This had to be the worst food I've ever had. Fried oysters were disgusting and didn't come with tarter sauce. They actually didn't have tarter sauce ironically. Cheesesteak egg rolls were also disgusting and didn't come with ketchup. They came with "philly sauce" which can only be described as some sort of mayonnaise concoction that was equally disgusting. Visited Zodiac multiple times this week. Very nicely furnished and decorated establishment. The bartenders were very friendly and made amazing Leo Lemon Martinis. We also had the buffalo wings and philly eggrolls. Both appetizers were delicious and I highly recommend to try them. I've been here three times once for the grand opening a second time after a date and a third time literally order food online to take to peace pipe. My experience at the grand opening of course was better than the other 2. My second visit, we sat at the bar and it took a while to get service, even though we were in eye view. They were missing many things on the menu so we only got a drink. It took a while to get the drink to get change it any additional service so my day was ready to go. I figured maybe it was just a bad night but the Bartender spent the majority of her time talking to her friend. We asked about Hookah and they said they were out of supplies however, we saw three Hookah's out and one guy was complaining that he never got any maintenance on it .Third time I only did online ordering to bring food to the next place. My boyfriend order me some food and when he brought it back, I was missing the soul rolls. However, we were charged full price for everything we ordered. I quickly took the box back over and it took 20 minutes to be at knowledge and explain how we ordered online and we're charge for the rolls but did not receive them. They advised me that the kitchen were out of them. I asked him why would they sell them in charge once they seen the ticket and knew that they were out of stock on an item. They tried to offer me a drink or wings which is ironic because I'm pescatarian I was already drinking at the next location so I didn't want any more drinks I want food, I was not offered anything else off of the menu, which was OK because I wanted my money back it took 30 to 45 minutes watching them open the register and tell me they can't give me $13 back! They told me they had to reach out to the manager and she would have to do it on the backend. Why can't you just give me the money now if I'm in your face you charge me now you have the payment now why can't you just give me the money now? Why would you charge someone for something that you knew was out of stock when the order came through. They could not get in contact with the manager. They wrote down my information in assured me that I will get my funds back. I never got that money back. they also had an attitude with me when they were the ones that did me a disservice. The service was horrible. The waitress sat down and did not smile once. She had on a head scarf and a jacket looked like she just rolled out of bed.
