First time here and it's so hard to find parking. Nice that is near rally. I know they are still new and that they only open for dinner but opening up for lunch would be cool too. We got the burrata and it was delicious. The yam was good. Portion small. I also got the chicken and the sauce on it helped it from not being fried. My friend got the circle pasta and there was like only 10 pieces. I think it's a little overrated. I wouldn't go again. Portion small, prices too much, not worth it. They didn't have a lot to choose from their menu so that didn't help either. The service was good. Ambiance is nice like a date night spot. Custom shop will forever be my fave spot. read more

Tasty food and a classy ambiance! Our group of seven ordered a few small plates to share. The focaccia didn't have that classic airy crumb (it reminded me more of a regular artisanal loaf) but it was still fluffy and delicious -- especially paired with the slightly sweet and spicy chili butter. The shishitos were flavorful and the crispy rice they're served with offered a welcome crunch. The creamy texture of the burrata was flawless, though I definitely wish there was more peach butter, and I think we were missing the almonds. For my main, I asked our server if I should opt for the gnocchi or the fettuccine, and she recommended the latter. The pasta tasted exceptionally fresh, with the tomato and basil sauce offering a bright, herby freshness that felt light yet flavorful. The crispy pancetta brought a rich, savory saltiness that tied everything together beautifully. I LOVED it and could have easily indulged in a second bowl. In my group's visit, we encountered a handful of hiccups in the overall experience, including not getting water for quite a while after being seated and one member of the group not getting her entree until well after everyone else had finished. This spot is right next to Rally and makes a cute date night or girls night out spot! We had reservations and were seated right away at a 2-person table up the stairs against a ledge. It gave a nice view of the entire space. The hostess that sat us let us know about the cocktail and food sides of the menu and our servers name who would help us walk through the menu. Lia, our server was very friendly. We ordered cocktails immediately and then decided on several small plates to share. Light as a feather (gin) cocktail was yummy and even had a bird design. My friends spritz was huge and she loved it. The star of the small plates for me was the burrata. We asked for more bread so we could finish it. The peach jam made it sweet but not too sweet. The peppers were really good too. I wish they were a little crispy, but still very flavorful. The carrots were delicious. We gobbled them up and fought over the last one. Our carrots weren't served very warm, not sure if that was intentional, but the flavor was great. The salad seemed to missing something -- my friend and I thought if there was a strawberry or blueberry or maybe even a different type of nut on it, that would make it better. The real stars of the night: chocolate mousse cake and cherry cola sorbet. The mousse cake was not what I expected but it was the best surprise. The texture was a brownie cake situation and SO good. Wish it came with a little vanilla ice cream or something rather than topping. I didn't taste the sorbet since I don't like cherry cola, but my friend raved about the texture -- it was frothy and yummy. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner. My biggest complaint was the timing of everything. All of our small plates came relatively quickly so it crowded the table and made us feel a bit rushed to be able to try everything. Tried Henrietta's for the first time and have mixed feelings. The place is very cute inside, well decorated and dimly lit but not too dark, comfortable seating and spacing. Service and staff were super great and very welcoming! Cocktails were good and well priced, a good range of options provided on the menu. We had the focaccia, carrots, gnocchi, and fettuccine. The focaccia and carrots were really good, well priced and presented. I think the carrots were the favorite of our order. The gnocchi and fettuccine were good, but the portion size for their price was pretty comical. Gnocchi was $24, fettuccine was $22, and both were small tapas sized plates that gave a few bites to a couple sharing. For those prices I would have expected probably double the amount of food, the fettuccine was similar to what you could make at home for maybe $4. Overall the food, drinks, and service were good, but hesitant to make a recommendation with how tiny the portions were for the pastas. read more

