, I hear from collections that I owe them $1500. I shared this information with the doctor to which the business rep immediately blamed me publicly over Yelp, assuming that I had not taken care of the Coordination of Benefits. How unprofessional is that? They also shared my appointment dates and other info in the post, an obvious violation of HIPAA privacy. It turned out that I did my due diligence, and it was my insurance that made the mistake. They hadn't adjusted the claim even though they have record of my call to clarify the CoB shortly after the appointment dates. The claims were adjusted on June 15th, 2018 but I was already obligated to begin paying collections or suffer damage to my credit. By July 1st, the claims had been adjusted, I paid off the debt to collections, and I had removed my previous Yelp review. For some reason I expected the doctor to work with me from this point. The doctor still would not refund what he owes. This business makes it very difficult to speak to someone, saying they'll call me back each time. They offered $300 for me to keep quiet and walk away. How ridiculous. I have all the paperwork indicating they've been paid twice. Accepting double payment is a crime. I also have screenshots of their initial Yelp response. I have finally reported them to the NV Board of Medical Examiners. Take your chances and see, this doctor has no integrity. read more

This is the worst experience ever. It's supposed to be exciting going to your first on appointment and meeting the staff and being ready to be seen. Well this didn't happen!! I waited over an hour just so they can call my insurance to confirm I have benefits. Which I do!! But because they didn't answer yesterday they tried calling while I was there instead of giving me a heads up that my benefits weren't confirmed so I wouldn't waste my time sitting there for no reason!!! There are many not so great reviews so I figured why not leave a good one based off my experience. I was able to zoom chat with the doctor a few days prior to coming in for bloodwork. I arrived when they opened and was seen about 20 minutes later. In all I was there for about 40 minutes, so it was really quick for a doctors office and there were several others waiting as well. My only complaint was the people in the lobby not sitting 6ft apart but hey. This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised w the service and staff. read more

I came on here because I saw so many negative review, and I'm truly sorry for those women who feel that way but I just wanted to say I love this place. I'm currently 18 weeks, 6 days, and they've been amazing to me so far. I've had 4 appointments, and just as a warning yes you will be waiting a little while, however I've only been to a handful of medical offices that aren't a little under staffed and over worked. I've never had anyone be rude with me. Everyone has answered my question while being extremely nice and helpful. Thank you to everyone who works here and keep being great. read more

This office is amazing! The staff is very attentive and really cares about your needs. Everyone is very polite and able to answer all of your questions. My wife and I are going through our first pregnancy and we had a little scare, we called the office the next day and they got us in right away. They did an ultrasound, UTI screening, and the doctor came in to reassure us that everything was perfectly normal. We are so happy and pleased with this office and would recommend them to anyone!! read more

Doctors, nurses, front desk, and ultrasound lady are all amazing. My one star review is because of how long it takes to get seen. My appointment was at 10:30am, it is now 11:18am and I have not been called back. I'm 6 months pregnant and have been coming here since i first found out. This happens at EVERY appointment. I am always 15-20 minutes early and it never fails they NEVER get me in on my appointment time. I am always seen an 1-1 1/2 hours later only to been seen by my doctor for 5 minutes. Every time it leaves my blood fuming, but yet I keep coming back hoping I'll be seen on time. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste time on this place. Why schedule me an appointment if i can't be seen when I arrive... The groupons are kind of worth it though. read more

