Convenience is important along with efficiency for your company it's employee's and the people it service.((Scenario ( 2C you have one bus going from the transit station headed north then back to the transit station to head south, and vice versa for the south route.) From my many years of riding a transit system (WMATA) that moves with their city as a rider would it be easier on your drivers and more efficient for the 2c to go from the transit station in one direction either north or south and back to the transit station. And that is the route. One going north 2C BusTransit/ North to North Ave - 2C Bustransit/South Belt Blvd/Midlothian))

This isn't my preferred method of transportation however it's cheap and gets me where I need to go…read more The station itself is essentially a large room with a central seating area and many side doors where people meet their busses. A ticket and information counter with a slow and long line can be found at the farthest end of the room. It's easy to navigate and see where everything is from anywhere in the facility. The waiting area has the cleanliness of a public restroom The bathrooms aren't the cleanest but they're tolerable (I don't cringe with horror when I open every stall door). They're usually on time and I haven't had any major issues with my tickets besides weather related delays. It's a pretty average greyhound station!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Regarding Greyhound/FlixBus Trip - June 26…read moreI am writing in regards to the unacceptable experience my 77-year-old mother and I had while traveling on Greyhound/FlixBus beginning on Friday, June 26. This was our first time traveling by bus, and unfortunately it was one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. And honestly, Greyhound has been around way too long for any of this to be issues for their customer! First of all, When booking our tickets online, I paid an additional fee to reserve seats together so that I could remain with my elderly mother throughout our journey. We arrived at our departure location approximately 20 minutes early, as instructed. We were also encouraged to download the Greyhound/FlixBus app to receive updates regarding delays or schedule changes. Our bus was scheduled to depart at 2:10 p.m. However, after waiting for nearly two hours with no information, there was still no bus. The app continued to show that the bus was running on time, and I received no email, text message, or notification indicating there was any problem. There were no Greyhound representatives available at the station to answer questions or assist passengers. After spending considerable time searching for a customer service number and making multiple phone calls, I was finally informed that our scheduled bus was not coming at all. The replacement bus would not arrive until approximately 9:00 p.m., leaving us stranded for more than eight hours in the summer heat with no communication from the company. During that time, other serious issues became apparent. Many Greyhound stops are located in unsafe or poorly maintained areas. While I understand Greyhound may not own every location, the Richmond, Virginia stop was particularly disturbing. We witnessed numerous rats running throughout the waiting area, including one rat being struck by a vehicle while several others immediately surrounded it. It was an extremely unsanitary and unsettling environment for paying customers. Because customer service had to issue replacement tickets over the phone, I no longer had printed documentation. I had to rely entirely on my cellphone to access my tickets and itinerary. Unfortunately, my phone battery was steadily dying. I had specifically packed multiple charging cables because Greyhound advertises onboard electrical outlets. However, passengers throughout the bus were unable to locate outlets that actually worked. Without a functioning charger, I risked losing access to my boarding passes and trip information. The conditions onboard were also unacceptable. Passengers openly smoked marijuana in both the restroom and inside the bus. The odor was overwhelming, and several individuals openly discussed doing so. This created an uncomfortable environment for everyone onboard. Additionally, I spent approximately four hours sitting in severe discomfort before discovering that metal hooks intended for a child safety seat were protruding through my seat and pressing directly into my back. Because the bus was crowded and dark, I could not immediately determine the source of the pain. Our travel problems continued when we arrived in Washington, D.C. Our connecting bus had already departed because our previous bus had arrived late. Again, there was virtually no assistance available. An employee informed me he could not help due to computer issues, forcing me to contact customer service once more. Unfortunately, that experience was equally frustrating. The representative was discourteous and refused to provide confirmation numbers over the phone, insisting I wait for confirmation emails instead. Those emails were delayed for hours, leaving me with no documentation to present to bus drivers. Even worse, the replacement tickets no longer allowed my mother and me to sit together despite my having paid extra specifically for reserved seating. I was later informed that the reserved seat fees would not be refunded to my original payment method, but instead issued as travel vouchers. This is unacceptable. After this experience, I have no intention of traveling with Greyhound again. I am requesting an actual monetary refund rather than vouchers that I will never use. At one point, I was assigned a confirmed seat while my 77-year-old mother, whose ticket had been purchased at the same time as mine, was listed only as standby. Once we finally boarded another bus, the confusion only worsened. Three different passengers had been assigned my same seat number. The driver explained that duplicate seat assignments occur during busy travel periods. Shortly afterward, the driver instructed passengers to find seats for other riders themselves. Customers who had purchased tickets and assigned seating should never be responsible for resolving your company's overbooking issues. I have way more to say, but no more room.

Have called repeatedly and was told they never received my dispute form in the mail. So then emailed them with proof and never heard back about a resolution. They keep sending me Bills for payment. They need to work with EZPASS directly as to any issues with Pay by Plate not communicating properly with EZPASS. This borders on harassment. I never remove my EZPASS and go through the tolls many, many times a week. This Pay by Plate system has obvious bugs and they are not helpful via phone and will not communicate back about resolving these issues. They only send bill upon bill all the while compounding late fees.

Furthermore for the few remaining toll booth that do have the rejected slots not only are the employees disgustingly rude and almost argumentative in a very unprofessional abusive type manner for themselves to only reach down and grab the change that again is not belong to RMA but to the public and the individual to which the money is being returned nce the return change slot AKA rejected money and itself is explanation that money does not belong to RMA so in addit to paying the toll they're stealing the money that isn't registered towards the paymnt to satisfy the amount is 100% the customer traveling through it God forbid you had the unfortunate event of encountering the toll booth attendant t when you think the money being rejected we'll go to Great lengths to verbally attack you become almost irate with the intent to prevent you from taking what belongs to you back only today themselves reach down pick it up out of there off the floor the ground the rejected slot and put it into their pockets this is absolutely the most fun ethical staff especially the Forest Hill at night and crime with the lock preventing the public from being able to retrieve what is rightfully theirs that I've ever witnessed from a business in any way shape or form everyone should be entitled to some type of refund due to this lock on the Publix money! Shame on this company for being able to get away with this in shame on no one pursuing making this an ethical transaction that has completely become a shame of greed at its finest from every aspect of this company. This used to be an upstanding company who only higher and allow nothing less than professional and absolute ethical practices they prided themselves on their employees I don't know what's happened but there's many things that need to be absolutely addressed and one being the theft from the customers who drive through their daily!
