Three days after the initial surgery he tore his stitches out and had to go in to get new stitches. It was a three week recovery vs 10 days normal. We were set to fly out for a family vacation and he was not fully recovered. The vet and staff watched him while we were away and we came home and he was fully recovered and very happy. They saved us from cancelling the vacation. They went well beyond normal customer service to help our valuable family member. The doctor and staff always treat our pets and us well. They really care about their patients and owners. We are so happy to have them as our puppy's vet. Our lab loves going in, which shows how well he gets treated.

A caretaker came to my car and helped me with my fur-baby. They allowed me as much time as I needed to say my final goodbyes. They are very caring and compassionate, allowing my baby to be cremated in her dog bed, with her favorite blankie. She was returned to me in 24 hours, in a very nice, carved wooden box. Faithful Companions make an extremely painful situation just a little easier with their compassion and professionalism.