Normally I don't leave reviews, but I had the worst experience here. It was so disorganized. Terrible bedside manner. The doctor avoided any questions and concerns I had. I asked for copies of the ultrasound to pick up and they called and said they were ready, but when I got there no one had any clue. They lied to me about how long blood results would take. They overcharged me on my visit. They made me pay to have a phone conversation with my doctor about the urine results after I had already paid for the appointment. It was just so chaotic. I love both the doctors and the nurces they are great and gives me a lot of useful information. So is the lady that gives the ultrasound. It sucks that thier practice is crappy. DO NOT GO HERE. FIND ANYWHERE ELSE YOUR INSURANCE TAKES. I PROMISE IT WILL BE MORE WORTH YOUR TIME TO DRIVE AN HOUR ELSEWHERE. first of all, i waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room back in November with zero updates from anyone, and i got to hear the receptionists talk about my medical record loud enough for everyone to hear. i finally get back to see the "dr" even though she was just a PA and because my blood pressure was so high from being angry that i took half a day off work just to sit in the waiting room, she only gave me a 6 month supply of birth control, even though i got my yearly stuff done already, just so she could "check back in" aka pay $20 to be angry. 6 months goes by, and sure enough, she refused to fill anything for me even though we're going through a global pandemic and i guess DR STEPHANIE LOVE cares more about money than being safe during this time. she even put in my file that i can't have any more refills until i see her again, and then when i felt like i had no options, they told me they no longer accepted my insurance, which is awesome because i already made an appt with southwest medical and they did a phone appt with me and refilled my prescription within 2 minutes. the reason i wanted to write this review thougis because their office won't leave me alone. this is the 3rd phone call i've received saying either "calling to confirm your appt" or "you missed your appt" when i have NEVER scheduled an appt with them, not even after my very first one because i knew i never wanted to go back. 0/5 if i could, i would never recommend this place and their other bad reviews should not be taken lightly. don't bother responding to me as a company, y'all raise my blood pressure every time i see your name. read more

Had a great time with Evelyn US tech and the front desk was nice and prompt. Got us signed in, maybe waited 5 minutes then got awesome pics of our baby. Evelyn was super nice and accommodating even if our baby was covering her face, she wasnt rushing us and let us walk around to get a better position. Her alone makes it 5 stars! Amazing experience. This clinic charged me $60 as a copay saying that because I haven't paid my deductible, I had to pay it. Turns out it was a preventative care appointment, they should not have charged me a dime! We've been to this office twice now, once to reveal the gender of our little one and another time to see his face and everything in 3D! The wait times were very manageable, probably about 5-10 minutes past appointment time which is actually great compared to other offices. They lost a star for me due to the unprofessional phone skills their front staff have and how they're not very friendly when you enter their office. The ultrasound tech was great so complaints there but the front desk could use some training on how to smile! read more

Dr. Plot is a fabulous OB. That's is, if you can get past his bitchy staff. On several occasions, I've had issues with getting an attitude from the staff when I call. Today, I called to set an appointment. No answer. Just a message saying YOUR VOICEMAIL IS FULL first of all. I called 5 times, and after being hung up on and ignored, someone finally answered. This is the actual conversation: Me: "Hello!" Her: "Yeah." M: "I just called like, 5 times in a row and--" H: "I know." M: "Well, that is not okay!" H: (raises her voice) "If this is an emergency, call 911. WE'RE CLOSED." M: "K. Fine. Uh, fuck you." Woman with a nasty attitude, you have been reported. All I have to say is the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Didn't even bother to TRY to help me with my problem and kept dismissing me trying to get me to leave and to talk to the manager. I work at an office as well, if I treated one of my patients the way she treated me I KNOW I would get so much crap after it from my manager, my owner doctor & most importantly the patient. If you work in the medical field have more compassion and a better attitude towards patients and their issues and concerns. I understand if she couldn't help me..... but don't be RUDE about it. And just to top it off, with the MOST SNARKIEST attitude she added "manager won't even be here until next week..." that drove me to just leave the establishment and give up. Don't Go To This Place! I was just there today at Feb17 at 9:30 am and I wish I never walk to this place. They are so unprofessional. I didn't have Insurence so I had to pay from my packet but I called them 3 times before my app and no one say their are going to charge me for 10% if I pay with card! The girls at the front were so unprofessional she was eating food during talking to patients. The nurse , that Asian lady was so rude and with a lot of attitude! She said I don't need to see the doctor she knows I just need antibiotics and I told her I really need to see the doctor that's why I'm here. I was waiting for the doctor in the room over 20 mins finally I had to walk outside and call them to say "hellooo I'm here " After wasting my time she backed and she said the doctor is busy!!!!!!! Finally one of the doctor walked in but he wasn't and OBG , he said the doctor is busy and I'm like really so why did I pay 140$ for!!!! He decided to give me a cream and antibiotics he gave me the prescription so I left the office. When I got to my car I'm like wait a min why the doctor didn't tell me what should I do and what I shouldn't do during using the cream and taking the pills! He didn't tell me how often I can use the cream ........., I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE and you shouldn't either. read more