We chose this restaurant based on its reputation and expected an elevated dining experience, but our visit had several service issues that I have only ever experienced at a college bar. After arriving, we waited a solid 5 minutes to be greeted and then after sat another 10 minutes before our server introduced himself. Drink service was incredibly slow, my singular wine didn't arrive until after both appetizers were served at separate times and when two cocktails and ceviche weren't available, no alternatives or recommendations were offered. The focaccia was cold and dry, and the crispy gnocchi was lukewarm. Throughout the duration of our res, we had to flag down our server to place our food order, request water refills multiple times, and had to ask for new silverware after our appetizer plates were cleared and had been sitting with our entree's. The atmosphere was also unexpected. The restaurant shares space with Rally, so there was regular foot traffic from guests in athletic attire, and our leftovers were packed in a Rally paper bag. During dinner, the table beside us was cleaned with a strong chemical cleaner while we were still eating, and the smell was noticeable enough to affect the experience. It's a nice, elevated casual experience, so not too fancy, but you're having a nice meal in a nice space. Basically, you feel like you're in the right place. The menu is local and seasonal, so I suspect it'll be ever-evolving. It's small enough to easily narrow down your choices, which I really appreciate. There's a bar area as well, with a range of cocktails, plus beer and wine and mocktails. Plates can be shareable, so we ordered, for four people, scallops, half green circle chicken, fettuccine, burrata and carrots. The star for us might have been the burrata, which was sweet (but not too sweet) and creamy. Almost recommend that as a dessert. I could have eaten the whole plate myself. Honestly, everything was delicious. I'd order any of those again - we had no leftovers! Additionally had the cherry cola sorbet, which was interesting and refreshing on a hot summer day. Our server was friendly, as were the staff who brought out our food. We had a reservation and were sat immediately. The bar is always there and there's a little sitting area if you have to wait, or if you're taking yourself on a little solo date. There's street parking available, as well as a lot behind Rally, or you could walk a little from the light rail - I'd guess 10 mins from the Scaleybark stop. Loved everything about this spot. Such a cute vibe. Great service! The food was amazing! Not a huge menu, BUT what they did they did it well! We started off with some tasty cocktails, the Orange creamsicle was my favorite, recommended by our server. Then we had the wagu Carpaccio! This was so good. The foccia with that chili honey butter, man, was amazing, I could of stopped here and been satisfied with my meal. But nope, we dug in more. Everything was delicious but my favorite bite were their carrots with with ricotta, carmalized honey, dukka, espelette! I don't eat a lot of vegetables, so for this be my favorite bite says it all, so good! We followed that up local greens, crispy gnocchi (my second favorite bite) half green circle chicken and NY strip with piquillo salsa and fingerling chips! Needless say we had a great experience! Fancy and pretty inside, Henrietta's is date night vibes or girls night. Nice bar but overlooks a pickleball court as it owns the Rally pickleball facility next door. Honestly the service was excellent, Veronica our sever was so nice but the place itself was ok. Good food, high prices and small plates, as in not much food! What we had was good but nothing I want to run back for. The drinks were good although mine wasn't as strong as I was hoping given the ingredients. Esthetically the place is really nice, good decor. Do recommend they close off the entrance with some drapes or something so the hallway isn't right there, which is where we were seated. Drinks we had the jet lag, last train to Oaxaca and split decision . My hat lag was tequila based and was fine but very light and more juice like. The split decision was good and spirit forward and the last train had a good Smokey mezcal taste. It bad price in most cocktails. $14 . Food we had the focaccia, I've had many focaccias in my time this was pretty bland. Dry not olive oil heavy or any herbs. Comes with a chili honey butter which wasn't great so we asked for olive oil to dip. The hamachi was good and I liked the sauce but there was nothing to eat the sauce with once your eaten your one piece of hamachi. The quality of which was excellent. Nicely presented though. The crispy gnocchi was fine. Creamy and mushrooms inside, something with sweetness in it too. The scallops were cooked perfectly. On a bed of grits which was a bit weird. With a tomato broth. Eh ok. The warm Focaccia bread with house-made chili-honey butter stole the show...I'd put that butter on everything. The Hamachi had a great fresh flavor, though I wish the portion had been a touch more generous. Burrata is always a win, but here it came with peach butter, tarragon vinegar, almonds, and sourdough (I definitely could've used more bread to scoop it all up). The crispy gnocchi in creamy parmesan sauce with mushrooms was pure comfort food perfection...my personal favorite. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, with a charred crust and tender center - the piquillo pepper sauce on the side were the perfect complement. The service was great and they helped us walk through the menu and recommended that we order in a sharing style. To start we ordered the focaccia and burrata both of which was incredible. The focaccia was warm, light and fluffy and the butter was fantastic. The burrata was served with warm sourdough. