They would not take it back to be remade. So I just said forget it and we ate them anyway. Since I'm in my third trimester I figured I should be fine. However a great manager would have made sure they were remade. I use to work in the restaurant biz and the customer is always right. And I was showing them their error and they were working to convince me it was cooked all the way, again when you could clearly see it wasn't. Also my hubs strawberry lemonade was not even filled up all the way in the cup. I would expect if we are paying for something that doesn't have a refill, at least fill it up all the way. Oh and my BIGGEST disappointment is that there is NO BURRITO!! We actually came here for that specifically, only to find out that it has not been on the menu for over a year, yet that is the one review and promotion that pops up when you look at this establishment. So it's false advertising and should be taken down since they no longer make the burrito. Also if you're coming here to work, it's super small and cramped. The cortado was ver nice, with minimal paper cup flavor. It was smooth with a roasted flavor, and a nice, creamy viscosity. A pretty good, respectable cortado. The Tres Leches cold brew reminds me of merienda with my family in Brownsville, despite us usually not having cold coffee - haha. But the flavors were delicious. The coffee was strong, but still had that "flavored latte" taste I tend to enjoy on a hot day. That tres leches foam is truly a delight. If I lived closer, I'd probably be here every day they're open. However, now that I know that they're really good, I may have to make some frequent stops.