My wife was using this place for her OB/GYN over the last couple of years and Dr Plotnitskiy and Toledo have been wonderful. They delivered our baby and her sister's baby. Unfortunately what prompted me to write this review is their office staff. To say they are grossly incompetent is an understatement. They can't bill right, they can't schedule right and are pretty much clueless and not helpful. My wife tried to get the e-sure IUD and had it all scheduled and last minute they tell us we have to pay up front for it at $1200. This is something that is covered by her insurance but they tell us that insurance wants us to pay up front and then reimburse afterwards what was covered - an amount the office wouldn't tell us. Ya, that wasn't going to fly. Called insurance and they told us do not pay upfront, they don't want to do reimbursements and that they wouldn't have told the office that and confirmed it was covered so basically the office lied to us. Confronted the office with this and they had to get back to us and that their office mgr was out. My wife had to cancel her appt since they couldn't figure it out before her procedure. She won't be going back. Dr P or Toledo, if you see this review in a timely manner - FIRE YOUR OFFICE/BILLING STAFF! They are killing your business reputation. read more

The front office people don't keep up with communications, often charging to print diagnostic results for patients that they should have access to already. They don't communicate to insurance companies and relay miscommunication to patients. Often do not follow protocol in order. Scales aren't calibrated appropriately and use convenient yet unreliable blood pressure equipment as baseline. There was also a safety issue I want to mention, but this post is already hefty. read more

Latest update. I have transferred to another ob/gyn (Southwest Medical Associates) and found it such a fresh breath of air!! I also had blood work done today by Quest. I asked questions about how Quest does their blood work procedures and also observed them. I found Henderson Ob/gyn to have fallen horribly on how the lab handles the laboratory items (blood,test tubes). While I was attending Henderson Wellness Ob/gyn I was misdiagnosed with Heb C!! Thankfully misdiagnosed. But those two weeks of waiting for the retesting results we're stressful and emotional straining (which is not good for the pregnancy.) So...Henderson Wellness clinic has recovering heroine addicts according to what the Dr. Told me and Most have Heb.C. When I took my second redrawing of blood to get a retest on the results. My husband made sure to observe the methods of the Phlebotist because he felt it was a misdiagnosis. He stated he watched the Phlebotist carelessly place the tubes on a stack of cotton balls. According to what I experienced with Quest. They labeled each tube with my name and made sure I signed a form stating that I checked each labeled tube. Henderson Wellness sends all blood work to Quest so it was hard to determine how the results came out wrong until today after I actually personally got lab work done with Quest. It makes more sense of how I was misdiagnosed with Heb.C. Pure Carelessness!! My first trimester of pregnancy was stressful because of the lack of care Henderson Wellness provided. I hate being negative but the center really needs to reconstruct the way they handle operations and patients. Especially when they have the obligation to provide the best for their patients. read more

