This is a Doctors office there isn't room for error, 5 occasions where I was told while sitting in the waiting room I had a balance due, I always paid cash in full every visit, proved them wrong on all occasions with my receipts as proof. You call in for prescription refills they get lost or tell you that you never called. They tell u it can take up to 2 days for a refill that's absolute BULLSHIT!! I have now been waiting 6 days for a refill on my pain medication which is ridiculous. I spoke with Kim twice regarding this issue and still nothing has come of it and she's the office manager. A few years back I had a 9:00 appointment on a Saturday along with another woman and man all at 9:00, then for myself and the other woman to be told we didn't have an appointment. Another one of those incompetent girls at the desk whom didn't know what she was doing. The End of last year 2018 I had a 9:00 appointment and the gentleman in front of me signed in for a 9:15 appointment, taking him back first,I was taken to my room so then decided to confront the girl up front asking why he was ahead of me, her response was he signed in first I said are you kidding me that's not how it works. Then I requested for the office manager to come to my room..Kim had to inform the girl that's not how it works. The incompetence in this office is mind blowing. It's just been issue after issue and it's a shame because a good Doctor is hard to find. They didn't just lose one patient they have lost 2 patients from my household. Whenever you call to make an appt you're on hold waiting 45 mins sometimes, and no I'm not exaggerating! One time I went to see her because I was suffering from terrible constipation. I seriously woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall back asleep. I thought I was dying and called the ER who said to check with your PCP. I saw her, gave her my symptoms and she essentially belittled me and made me seem like I was crazy and not sure what I was talking about. I was giving her MY symptoms! I know what's normal and what's not! What I was experiencing was NOT my normal. During our conversation, I asked to use the restroom and my stomach hurt really bad. She ignored me and kept talking. She then had me get up on the table so she could feel my stomach, again I asked if I could use the restroom and she coldly said, "Just get up on the table!". Now if your patient is experiencing debilitating constipation, and they ask to use the restroom suddenly, wouldn't you want them to go?!? At the end of the consultation, all I got was a copay and a referral to a receive an x-Ray. Nothing to tell me how to relieve my pain, medicine such as laxatives, nothing.
