Kind, honest, and always gives me confidence by cleaning up my little brows and making them look perfect and full (which is crazy, because i do NOT have nice brows). The 4 stars is for my last visit. Did a full face and eyebrows are included- i have not ONE clue what happened, since clearly our eyes are closed and we can't monitor what's going on until everything is done and we open and they tell us to check, but my brows got EFFED up. She threaded off MY REAL HAIR from the front AND THE TAIL END. She got scissors and starting cutting off a LOT and my brows look like a toddler got scissors and just cut me up. Yeah, i'm pretty upset due to HOW BAD this eyebrow threading turned out and nothing can be changed, but be warned, the newest lady (who is VERY nice and kind always) may not know what to do with your microbladed brows. Im SHOCKED at how terrible my brows came out and I have an incredibly important event this weekend. I see why many say do not do any cosmetic procedures when you have something important coming up. I'm hoping my hair grows back fast because i look RIDICULOUS. I will ONLY be going to Jody. I am truly SHOCKED and upset at how much of my real hair was chopped off and threaded off. This is crazy. I finally decided to give it another shot, and it was the BEST decision ever! From the moment I walked in, the lady was so warm and welcoming. She asked if it was my first time there and listened to my only request: to keep my eyebrows thick. She did exactly that--threading them back into their natural shape while keeping them clean, defined, and absolutely beautiful. The experience was surprisingly comfortable! She guided me on how to place my hands to make threading easier, and to my amazement, it wasn't painful at all. There is good amount of seating inside , my son loved the comfy couch where he relaxed while I was getting my eyebrows done . I never seen anyone use a necklace to hold one side of the thread but I liked that and she also wears a mask . Everything seems sanitary .
