I requested Jody because the sign in sheet showed she was often requested, I waited a few minutes for her to finish with her client. When she saw me in the waiting chair she asked, "are you waiting for something?" ????? Why else would I be the chair? She then called me over to sit and she wasn't even kind. She tapped on my forehead for me to place my fingers then would swat my fingers out the way. Very very rude. She finished my eyebrows in like 3 minutes and completely change the shape of my eyebrows! All she needed to do was clean up my brows. They were previously arched now they are rounded! All before graduation day! Would literally never come back or recommend to anyone. After the service, she told me I was done and didn't even say have a good day or anything. I just found it strange that she was very kind and talkative to the client before , who seemed like a regular, and the gentleman after me.

I finally decided to give it another shot, and it was the BEST decision ever! From the moment I walked in, the lady was so warm and welcoming. She asked if it was my first time there and listened to my only request: to keep my eyebrows thick. She did exactly that--threading them back into their natural shape while keeping them clean, defined, and absolutely beautiful. The experience was surprisingly comfortable!