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was so good that we ended up ordering two. Next was the hamachi which I think was great! For our mains we ordered the fettuccini and gnocchi. I had heard great things about the fettuccini but we were all very disappointed. The noodles were hard and grainy like they were old or had been sitting out for too long without the sauce. It was the only thing that we didn't finish. On the other hand, the gnocchi was so incredible that we ended up ordering 2. It is the only thing that I didn't get a picture of because it was devoured so quickly. The mushroom sauce was so rich and creamy paired with a good crunch of the breadcrumb. I'm always excited to check out a new spot. The place was cute and the bar area looks perfect for an after work drink. My friends and I ordered a bunch of stuff off the menu to share. The Shishito Peppers sauce was amazing. We were actually dipping the somewhat bland roasted chicken in the sauce. Everything else was good but nothing really stood out like the peppers. Service was ok. Took a while to get our drinks. The second drink I ordered I had to remind the waiter and then she said they were out so I had to order something else. We came here on a Saturday night for dinner and had a very nice experience. It's a very cool place, with tons of tables for group dining. In fact, that seemed to be the main thing we saw--a lot of parties. Our server was really nice and very helpful, especially with their drinks. I would recommend the salad and the focaccia. Both are large in size. We also had the gnocchi and the scallops. The gnocchi made us think of a past favorite NYC restaurant, called Spigolo, which had a famous cheese gnocchi dish. This was very close to it--so good! The scallops were tasty, but a bit small for two people. One criticism would be that, because it's tapas and dishes come out individually when they're ready, it can take a long time. With it being Saturday night and fairly busy, we had substantial waits between dishes. But the place is so open and nice. Trendy in a good way. Also has a great view of the pickleball bar next door--a fun thing to maybe do before or after :D Our server gave us some sorbet for dessert, which was refreshing. The place is right next door to Rally (super fun with a full bar as well). The dining room is quite beautiful and the staff are very welcoming. The lighting throughout the restaurant is perfect and makes the place feel more intimate. The menu is interesting with a few spins on classics - our oysters had a delicious ginger-based mignonette which was pretty delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish. There's definite room for improvement with the cocktail and bar service. We had to wait a very long time for cocktails and, while delicious, the glasses were only 3/4 filled. Left us wanting more martinis which were already in small glasses. We moved on to wine so as not to further delay waiting for our drinks. Also, we were seated at a random table by the door while most of the restaurant was empty and had much more comfortable and cushioned seating. We let it go as we had a good view from our table. Our corn appetizer took over 30 minutes to arrive and it was very small for the price and a simple dish to make. The server was polite but could've checked on us within those thirty minutes. The bartender seemed unsure of the drink menu and didn't greet us (we were the only couple at the bar plus one other). Presentation felt sloppy (sauce-covered the serving spoon), and staff uniforms were so casual we weren't sure who worked there. That said, the host was lovely, and the manager kindly comped our appetizer, which we appreciated. Overall, the vibe felt like style over substance like it was trying to have a more upscale vibe to justify the overpriced meals but missed the mark from the dish quality to the experience. This is such a cute new place that opened in LoSo! The drinks are delicious I highly recommend the orange creamsicle (if you like sweet! And there is no cream that I could see in it for you lactose intolerant friends!) the one thing I have to say and if it is the only thing you take away from this... The focaccia and chili butter is one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life!!!! I am not a bread and butter person at all. I don't usually eat it when it's given. I tried this cause the butter sounded so interesting and I was like well I have to try it. And omg we ended up ordering so much of it. Idk what they put in it but it is fantastic!!! We also got the oysters which were tasty and the roasted carrots were also great! This is a fun little date spot or a good spot for going with the girls on a girls night out. There is parking nearby which is convenient. The ambiance is dark and moody which is great but if your parents are anything like mine idk if this is the place for them lol. Overall was a dinner for the atmosphere. It was nice lighting and cool vibes. However, the food options were okay and didn't really have a lot of ability to ask for modifications if needed. For an upscale restaurant, being able to make modifications if needed seems to be typical. I.e. asking for certain made to order request changes weren't easy/ not well received by our waitress. This could have been our waitress or what the restaurant is able to provide. I would suggest trying the restaurant if the ambience and aesthetic are your preferences. Otherwise, I would suggest trying other restaurants in the area. read more
