I used to love coming here for all my work printing, but unfortunately the customer service has really gone downhill. I went in Friday to pick up business cards. My file wasn't the correct size. Instead of calling me to ask for a revised file, Henry rudely said, "Next time make sure you send the correct file." When I arrived, he had only printed one side. I needed both the front and back. A simple phone call could have avoided the issue. What really disappointed me was his attitude. I've been a returning customer for a reason. I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. There are no set prices at this place. There is a considerably unsettling feeling of opportunism in the air there. That, of course, in not professional. Nonetheless, I remained a loyal customer for over a year or two. The problem is, there was never any loyalty toward me, the customer. Instead of appreciation, there is greed. Go here. If you go to UPS on Hollywood you may end up dead from frustration and you might not even leave with usable copies. I tried for two days to get basic resumes printed there and did not succeed. At Henry they are fast and genuinely give a damn. Thanks to Henry's skills and patience, I did more than that. I chose 5 of my favorite pics from 2018 trip to Paris, Provence and Bordeaux. Figured out roughly how much wall space I had and Henry did the rest. The photos came out even better than before because he upgraded one of his printers to Canon image press C8000VP. Now I can enjoy the memories as I find clothes in my closet or use the bathroom. I used 3M double sided tape that doesn't harm the paint. Fun to watch my collection grow. This is a mom and pop's printing service, it's ideal for simple resume or document prints. Do not rely on for high quality professional prints for art projects or portfolios. I called the shop asking about specific transparency wax paper and if they provide die cutting. Without me even finishing, they said "Yes. We do all fhat. We can have ready in 20 mins." I was confused, since they didn't ask any questions about what needed to be done nor was I quoted. I was skeptical, but I believed they understood what they were doing. I got to the shop the next day and he showed me non-wax transparency paper and said they don't die die cut. I was extremely angry and he said "Give me file I'll do now." I'll say, they have big machines with ink and a lot of paper to print on. Buy do NOT expect any quality. read more

I probably wouldn't drive out here just to get my ish printed since I live in about 40 minutes away. But I'm in WEHO a lot so it's super convenient for me. Prices range from 10 cents for black and white prints to 49 cents for color on regular laser paper. Headshots on heavy glossy paper is about $1.50/print. As for errythang else, it's mainly custom pricing due to requirements and special prints/orders. Service is excellent and the owner (Henry) has been around for 20 years. I recommend. :) read more

THIS PLACE GETS IT! This is the best, custum, kindest, and most all around Printing place gold mine in Southern California. This place reminds me of the mama & papa shops in Brooklyn and Lower Manhatan. Places like these are a dying breed of corporate franchises and an 18 year old employee that is trained to pretend to care. I am a kind perfectionist and polite control freak--Wholly Fastidious. Henry is the owner and is always there to make any of your dreams come true. His kind and helpful partner Marvin always is genuinely eager to help. And watch out for a TALENTED quite lady by the name of Joanne. She knows the ups and ends of the Master Series Collection of Adobe Software. She listens and takes directions with an "Ok, No Problem" attitude. My project was executed beautifully and on a budget. Joanne stayed overtime for me and even came into work early. I am starting an eco wood staining company and they charged me a dirt rate cheap $40.00 /hour for making labels and brochures. Call anywhere else and everyone will say "EMAIL the specs" or "We charge per Project ($3,000) or "$50.00 /hour". I was there everyday for 2 weeks and everyone that walked in they treated with respect and helpfulness. Its sad to say but places like these are slowly dying off and it is a diamond in the rough. 5 STARS all the WAY and it seems I am not the only ONE that feels this way!!!! read more

