Had Paul and son in about a 4 years ago to install 2 new 50 gal water heaters. Did a great job. Had to call them recently because I was getting water pressure spikes on the cold side up to 135 lbs when the heaters were running but generally the pressure would go to 100 lbs. from 45. Way too much pressure. Turns out the check valve on the cold supply had gone bad allowing the pressure from the heaters to go to the cold side. This also showed me that there were some high pressures occurring on the hot side that I wasn't aware of. Paul changed the check valve, a shut off valve and suggested putting in an expansion tank which I completely agreed was the thing to do. Even looks better. Very pleasant as usual. Pricing reasonable. Very knowledgeable and professional. Added a pic. They put the filter and conditioner in also. read more

So disappointed. I had two things that needed to be done and both were done incorrectly. The son came back and told me, it was the way it was and there was nothing they could do. It wasn't like this before they touched it and he wants to tell me it is not what they did. I have had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. They are nice but beware. If you want someone who has your back, and goes the extra mile, these aren't the right guys.. Sad to say ! PS. I had a plumber walk me through how to fix my issue via text - the same issue I was told they couldn't fix. I am so disappointed in their service ! read more

Paul and his son did an incredible job installing my Pelican Whole House water filter about 3 weeks ago. We went over a couple bypass pipe design options and ultimately I went with a compact design that was aesthetically pleasing and functional. Also used copper pipes which I was pleased with. He clearly has installed a number of these as evidenced by his knowledge of additional parts needed and quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them. Overall, we haven't noticed any pressure loss and the family is pleased with the whole house filter. I will definitely think of Paul and his son on my next plumbing job. read more

I had them years ago to install my kitchen faucet and it's about the only thing that works in my house. Now my toilet and bathroom faucets are broken so I called them back. Paul and his son came on time, wiped their feet at the door, we're polite and super pleasant. They went to work on the bathroom and found a couple little things that also needed replacing. And they really did need replacing, they were very old; they didn't jack up the price. They did the work very quickly, didn't waste any time at all, they do things right, and their price is reasonable. I could not be happier. Excellent work and a fair price we highly recommend this company. Replaced whole house water pressure regulator that was failing and house pressure 100+ PSI and added a overflow pan to our water in heater and vented to outside. Paul and son carefully tested pressure and went over pressure adjustment to make sure we were happy. They were meticulous about not causing any damage and cleaning up. They had to drill from inside wall through stucco on outside and the whole was made carefully, so no cracking occurred and it was carefully sealed on both sides. Before they came out I was contacted several times to go over the estimate. It was very nice to support a family owned business. The pipes in the floor at my house were never installed correctly and I had trouble with an unstable toilet for years. It had been "fixed" by other people several times, but it only held a few months and would start wobbling again. Paul came out and fixed this over two years ago, and admitted "it might not hold".
