I once had a very special request to print record dividers for an event and I explained what I was looking for and they made the best-looking custom dividers ever! I also use them a lot for small jobs (promo flyers, pamphlets, etc.) and they have a super quick turnaround. They once made 3x4" laminated Coachella set times and turned it around same day lol that was the talk of the town! Fantastic print shop. Support small business and go here! I found Printop when I was picking up my coffee next door and decided to walk in. I'm so glad I did because they were extremely helpful and were able to execute my order within my tight timeframe, which other printing places were not able to do. I needed to get 250+ Christmas cards & envelopes printed in less than a few days. Monty was very responsive throughout the whole process and worked with me as I made some last minute edits to my graphic before it was ready for printing. Printop is an unprofessional business that should not be trusted with either your personal or professional print work. On a Monday afternoon, I sent in my printing request via email. Monty replied that it would be ready by Tuesday afternoon. I specified that I would pickup promptly at 9am on Thursday. He replied and acknowledged this specific time and date. I showed up at 9am on Thursday to find: 1) Monty wasn't at the store 2) The job was nowhere to be found 3) Monty's colleague had no knowledge of the project Monty's colleague reached Monty on the phone. Monty admitted that he hadn't even begun the job yet. He was planning on doing it later in the morning. When I asked Monty why the job wasn't ready when he said it would be, his only explanation was literally "hey, shit happens". That's his exact quote. I originally chose Printop to support a local small business instead of FedEx/Kinkos, but that was clearly a mistake. They have an unprofessional and negligent attitude at Printop. Their word has no value. Combined with their messiness and disorganized workshop, it's a place to avoid at all costs. Do not trust your personal or professional print jobs with them. Literally saved the day! I needed to print a MASSIVE document and have it ready same-day. I went to 3 different FedEx print stores and was so discouraged after being told that they all couldn't fit my project into their queue for the day. Been using this place for years - super competitive for printing cards. I've never had to use them for designing the graphics as we always bring our own, but they have someone there for that purpose. They also print scripts and other such large orders of photocopying and pump out color copies of photos at very reasonable prices. I have had some very bumpy transfer experiences, so that is something I can definitely appreciate. I have been using Printop for about a year to do all my marketing material and each time I am more impressed with the last. Sam and Kam are so helpful and talented! Usually Sam helps me set up the postcards and (when I request it) he gives great advice on color scheme, layout and font. It is still shocking to me that people get any printing done at FedEx Kinkos (in the same plaza) when they have a place full of talented people who actually love their job a few steps way. Besides the great service/talent, these guys are incredibly honest. They have sent me to their competitors twice when they thought that my request was too specific or that someone else could do it for a lower price. read more

Went into Printop the other day to get some resumes printed. The 2 guys were helpful and found the right paper I needed for the print. Each print ended up being $1 each (not sure how that compares to Kinkos because I never go there). My only gripe is that the printer left margins that were unwanted. The nice gentleman asked if I'd like them to be cut and I said it is fine. I ended up coming back approximately 30 minutes later having changed my mind and wanting them cut. The other guy working said no problem and went in the back to cut them in a machine. A minute later he comes back with them looking great and then awkwardly asks me for a dollar. I normally have no problem with this but I felt like I was being nickel and dimed. I had already paid $12+ for the prints to begin with and I was not told the cutting would be extra (particularly because the margins weren't my fault). I told this to the guy working and he just said "uhh it's a service." You should let your customers know if a "service" is going to be additional money. Bad business practice otherwise. I'll try a different printing shop next time. read more

Horrible service and experience. I came in person to get two flyers printed plus a folder. Sam helped me. I then had to call two times to get the quotes finally emailed. Once I finally got the quotes and gave the go ahead, despite the printer having all the details, my order was then delayed again because he couldn't remember the sizes. The fact that this place has five stars makes me absolutely question Yelp. I strongly suspect these reviews are absolutely fakes! I'm sorry, no one can be as ecstatic and excited as these reviews are for a printing shop! I went into the Printop store for a simple print job and stood directly in front of the counter for over five minutes, no employee would even acknowledge that I was present! Once I got their attention, the employee could not have been less interested in helping. Aside from being seemingly lobotomized & possibly not able to process spoken words or operate heavy-machinery, he was a TOTAL @$$. Nonetheless, we pressed on and came to a paper selection for my small print job. He then informed me that there is no computer available for me to send the file to them to be printed. That I should go over to FedEx and then email them the file. As a customer, they would not let me login to gmail and simply email them. I was very surprised and questioned this policy? The "manager" or "owner" got involved and reenforced that I could not use their computers. The manager/owner was as unpleasant as the first employee, but older and seemingly much more bitter, understandibly so as the captain of this dying business. But seriously a sad, bitter senior. I glared at them, laughed and then simply walked across the parking lot to FedEx and at about ONE-FIFTH the price they were also very KIND and HELPFUL! Needed to get a 100 page book script scanned and saved as PDF. Called in and ask about their scanning service and price and was given a great price. Once I arrived, I was helped in a fast and competent manner and it only took 2 minutes for the entire job!! I can't believe I ever went anywhere else for printing services! I definitely will return. Parking can be a bit tricky since it's on a busy corner (free parking lot) with many other business but the parking lot has a fast turn over.
