He initially told me the total would be $350.00 which I agreed to because he said it would also include replacing the filter and performing some additional work. However, that work was never done. When the job was finished, he unexpectedly demanded $390--an additional $40 that had never been explained beforehand. To make matters worse, he then insisted that he needed to return for a more thorough inspection of my air conditioning unit, which would cost another $190. He also warned me that he might find additional problems that could cost thousands of dollars. I felt like I was being pressured into paying for more services than I actually needed. Meghan called back and when she heard we were still without toilets, she scheduled Jordan, who came out on a Sunday cleared my drains with their state of the art instument and drain camera and one toilet was working within less than two hours. He then repaired my other downstairs toiletk installing a new complex sealing gasket that he had to run out to a friend for the part on a Sunday. All that and a cheerful attitude and a very reasonable price considering it was a Sunday.
