I needed some large wedding signage printed and this shop pretty much had the best prices and communication (I sent a ton of requests for quotes all throughout LA). The signage I needed was done on foam core and they were able to do custom shapes for a set fee. Our graphic designer's files included the exact colors and specified lines exactly where to cut. Their work surpassed my expectations in terms of quality, packaging and customer service. A gentleman even helped me carry out the signage to my car (the packaged box was about 7 ft tall and 5 ft wide!) I was mostly in communication with JD via email and he was incredibly helpful and more importantly, punctual. I would definitely trust them any projects and will definitely be using them in the future! read more

I got a quote over the phone, confirmed it by email when I dropped the thumb drive off, and two days later, AFTER I CALLED TO SEE WHAT THE STATUS WAS, SINCE I HADN'T HEARD FROM THEM, they said that they couldn't do it at that price. Then they tried to say that I didn't know who I contacted. Email doesn't lie, people do! I'm too much of a professional to go back to my clients and tell them I have to revise my estimate 9 days later. Don't gamble with your reputation by doing business with this "service." read more

I did get an excellent first class service ad l just walked in and asked to duplicate my set of oversize blueprints. The blueprints were copied immodestly while is was waiting. This place is the best. JD was so incredibly patient and helpful with my order. I used them to make high quality prints of my watercolor paintings to sell in an art fair and being the first time I'd done this, they really took time to walk me through the process and answer all my amateur questions about color matching etc... Cyber Copy has changed allot. I have always sworn by them and they were and still are my #1 printing spot. The past staff were so accomodating, never charged me for petty things , offered adjustments, noticed issues and notified me before going ahead, called me in to approove a proof free. Those little things are what make a buisness thrive. My feelings have been hurt I have been a faithful customer for at least 5 years. After 2019 staff has changed. They have new mean rules. $5 charge to download a jpeg? There are absolutely no rewards for being a return custmer. I sure hope Management will consider friendlier service. They greet with a smile , fast turnaround, but there is a fee for every little thing. They dont make any adjustments to your file anymore. . read more

Rick Garcia answered the phone, answered my questions about enlarging a bitmoji for a friend's surprise party and came to my rescue because the image resolution was poor. I had been to another print shop that would manipulate but did not give me confidence it would be worth it. Rick sat me down at his computer and in a few keystrokes showed and explained some technical aspects and options. Rick went out of his way to create stunning images. The printed and foam core mounted props were better than the images I supplied!! When I returned to pick up, everyone was super nice and Rick made sure all the pieces were packed to travel. 5-Stars, all the way!!!! I am so thoroughly impressed with my Rencay scan and printing that there are almost no words! But alas, here are some words.... From the moment I walked in the door, greeted by the lovely front desk receptionist, to the moment I walked out, with Tarik carrying my prints to my car for me, the customer service I received at this CyberCopy was phenomenal. Everyone who works here is so nice, so helpful, attentive to my needs, and so open to sharing their obvious passion for printing. I had a family heirloom (an original Rice Paper Painting from Japan, circa 1955) that everyone in the family wanted, so I had it scanned with their Rencay scanner (high-end stuff!) and printed on high-quality fine art paper. The quality is like no other. It is amazing how this scan picked up every single teeny, tiny brush stroke, and created an image that is beyond photo-realism. I will continue to use CyberCopy for any and all printing needs I have in the future. read more

The manager of this place cheated me with more than $10. I would give them 0 stars, if possible! I needed to have some posters printed and from the beginning, the customer service over the phone was frustrating, as they would not give me a straight answer and did not return phone calls as promised. Finally, after emailing and calling twice, I was given a price per square foot for printing. I thought that my poster was a standard 24x36, but when they opened the file it turned out to be 23x30. They printed only one of them and asked me to come in to proof it before printing more. I got there around 6:30 pm, when most of the employees were gone for the day, including the manager. There was a guy there who was able to help me though and I agreed to go ahead with the job, even though the paper quality was really sub-par. He offered to charge me for the exact square footage of the poster and I thought it was a good enough deal for my situation. However, while I was waiting for him to finalize the order, he proceeded to inform me that he had spoken with his manager on the phone and the manager had refused to honor the per square footage price, i.e. he wanted to charge me for a 24x36 poster, even though mine was considerably smaller and despite the employee having already offered the correct price. I asked to speak with the manager directly. The employee called him again, but did not pass me the phone. After a couple of minutes of talking with him, he hung up, despite my asking him to speak directly with the manager. The answer was that they were going to charge me for the 24x36 size, "take it or leave it". Well, I had been going back and forth with these people for the better part of the afternoon and spent 40 minutes in traffic to get there, on top of needing the posters the next day. I got only 2 copies printed - the minimum possible and left, having overpaid more than $10. It was a bad experience, knowing that I was cheated. They claim to have the best price in town, but considering the quality of the paper they use for that price, it is far from the best price. Eventually I got another poster printed somewhere else that cost a bit more per square foot, but was printed on significantly better paper. This place obviously had some bigger jobs and could care less about a customer with a smaller job like mine. Stay away from there! read more
