I think plenty for the number of appointments that could occur at the same time. This store is quite large inside. Tons of frame options from Shinola to Maui Jim's. They even have WiFi. Doctor Sasha Kashat is the sweetest AND knowledgeable. I love her professionalism and kindness all in one. Happy to drive an hour one way to see her.

There billing policy was for me to pay in cash for their services and then they would refund me the difference between what insurance covered and I paid. What I expected from them was their professional opinion of my vision and advice moving forward. What I recieved was less than that. When I went back to Birmingham Vision Care with a question regarding an opinion Clear Vision Center provided I was told I would need to pay for an office visit. This prompted me to write a letter (4/22/26) requesting my refund from my exam (12/17/25) and any of the work up around that visit. Today is 5/27/26. I'm still waiting for my refund and file. I may be alone here but what it seems to me is both of these healthcare providers are more interested in what they can sell you rather than what you need. What's upsetting is they put fear in your head related to your vision to upsell their offering. When you have questions regarding their opinions they want to charge you for answers. What kind of clip joint are these people running? Just hope they will finally send me the check they owe and my file. Someday.

The dr said I had "a mite infestation" under my lids (no symptoms). She quickly wrote a script for a $2000 eye drop that a special pharmacy filled and handled my insurance. I read the label and there are serious side effects. Doctors get a bonus for writing that script. I had two second opinions done within days and "no mites"; just allergy inflammation. The Dr insisted I see Dr. Poma to "finish" the eyeglass exam. The Dr didn't mention it was a vision therapy consultation for an extra $200. I have excellent insurance and it appears they were going to cash in it. -- I had to call four times to get my eyeglass script after I refused the vision therapy appt. - Additionally, The front desk help, Amanda and Rose are both unprofessional, pushy, and rude.

After the Kellogg Eye Center told me, "your eyes are fine," I looked around for a second opinion. I worked with Dr. Chelsea, who did a very thorough workup that included standing on a balance board decide and watching me walk down the hall. She diagnosed my binocular vision disorder, and prescribed me a pair of prism lenses. Martina helped me out with the glasses. I thought I was going to try the new Xtra active prism lenses with the mirror sunglasses but they came back from the lab a little weird, so she helped me change them out for a normal lens without charging me more money. I had a great experience with all levels of care from the moment I walked in.

Dr. Spigelman -- where do I begin?…read more I guess I'll start more than 15 years ago, when my grandmother became his patient after another surgeon blinded one of her eyes for a routine procedure. At 70+ years old, things looked hopeless for her. After coming to Dr. Spigelman and being treated for a number of years, she was shocked one day; my grandmother opened her eyes and saw out of her prior blind eye. Fast forward to 2015, and I came to see the doctor for vision correction. The only surgery I knew of was LASIK, and after a few tests, Dr. S suggested an alternative procedure to correct my eyesight. He knew I was nervous and reassured me things would be okay, specifying the technique he used, pre and post op procedures, and even explained that several members of his family -- and he, too -- have undergone vision correction. His bedside manner and warmth are rare traits amongst many doctors these days, and I never felt like he rushed or like my concerns went unheard. He really made me feel as comfortable as possible and his staff were also kind and helpful during the process. There were many laughs shared with his staff and they were incredibly thorough and explained the post-op effects like blurriness of vision on the second day. The doctor checked in regularly after my procedure and was very attentive, asking me to come in for post-op appointments to make sure everything looked great. The most impressive thing to me was that all of the pre and post operation appointments were included in the price for the surgery -- the cost and breakdown were very transparent, and ultimately, very reasonable for what I got. Long story short, Dr. Spigelman restored my vision too. His hands, knowledge, and approach are truly transformational. Three years later, not a day goes by where I don't wake up to see things clearly or don't enjoy activities without the aid of glasses and contacts. Dr. Spigelman, thank you for the gift of vision!

Didn't correct my eyes to 20/20 (I ultimately ended up at 20/40) and didn't seem to care that…read morethey'd not done what was promised. For four months I went without being able to see well enough to drive (and by the way, I am not retired and had to figure out how to work during that time). It was such a stressful experience and each time I went back for a followup appointment, the attitude was, "Hey, we're awesome, it's your eyes that aren't working." Zero empathy for the fact that I couldn't see. Also continually refused to give me corrective lenses so I could function. I finally gave up on them and returned to my regular eye doctor to complete the followup treatment (and lo and behold, they were able to put me into corrective lenses so I could actually, finally return to being a fully functioning adult!). It was a horrid experience. So horrid that I am not even willing to let them do the contract guaranteed touchup. The level of stress that office created was off the charts. And then, as if the in-office treatment wasn't bad enough, they told me they'd waive the copay for my initial followup appointment, and then sent me bills and threatened to turn me over to collections, for a whooping $50. I would never recommend this place. Do not trust your eyesight to this office. I wish I had checked the reviews before going there because now I can see that mine is a pretty common experience, unfortunately.
