They weren't willing to switch dentist for any follow up treatment so I got hit with out of network charges. Worse part is their initial visit is X-rays and exam only with no cleaning. I switched dentist due to unhappiness with the situation and will probably run into insurance issues for second visit and X-rays.

They were able to schedule my first visit very quickly so that's a plus. The office was immaculate, as expected, and the Pandora station was playing a carefully curated list of songs that I would have on my own playlist. The patient chairs faced a full-wall window so instead of looking at a tired poster of some place I will never visit, I got to watch frogs paying in a small pond. Everyone in the office was professional and I was very comfortable from the start. My hygienist was super friendly, and we had some things in common so it was like catching up with an old friend. Dr. Farmer was also super friendly and said I was family now. They both explained what they were seeing and doing, and I knew I was in excellent hands.