I had Dr Toledo as my Doctor for my 2nd child and this is the only reason why I wanted to go back to him for my 3rd child. 2 weeks ago I came in for an appnt to confirm my pregnancy, the result came back positive saw Dr Plotnitkskiy and was advised I needed to get some blood works done and come back in 2 weeks since I was only 5 and half weeks and they couldn't hear my baby's heart beat. Prior to scheduling my 2nd visit I asked their front desk to verify if I had to pay a $50 co pay each visit cuz it didn't sound right to me and I was advise yes. I then called my insurance to verify this and I was advise by my insurance that I only needed to pay one time copayment of $50 and rest of my visit will be billed to my insurance. My appnt finally came around and before heading to the office I called and spoke to the front desk girl name Mylene and told her my situation and that I needed to speak to their billing dept before heading to their office. She told me that person that handles billing is the girl name crystal. When I spoke to Crystal she tells me she doesn't Handle billing. To avoid getting bounced back and forth I called my insurance again and have them speak directly to Crystal where they advised her I don't need to pay anymore copay, crystal told us that there's another dept that handles that and that she would contact them for me. Long story short i never got a call from what they call billing dept so I decided to go in there and see the doctor and I was referred to a clinic manager name Holy. This Holy girl never came out to talk to me and they wouldn't let me see Dr Toledo unless I pay $50 copay. I was forced to pay that just so I can see him to let him know what's going on with his staff. As I get called they put me in the room and had a nurse check my blood pressure and tells me undress myself from the waste down as they would do a Pap smear. I waited for another 30 minutes and then finally Dr Toledo comes in the room. As I was explaining to him what I was upset about Holy walks in the room without introducing herself and starts explaining the billing situation to me, and then tells Dr Toledo to get out of the room as what I'm complaining about doesn't concern him. When Dr Toledo left the room I was calmly explaining to Holy the Situation and she tells me She has no time to look at the billing and talk to me and at this point she would rather lose a patient. This really got me furious as I couldn't believe how rudely she came in the room kicks Dr Toledo out and practically tells me to leave while I'm half way naked! No respect at all! I'm telling her can you first of all let me get dress and then she should talk to me then she walks out of the room and told me to leave and that she doesn't need to talk to me anymore. Don't go to this clinic they have the worst staff!!!!! Specially that Holy girl, I will file a complaint to Nevada medical board about how rudely I was treated by her And their staff. read more

This place is a joke. After finding this doctor on my plan provider list, I made my appointment. I also called my insurance to verify co-pays and deductibles. My insurance informed me I am entitled to 1 free office visit per year which I had not used. I show up for my appointment and they tell me it would be $50 for the visit. I explained about they needed to bill my visit as a preventative (which it was) and it should be no charge. They told me that they do not do any of their own billing, they send it out to a third party. They do not know anything about insurance, they only go by what the third party (billing) puts in their computer system to charge patients. I asked for their billing company's phone number to call and straighten everything out and they said they do not have their number, all communication is done via email. I then asked to speak with the office manager. She said she was with a patient and would see me after. While I was waiting for the office manager, I had the front office email their 3rd party (billing) to call my insurance company to verify my benefits. I also called my insurance company while I was waiting and again verified that this office is NOT Considered a specialty office and that yes, I should have a free visit if billed as preventative. While I had the insurance company on the phone I asked of the manager was available now to speak with so she could speak with the insurance company herself to verify coverage. SHE WAS STILL UNAVAILABLE. I explained what was going on to my insurance representative and she said I should go somewhere else... I waited for and hour and a half and no manager ever came out to speak with me and no response from the 3rd party billing. Complete waste of time!! read more

Do you want to feel like you're cattle? Well this is the Perfect place for it! You can make an appointment, show up early and then proceed to sit in a waiting room for the next hour, while people who walked into the door after you go into the exam area before you. Then, once you finally get into the exam area, a nurse does 90% of the exam, the doctor comes in, pokes and prods you in a not-so-gentle manner before shooting you out the door. I give one star to the ultrasound girl. She was professional and kind. I give one star to the nurses who do almost everything. Zero stars for the incredibly rough OBGYN, zero stars for the excessive wait time, and zero stars for the overall experience. read more