Short Story: Henry is affordable, has a really fast turnaround, and great quality prints. I really felt like he cared about helping me and getting the job done right. I highly recommend him, especially for people who are in a pinch. Long Story: I am an illustration student at Art Center College of Design and I needed to print a 24 page, softcover, perfect bound children's book I designed as a final for one of my classes. I called a bunch of other places beforehand when researching and they were either super expensive (I'm on a broke college student budget) or needed 3 days minimum to get the job done or needed more pages in order to make perfect binding, but Henry was not only totally affordable, but he had no problem binding 24 pages AND he got it done THE SAME DAY. I loved the finished result so much I ordered 4 more books to give to my family as gifts. I posted a photo of it on this page if you want to see. Henry was very patient and spent a long time with me in the shop to make sure there were no mistakes and that I got exactly the product I needed. Even when more people started coming in, he was still pleasant and professional with me and kept helping me until my project was just right, while still tending to other customers. He's just wonderful and frankly a total miracle for students like me to need to get things done fast and done right. He basically saved my final. Just picked up my cards from Henry's today and I'm really happy with how they turned out! My cards involve a bit more than what most printing places can handle (including a custom diecut), but Marvin and Henry made it happen with no issues! They really show their experience and professionalism. I emailed a PDF design of the card and went in to the shop to meet them in person. They were really helpful and patient throughout the whole process, from start to finish. And they emailed me when my cards were ready, ahead of schedule. Ready to have your mind blown? Before I got there, they had already recommended my photography services to someone that needed a photographer and gave them one of my freshly printed cards! I found Henry Printing & Copying through Yelp. What a great find! I needed a file burned to a CD and a custom CD label, as required for part of my thesis submission. I could not find anyone in Los Angeles (including FedEx Office) who would make a CD and CD label for me. Then, I searched through Yelp. Henry not only took care of it for me - he had it ready in less than an hour. The best part was, that he and his staff were super nice and friendly! While I am sure Henry Printing & Graphic is a great resource for many people I will not be using them again anytime soon. I came into the shop with a high quality 8.5x11 inch PDF right out of InDesign. The graphic involved an exact 1/4 inch white border around the main artwork, and I explicitly asked to confirm that the finished product would have this exactly margin. Knowing how printer grab spaces are varied and difficult to figure out I thought that Henry who has "a passion for printing" would know the measurements of his own machines, and know how to work around them. Alas I had to convince them it was possible and talked them through several options, and instead of figuring it out themselves they tried a variety of things and presented me with each one, none of which were right. A professional shop should be able to take a simple request, and figure it out themselves. A 1/4" margin on all 4 sides is not the same as 3/8" on one side. They finally got something very close but still off slightly, and they stretched my graphics slightly in the process. When I asked what I could do with my file next time to ensure a perfect print, Henry said to print it larger and cut it down. I find that a ridiculous suggestion for 8.5x11 inch that includes a border. The printer is capable of printing it, they just don't know how to do it. I had the exact same file printed at Staples. It came back perfect, and not only that, but the solid colors were truly solid and not dusty. This is the second project I printed at Henry where the margins were an issue. The first was a poster, that luckily I could trim down to size. I cannot comment on any other services Henry offers (such as designing, layout, head shots, etc...) but as a designer with a perfectionist streak, I found Henry's shop to be subpar. Again, I've never done bulk ordering with them, but for small one off projects, my results were average at best. read more

He and Joann were very patient with someone like me, a novice with layout and compiling a large job. I'd recently overpaid for photos from kinko's and while the quality was great there too, Henry does it just as well for a quarter of the price. Nice guy, great service and as an actor, he's a great person to remember because he'll do the same for you/ It's $1.50 per printed headshot with a one time fee of 5.00 if you want your information formatted on the front. I can't anymore. After consistent experiences of them being somewhat rude and unorganized I've decided to move on and would advise other ACTORS to do the same when getting their headshots printed. They are just inundated with business: they never have my HEADSHOTS READY after I've emailed them the images (sometime days in advance). It almost always takes about an hour to print. They always act like it's a huge inconvenience when I want my pictures printed and MOST IMPORTANTLY the images look YELLOW. When I ask them to correct the color it's another half hour after with a lot of attitude and the quality still isn't great. I've dropped some bank here and now its time for me to move on. read more
