I have dummy lights on. They said weee on. Lies. They scammed me out of 1,200 bucks. Rude. Condescending and I had no idea what I was getting into, I'm from out of state. I took my car here after a very minor fender bender. I knew nothing about this shop, but that they had Enterprise car rental on site was the main selling point. The estimator (Donnie) was very nice, explained what they were going to do, and gave me an estimate that I felt was reasonable given what auto body work costs. I was paying for the work myself, not going through the insurance company. When additional work showed up, they explained it thoroughly and I decided to do it because they did not do a hard-sell on it. It was mostly just chipped paint on the bumper, but it's impossible to see where the car was hit. They did a really nice job. What I liked best about this place was the status e-mails that they sent telling me exactly where the repair process was each day so I knew they were working on the car. It was ready even ahead of schedule. I am hoping not to need body work again on my car, but I was very impressed with Hendricks and I would definitely use them again. read more

This is my 2nd time taking my car to Hendrick collision. After a painful back and forth with a 3rd party insurance company to get a windshield replacement claim in place, the manager at Hendrick reached out to make sure I was getting the correct windshield. I really liked that Terry expressed his concern to about the insurance company trying to get them to put an aftermarket windshield on my 2019 SUV, instead of an OEM windshield. Communication on what my car needed and the scheduling process was really smooth. I also appreciated the fact they kept me informed along the way with an online link so I could check the status and Chris also called me when they were done and explained the next steps of what else I needed to have done. Also the work was finished earlier than their estimate which was a plus! I will always take my car to them for repair (hopefully not anytime soon though). They're so dependable! read more

They not only know what they are doing, but they seem to take great pride in delivering the highest quality of service and workmanship. In addition, they are super nice guys! I am sorry to say that I have needed to take advantage of their service on more occasions than one would wish. Right after they fixed the rear bumper of the 2011 Prius my daughter handed down to me, someone crashed into my rear end. Shortly after that was fixed, I scraped the underside of the rear bump in a way that loosened it and went back for a third visit. They were so kind, they literally went on their backs to get the piece that I had knocked off on the side of my narrow driveway back into place. Have to give kudos to Hendricks. They made the headache that is the car accident/repair process extremely easy. I got daily updates on the status of my repairs and, after all is said and done, the car looks like brand new. I appreciate that they stuck precisely to the timeline they estimated and it was a nice surprise to get my car back washed and vacuumed (the dealer won't even do that for me!) Enterprise is on site, so picking up my rental for the repairs was quick and easy. Overall, highly recommend checking these guys out if you're looking for a body shop. read more

Very professional operation. I was skeptical because I called and it seemed that they couldn't get my car in that day. However I stated that I just needed to leave it there and get a rental then they could start the following day. From the time I got there it was all painless- I was able to rent a car on site from Enterprise which was paid for by insurance and they did the work and filed the claim. While they were working I got daily text updates. I got my car back in less time than they estimated and in beautiful condition. There was a minor dent in the back bumper that had not been a part of the same accident and I didn't plan on fixing because it was cosmetic but they fixed that, too! I was very impressed. I had to take my Nissan Altima 2009 for some damage to the driver side rear panel. I took my estimate from the insurance company to Hendrick's and Donnie was very nice and helpful explaining the process. I dropped my car off and they had to contact the insurance company for additional damage which delayed getting my car back. I did get it back within 10 days but had to call to make sure as the text notifications was estimating 15 days which did not work for me. I did get the Enterprise Rental but had to wait for it. It was a nice car and easy for pick up and drop off but would recommend making sure it's there before dropping off your car. There were 2 minor items with the signal and gas tank cover but they addressed both. I would recommend them! read more

On drop off I was supposed to have a rental provided. Instead I was told they were out of rentals and that I would need to wait 20+ minutes for Enterprise to deliver a rental. On pickup I was told that they couldn't release my car unless I had the original paperwork from Nationwide. I hadn't been told this in advance and didn't have time to go get it so I had to wait about 20 minutes while they sorted it out with Nationwide. There was also a new scratch (not there before drop off) near the work area. The new bumper is almost the same color as the rest of the car. I did give this same feedback on their satisfaction survey but still haven't heard anything from them in about 2 weeks. Apparently they don't care about the survey feedback. read more

After my accident I stopped by Hendricks to ask about setting up an appointment. I walk in and there is a woman sitting on the left behind the desk and a gentleman on the right side on his computer. I stand there waiting on some direction or greeting be received none. So I spoke up then the woman asked how can I help with a very cold tone. I let it go but when I came back a few days later this same lady ( maybe her name is Heather) was not hospitable at all again. She in her cold tone asked can I help you? I told her I have an appointment. She did something on the computer (mind you she says nothing to me the while she's doing it) she get up and goes to the other guy and does talks with him comes back to her seat then tells me you can have a seat.... I thought to myself why didn't she just tell me to have a seat 5 minutes ago. She just doesn't seem to promote the best image of the Hendricks brand and certainly not for customers. read more

I had a small quarter sized chip in my paint that had begun to rust from having a rock hit my car a number of years ago. I called and made an appointment easily, and was able to have them give me an estimate while I waited a few min. When the estimate came up more than I expected ( this was my poor understanding that since it had begun to rust they could just paint it, but needed to replace part of the panel to ensure the integrity) they suggested I contact my insurance company and go through them. This saved me any cost above my deductible. They work with GEICO all the time and I was able to get a second appointment with the adjuster the following week (first opening the Geico adjuster had) and then leave the car there and have them start work right away. There is also an Enterprise on site which made getting a rental while my car was being fixed a piece of cake. I was going out of town that Friday and had asked them if I'd need to extent the rental car for my trip or if they would have it done in time. The repair guy asked when I'd be leaving and I told home Friday afternoon. He said he could have it ready to pick up by one or two Friday afternoon. However, they had it ready by 10am, which made heading out of town so much easier. My car looks great. You'd never know I had the repair done. Great customer service, and great work. Just can't beat it. If I need any body work done again I'm definitely heading back to Hendricks on Hwy 55. :) read more

It is was the best and easiest experience I have had with a body shop! I had to get my bumper replaced and I was worried about how complicated it was going to be. No need to worry here! Stopped by late in the afternoon earlier this week. Donnie was awesome and very helpful along with everyone else I met there!!
